People think Nevada is a purple state. Thank God it’s not. We are making a red Republican comeback for the ages…

Thanks to California!

California is so extreme, radical, insane, dangerous, and out of control, the whole California is either moving to Nevada, or plotting their escape, or at least thinking about it.

Thanks to California, Nevada is changing back from purple and blue to Republican red. Because the people leaving California are Republican voters running for their lives. I know- because a lot of them are my friends and fans!

Just like Republicans running away from New York turned Florida deep Republican red, the same thing is happening in Nevada.

Here are the results. Trump just won Nevada in 2024- finally, on his third try. We also have a Republican law-and-order Governor- Joe Lombardo. And a Republican law-and-order Lt. Governor- Stavros Anthony. Both elected in the past four years.

Both are former top cops. Lombardo was Las Vegas Sheriff (our version of police chief). Stavros was a police captain.

I believe we are the first state in history to elect former cops as Governor and Lt. Governor of a state.

Our state Controller Andy Matthews is also a Republican. And our Sheriff Kevin McMahill is a law-and-order Republican too.

This is what saved Las Vegas from becoming the disaster that is Los Angeles.

My Los Angeles friends are scared to death to walk the streets, or drive their cars to dinner in LA. They hide their jewelry in safety deposit boxes. They drive old jalopy cars- so no one follows them home to rob, rape, or murder them. Such is life now in LA.

This is what happens when breaking into homes is no longer treated as a serious crime.

In Los Angeles, shopping centers are empty. No stores, No customers. No tourists. Famous shopping centers are ghost towns.

This is what happens when you only give a desk ticket to criminals who shoplift thousands of dollars from retail stores.

This is what happens when you proudly brag your city is a “Sanctuary City” for illegal aliens.

This is what happens when you allow the homeless to set up tents on city sidewalks and in front of store entrances.

Californians are running for their lives to Las Vegas.

While the famous 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica is a ghost town, our Downtown Summerlin shopping center is jammed every day. You can’t find a parking space.

One other thing that prevented Vegas from becoming LA- here everyone is armed, locked and loaded. It’s easy to get a CCW (Concealed Carry Permit). We all have guns in our cars. We all have guns in our homes. Lots of them. Many of my friends carry a gun wherever they go- shopping, casinos, restaurants.

It works. I can walk, or drive anywhere in Vegas, or my very safe neighborhood, Summerlin, without fear. I’m armed. No one is gonna touch me.

Guns are the great equalizer. A 65 year old, 5 foot, 90-pound woman is safe against a 275 pound violent thug- if she is packing a .357 magnum.

So, Vegas thrives, while LA dies.

But back to the story that proves liberal judges are insane and a danger to us all. Vegas Judge Eric Goodman just ordered the release of a career thug named Joshua Sanchez-Lopez.

Lopez is a repeat-repeat-repeat offender. He’s been arrested 35 times- including manslaughter and numerous drug charges. His latest alleged crime was grand larceny of a car. What a lovely fellow.

In Vegas, we don’t let career criminals out on the streets- like they do in LA and San Francisco. Our judges put them in prison- usually. That’s why Vegas is so much safer than California’s big cities.

But Vegas Judge Eric Goodman has clearly either lost his freaking mind, or fallen in love with Gavin Newsom.

Goodman ordered the release of violent, 35-time arrested thug Lopez. He ordered him out on bail with an ankle bracelet. The same monitoring device Lopez has laughed about on video in the past.

It turns out this thug has failed to appear in court, and violated electric monitoring rules multiple times. He’s the last guy any normal sane judge would order released onto our streets.

So, our Republican Sheriff McMahill has taken a stand.

Sheriff McMahill said, to paraphrase, “NO, not on my watch. This guy is dangerous. The citizens aren’t safe with him on the streets. I’m not complying with the judge’s order. He stays in prison.”

And the liberal, bleeding-heart judge Goodman in response, threatens to throw our hero Sheriff McMahill in prison for contempt of court.

This is Exhibit A for insane, mentally-deranged liberal judges.

They love 35-time arrested violent thugs, druggies, thieves and murderers. They fight for them. They’d do anything for them. They demand they be released onto our streets- where they could kill your mother, your wife, your daughter. But, these same liberal judges are eager to put hero police chiefs in prison.

Like I said- MENTALLY DERANGED.

The case is now headed to the Nevada Supreme Court- at the request of our Sheriff. He says it’s his duty to protect the citizens. This thug is a danger to our community, our citizens, our children. So, it’s his right to ignore the judge’s reckless ruling. And keep this menace to society locked up until his trial.

Bravo. Thank you, Sheriff.

Let’s hope this case proves, “What happens in Vegas, stays in a Vegas prison.”

I know it proves, “Vegas thrives, while LA dies.”

An immigration judge has ordered the deportation of a former New York City Council staffer identified by federal authorities as a Venezuelan national with an assault arrest and no legal right to remain in the United States, Fox News reported.

Rafael Andres Rubio Bohorquez, 53, who worked as a data analyst for the City Council, was first detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in January after appearing for what he believed was a routine immigration appointment.

Federal officials quickly revealed that Rubio Bohorquez had overstayed a tourist visa he entered on in 2017 and had been living in the country unlawfully ever since.

According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Rubio Bohorquez is a “criminal illegal alien” with a prior arrest for assault in New York.

DHS announced earlier this year:

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the arrest of a criminal illegal alien from Venezuela and New York City Council employee, Rafael Andres Rubio Bohorquez. This illegal alien’s criminal history includes an arrest for assault in New York. He had no work authorization and was illegally employed.

Rubio entered the United States on a B2 tourist visa in 2017 that required him to depart the U.S by October 22, 2017. He had no legal right to be in the United States.

“A criminal illegal alien with no authorization to work in the U.S. being employed by the New York City Council is shocking. This takes sanctuary city to a whole new level,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “This criminal illegal alien has no authority to be in the U.S. and has a previous arrest for assault. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, the United States is no longer a safe haven for criminals.”

Despite those findings, New York City Democrats rushed to defend the staffer, insisting he was a law-abiding employee who had passed background checks and was authorized to work.

Democrat city officials even claimed he had no criminal record, directly contradicting DHS statements that pointed to his prior arrest and immigration violations.

City Council Speaker Julie Menin announced the deportation ruling on Wednesday.

“Today, Judge Conroy ordered the removal of Rafael Rubio, our City Council employee, from the United States. We are outraged and will continue to pursue every legal avenue to secure his release and ensure his case is properly heard on appeal.

“This outcome does not change the fundamental facts of this case: Rafael had legal authorization to remain in the United States, he followed the rules, and he showed up for a routine immigration appointment — only to be detained and held for months now.

“Today’s ruling appears to hinge on a procedural issue related to his asylum application. That is extremely troubling. A technical error should not determine the fate of a man who has done everything right and poses no risk to anyone.

“Let me be clear: Rafael should not continue to be detained while this is sorted out.

“An appeal will be filed, and we demand that Rafael’s case be properly heard by the deadline on April 17. At a minimum, he should be released pending that appeal. There is no justification for continuing to hold him under these circumstances.

“Rafael is a valued public servant and a beloved member of the City Council team. His continued detention is unjust, and we will not accept this outcome.”

Former National Counterterrorism Center Director Joe Kent questioned the narratives surrounding the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk and the attempted assassination of President Trump at a 2024 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, during an interview with Tucker Carlson on Wednesday.

Kent made his first interview appearance since departing the Trump Administration with Tucker and gave a somewhat tell-all behind-the-scenes account of many of his experiences as a top intelligence official, especially with regard to the war in Iran, Israel’s influence, and the factors driving the war.

He is also expected to join Mark Levin, who holds an opposing viewpoint and has clashed with Tucker for the last several months, for an interview.

During the discussion with Tucker, Kent spoke of the circumstances surrounding the would-be Trump assassin and the Charlie Kirk assassin, as well as the roadblocks he's faced trying to get to the bottom of it at the National Counterterrorism Center.

Kent notably suggested that President Trump may feel like he is "under threat" due to "unanswered questions" surrounding the attempts on his life and the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

"By no means am I saying, like, you know, the Israelis did this or any of that," Kent told Tucker before highlighting the bizarre timing and circumstances surrounding the shooting at Trump's rally in July 2024, after the FBI used a confidential human source to arrest Iranian national Asif Merchant in a foiled assassination plot. Just one day after Merchant was arrested in the murder for hire scheme on July 12, 2024, Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire after sneaking onto a roof at the Trump rally on July 13, 2024.

But shockingly, Kent told Tucker, "We're not allowed to ask, basically, was there any linkage between what took place with Asif Merchant, who was recruited by the Iranians to come to America to recruit proxies to kill President Trump."

"Crooks, according to the official narrative, anyways, is an enigma. We don't know anything about him. We can't get into his devices. If we did get into his devices, maybe there's nothing there. No more questions are allowed to be asked about Thomas Crooks," he said. "The DHS IG is currently being blocked from investigating Butler as well. That's out in the media, that's all well known. Your investigative journalists found that crooks did indeed have an online persona, online footprint, he was talking to people. So it's like, why aren't we investigating this? You know?"

Kent went on to describe the "multiple public breaches of President Trump's security over the last year" before highlighting Charlie Kirk's very public assassination by Tyler Robinson, which "we're not really even allowed to look into that at all," he said.

Last time he saw Charlie Kirk before his murder, Kent said, "He said, ‘Joe, stop us from getting into a war with Iran,’ very loudly. And he walked off, and he went, I believe, into the Oval."

"So, when one of President Trump's closest advisors, who is vocally advocating for us to not go to war with Iran and for us to rethink, at least, our relationship with the Israelis, and then he's suddenly publicly assassinated, and we're not allowed to ask any questions about that, it's a data point. It's a data point that we need to look into," Kent continued before explaining what he means by "not allowed to look into" the assassination.

"We've been told that this individual, Robinson, is a lone gunman, and maybe he is. But the investigation that I was a part of, the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) was a part of, we were stopped from continuing to investigate. And the FBI will say that they stopped that because they wanted to have— turn everything over to the Utah State authorities, everything's going to trial, it's very, very sensitive, but there was still a lot for us to look into that I can't really get into, but there was still linkage for us to investigate that we needed to run down," he said.

"I'm just saying there's unanswered questions. We know the pressure, because of the text messages, the text messages that have been made public, that Charlie was under a lot of pressure from a lot of pro-Israel donors. And again, we know Charlie was advocating to President Trump against this war with Iran. And we knew at the end of the 12-day war, at the end of midnight hammer, that the Israelis were going to come back and ask us to go back to war again. So, we have a lot of data points between Butler, the assassination attempts against President Trump, the breaches of his security, what happened to Charlie Kirk."

Kent then revealed, "The National Counterterrorism Center's mandate is to investigate any foreign ties, to see if there's potentially any foreign ties. If we don't find any foreign ties, we back off. What I'm saying about getting into too much detail is there was more for us to investigate."

Kent added that the FBI and DOJ "basically cut off our access to be able to get into that information" before clarifying, "Look, I didn't even say necessarily that I believe there's 100% foreign ties. There were data points that we needed to investigate." He continued, "We still had a lot more leads to run down that pertain to some kind of a foreign nexus that we were stopped from investigating."

While it would appear that Charlie Kirk being killed by a foreign country is highly unlikely, Kent has long been a defender of Israel and taking action in Iran. It does not seem likely that he would accuse Israel of killing Charlie Kirk, nor did he. What he did reveal is an alarming refusal by the government to allow the leading authority on national and international terrorism in the United States to further investigate an act of terrorism.

Kent explained that his agency was "cut off" because it's just "the way the bureaucracy works" and that interagency data-sharing failures effectively stonewalled the NCTC's investigation of various leads.

He further slammed the FBI's investigation of Kirk's assassination for not going far enough to investigate or arrest potential coconspirators or others with knowledge of Tyler Robinson's plot. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Robinson was discovered to be a member of online communities, including one where users appeared to foreshadow the shooting, suggesting Kirk's death was no lone-wolf act but potentially part of a planned operation within radical left-wing circles.

"I just think, considering they knew the guy, they knew Charlie was going to be assassinated, and there was enough of them that it wasn't just some rando who maybe he tags every TPUSA post with that, there was enough of them that there's something there," Kent said.

"To me, there's more work to be done, and because that could have been posted from anywhere, that would be in the purview of the FBI or NCTC if they're overseas. And to me, I, personally, did not see any effort being taken to continue to run that down," he continued, describing himself as "very bothered by it."

"There was people publicly posting; they had prior knowledge of this. And I'm here telling you, as someone who's involved in the investigation, there was more stones for us to overturn, and every time we asked, we were blocked. And then they, you know, leaked to the New York Times that we had a blow-up, and we had to throw them out of the room because they're crazy, etc. So, it's incredibly frustrating that there's not more, especially considering how pivotal Charlie was to the MAGA movement and to President Trump, that there hasn't been a more concerted effort to find the truth and to find justice."

"I pray there is. I hope this helps. I know we know you, and I will probably take some flak for it," he added.

Tucker chimed in, "I don't know why, and I doubt I'll be— at a certain but I've really tried not to say anything about it because I don't, I don't know the answers and but I want them to be found because I believe in justice and because I love Charlie, but I think everything you have said, you know, may be dismissed as crazy or evil. Tell me how. With reference to the words you've just spoken, I don't see how someone could level a legitimate attack on you; it won't stop them."

In yet another stunning display of political theatrics, Democrats on Capitol Hill erupted into chaos during a closed-door briefing with Attorney General Pam Bondi, screaming about the absence of cameras before abruptly storming out in a full-blown meltdown.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer subpoenaed Attorney General Pam Bondi for a deposition on Tuesday, as she faces continued scrutiny over her handling of the Epstein files and potential noncompliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

The deposition is scheduled for April 14, 2026.

Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche are also scheduled to give a private briefing to Oversight Committee members on Wednesday.

In an attached letter to Bondi, Comer expressed concern over noncompliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, signed into law by President Trump last November, and “possible mismanagement” of the investigation into Epstein and his associates.

On Wednesday, during a House Oversight Committee briefing on the Justice Department’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files, Democrats turned the session into a circus sideshow.

Instead of engaging in serious questioning, Democrats derailed the meeting with complaints that C-SPAN cameras weren’t present to record the briefing.

According to Bondi, one lawmaker “screamed” about the lack of cameras and refused to proceed despite Democrats spending hours publicly claiming they had urgent questions.

Moments later, Democrats walked out entirely.

Democrats on the committee walked out. They called it a, quote, “fake hearing,” and said you were just trying to get around appearing for a deposition. Can you respond to this?

Pam Bondi:
We were there to answer questions. It’s the evening. We came at their convenience. We gave them really as much time as they wanted. And one congresswoman screamed that C-SPAN wasn’t in there, so she didn’t want to ask questions yet. All day long, they’ve been on social media saying they had all these questions. We sat there saying, “Anything you want to ask us—ask us anything you want to ask us.” And they screamed C-SPAN wasn’t there—one of them—and then they stormed out of the meeting.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon took to X, blasting Democrats on the committee for what she described as childish behavior.

“The Democrats on this committee behaved like petulant children and created drama and stormed out. So much for wanting the truth!” Dhillon wrote.

Committee Chairman James Comer suggested the walkout was pre-planned political theater, accusing Democrats of wasting time and avoiding meaningful discussion.

Comer:
They didn’t ask any questions. The Attorney General is here, but they said they wanted C-SPAN in here—they wanted the cameras. Very, very typical behavior of the Democrats. Very disappointing, because I really felt like there were a lot of Democrat members who cared about getting the truth.

But I’ve never seen members storm out of a briefing with the Attorney General, when the entire leadership of the Department of Justice is there to answer questions—and they don’t ask a single question.

So, I think what we heard today helped us. We’ll continue with our investigation and move forward.
