Flynn v. United States has finally been settled. The DOJ has reached a financial agreement with General Michael Flynn.

The official settlement amount is unknown, but Flynn had sought millions of dollars from the government, alleging a wrongful prosecution effort against him.

Michael T. Flynn is an American patriot who honorably served his country for over 33 years in the US Army including five years in combat.

Michael Flynn was set up by the Mueller Special Counsel.

On January 24, 2017, two of Direct James Comey’s top FBI agents, Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka went to the White House to question Michael Flynn.

Former FBI Director James Comey told lawmakers weeks later that Flynn did not lie under oath during questioning by the FBI officials.
But General Flynn was indicted by the Mueller witch hunt months later for lying to FBI agents.

He pleaded guilty on December 1, 2017.

Rush Limbaugh called the indictment of Michael Flynn “one of the most gigantic political scandals of our lifetime.”

On Monday ABC News reported that General Michael Flynn has shouldered some $5 million in legal bills, a knowledgeable source close to the retired Army officer told ABC News Monday.

Michael Flynn was set up and was forced to spend his life savings to defend his name.

On Wednesday General Flynn was awarded some of the money he was forced to spend to defend himself from wicked and twisted government officials who wanted to destroy him.

They almost did.

President Trump will deliver remarks tonight at the annual National Republican Congressional Committee fundraising dinner in Washington, DC. 

The event, hosted by the House GOP fundraising committee, will be held at Washington, DC’s Union Station.

This comes as Senate Republicans, led by RINO Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD), struggle to whip support for the SAVE America Act.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Thune suggested Republicans may resort to reconciliation to bypass Democrat obstruction and pass the SAVE America Act with just 50 votes plus Vice President JD Vance.

However, Thune has faced blowback from House Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) and Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), who say that the move would fail due to Senate rules and the Senate Parliamentarian’s veto power.

Luna accused the Senate of “sidestepping” SAVE America and “looking to play the blame game with the parliamentarian.“

Because the SAVE America Act is a policy change, requiring proof of citizenship to vote, the Senate Parliamentarian will almost certainly strip it from any reconciliation bill, Lee explained.

The only viable option would be to nuke the filibuster and pass the SAVE America Act with a simple majority in the Senate. This would also allow the Senate to reopen the government and pass other legislation for Trump to sign into law before the next Congress is seated.

If Republicans can't pass Trump's agenda, they deserve to lose the midterms, which appears likely to happen.

The President is scheduled to speak at 7:20 pm ET.

Federal housing regulator Bill Pulte has criminally referred embattled New York Attorney General Letitia James to the Justice Department for homeowner insurance fraud.

Pulte previously referred James for prosecution for mortgage fraud related to her property in Norfolk, Virginia.

Last year, Article III Project founder Mike Davis said that then-US Attorney Lindsey Halligan revealed that Letitia James may have defrauded her homeowners’ insurer.

According to Just The News, Pulte criminally referred Letitia James to the Justice Department again:

The director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has again referred New York Attorney General Letitia James to the U.S. Department of Justice for criminal prosecution, proffering allegations that New York’s top cop may have falsified information on her homeowner’s insurance application.

The FHFA Director William Pulte, who oversees Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and the Federal Home Loan Banks, asked U.S. Attorneys in Florida and Illinois on Wednesday to “authenticate and investigate” the information, according to two letters reviewed by Just the News.

In December, a federal grand jury in Virginia declined to Letitia James for mortgage fraud.

It was the second time federal prosecutors failed to secure an indictment against Letitia James after her other case was dismissed by a Clinton-appointed judge.

James was previously charged with two crimes: Bank Fraud under 18 U.S.C. Section 1344 and False Statements to a Financial Institution under 18 U.S.C. Section 1014.

The charges were related to a mortgage loan on a property James owns in Norfolk, Virginia, referred to as “the Perrone Property.”

In January it was reported that federal prosecutors launched a new criminal investigation into Letitia James over financial transactions with her longtime hairdresser, Iyesata Marsh.

The New York Times and CBS reported that the new investigation, which is still in the early stages, is being led by the Northern District of New York and the Western District of Louisiana.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt cooked the Democrats during a press briefing on Wednesday for shutting down the government to protect illegal aliens following the death of another young American girl at the hands of an illegal alien.

Leavitt kicked off the briefing with an update on the war in Iran and highlighted the chaos caused by the Democrats’ shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration.

“Democrats in Congress are forcing American travelers to wait in hours-long lines at airports across the country, robbing TSA officers and other federal workers of their hard earned paychecks that they use to feed their families, and causing billions of dollars in damage to our economy,” Leavitt said before highlighting the human cost and impacts on families missing paychecks, including a father of three who questioned how his family would survive.

“For the Democrats in Congress, the cruelty of this shutdown is the point. Nearly 500 TSA officers have quit since the Democrat shutdown began,” she said.

Afterward, she went off on the Democrats’ motive of seeking to “inflict massive pain on their own constituents to fight for illegal aliens who broke our nation’s laws to come here,” further highlighting the “deadly consequence” felt by Americans and the family of 18-year-old Loyola University student Sheridan Gorman. The teen was shot and killed near campus in Chicago, Illinois, over the weekend by a 25-year-old illegal alien from Venezuela who entered the US under the Biden Regime.

“To make matters even worse, this monster was also released from local custody again after a shoplifting arrest. Where? In the sanctuary city of Chicago in June of 2023,” Leavitt said. But according to Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, whose policies allowed this violent killer to roam free, Trump is to blame for Gorman’s death. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Pritzker credited “a failure to have comprehensive immigration reform” and “a failure of the president to follow his own edict to go after the worst of the worst” for the murder.

Leavitt slammed Pritzker and sanctuary state Democrats for their refusal to cooperate with ICE and the lawless policies of releasing illegal aliens back onto the streets.

“How many more Americans have to die before the Democrats end this madness?” she said.

How many more Americans have to die before the Democrats end this madness?

President Trump’s position is very clear: He wants the federal government opened, he wants the Department of Homeland Security funded, and he wants the Democrat shutdown to end immediately. The President will also continue to call on Democrat leaders in sanctuary cities and states like JB Pritzker, where this young, beautiful girl was murdered, to cooperate with ICE and stop releasing illegal alien criminals into American neighborhoods.

It is for the safety of every American citizen, including all of the people in this room.

During the interview, Johnson pressed O’Keefe on who might be funding and orchestrating the fraud network.

O’Keefe confirmed that his team is actively tracking a coordinated system involving petitioners, coordinators, and potentially out-of-state actors.

O’Keefe emphasized that his team is continuing to investigate and expose the higher-level operatives behind the scheme.

But the core issue, according to O’Keefe, is not exposure; it’s enforcement.

O’Keefe reserved some of his sharpest criticism for Attorney General Pam Bondi, accusing her Department of Justice of inaction despite clear evidence of voter fraud.
