Pritzker Blames Trump Following Murder of Loyola University Student by Illegal Alien (VIDEO)
March 24, 2026
Illinois Governor JB Pritzker (D) blamed President Trump following the murder of Loyola University student by an illegal alien.
Another innocent young American woman was murdered by one of Joe Biden’s illegal aliens in the sanctuary state of Democrat-run Illinois.
Very early Thursday morning, 18-year-old Loyola University student Sheridan Gorman was shot and killed near campus in Chicago.

A masked gunman approached a group of students walking in Rogers Park and opened fire.
Gorman was shot in the head and died at the scene.
On Sunday it was confirmed that the masked gunman who killed Gorman is a 25-year-old illegal alien from Venezuela who entered the US under the Biden Regime.
The Department of Homeland Security blasted the Biden Regime and Pritzker.
“Sheridan Gorman had her whole life ahead of her before this cold-blooded killer decided to end her life. She was failed by open border policies and sanctuary politicians who RELEASED this illegal alien TWICE before he went on to commit this heinous murder,” said Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis.
“We are calling on Governor Pritzker and Chicago’s sanctuary politicians to commit to not releasing this criminal illegal alien from jail back into American neighborhoods,” the DHS said.
Pritzker blamed President Trump following the murder of Sheridan Gorman.
“I agree there have been real failures. Those failures, of course, extend beyond the borders of Illinois. They are national failures,” Pritzker said blaming Trump.
“A failure to have comprehensive immigration reform. A failure of the president to follow his own edict to go after the worst of the worst,” he said.
Delta Yanks Away Special Privilege for Members of Congress Due to TSA Shutdown
March 24, 2026
The Democrat-induced nightmare at American airports could be hitting home for members of Congress.
Delta Air Lines, headquartered in Atlanta, is suspending a specialty service desk for federal lawmakers — until the Transportation Security Administration is fully funded.
The airline, Atlanta Journal-Constitution columnist Patricia Murphy wrote, is apparently “just as fed up as the rest of us.”
NEWS that Congressional staff are not going to like- Delta is suspending its special congressional desk service for members of Congress until the shutdown is over. @ajchttps://t.co/q2w4VIkK7ppic.twitter.com/sXnnZFOz4G
“Due to the impact on resources from the longstanding government shutdown, Delta will temporarily suspend specialty services to members of Congress flying Delta,” Delta said in a statement Murphy quoted.
“Next to safety, Delta’s No. 1 priority is taking care of our people and customers, which has become increasingly difficult in the current environment.”
American air travelers have been under increasing strain since congressional Democrats refused to fund the Department of Homeland Security — which includes the TSA.
TSA agents missed their first full paycheck March 13, according to The Hill.
They won’t be receiving another until the impasse is resolved, which has led to agents quitting or calling out of work — which has in turn led to nightmarish security lines at airports.
Members of Congress can be immune to those headaches, thanks to perks like Delta’s service desk.
News that the airline is suspending the service drew cheers on social media.
Delta’s move comes after the Senate on Thursday passed a bill that would prohibit members of Congress from skipping airport security lines manned by the TSA.
“The perk is just one of a bundle that have made flying a lot easier for the frequent flyers in Congress, who often are on an airplane twice a week or more commuting to Washington and back,” Murphy wrote.
“Along with skipping the lines, some members of Congress also request local police escorts to their gates. And they all get access to major airlines’ dedicated Congressional service desks to book trips, make last-minute changes, and even reserve seats on one, two or three flights on the same day, depending on congressional vote schedules.
“In regular times, these could be seen as prudent security measures for high-profile flyers or simply good customer service for some of the airlines’ best customers. But taken together, they also inoculate Congress from the chaos Washington is causing.”
At Delta at any rate, that inoculation is going to be on hold until the impasse over DHS funding is resolved.

“Reacher” actor Alan Ritchson, the same actor who loves lecturing Americans about how Donald Trump is a “rapist and a con man” and how Christians who support the former president are “vitriolic,” was caught on video brutally beating his Tennessee neighbor in front of his own children.
The shocking altercation unfolded Sunday in the upscale Brentwood suburb of Nashville, where Ritchson, 42, was reportedly tearing through the neighborhood on his Kawasaki motorcycle with his two young sons riding alongside him.
According to multiple reports and raw video obtained by TMZ, neighbor Ronnie Taylor had the audacity to confront the woke celebrity ‘over speeding, engine-revving, and disturbing the peace.’
Video shows Ritchson dismounting his bike and immediately unleashing a barrage of punches on Taylor, knocking him to the ground while the actor’s kids sat on their own motorbikes just feet away.
The alleged victim, Ronnie Taylor, tells TMZ … this all started Saturday when Alan was riding his green Kawasaki bike through the quiet, well-to-do Nashville suburb. Ronnie claims Alan was flying at excessive speed, revving his engine and disturbing the peace.
He admits flipping the bird at Alan, and he claims the actor returned the gesture.Fast-forward to Sunday at around noon … Taylor says Alan came through the neighborhood again, allegedly speeding, and this time with the two youngsters on their own motorbikes.Taylor says he asked Alan, “Can you f***ing stop this please,” which is when things allegedly turned physical.Taylor says he went to the cops and reported that Alan punched him in the face and kicked him. Taylor claims Alan then fell off his bike, got back up, and tried to run him off.Taylor also told cops that a tussle ensued, during which Alan allegedly hit Taylor in the back of the head.
Taylor accuses Alan of hitting him “at least four times” while he was on the ground, which has allegedly left him with bruises and swelling.

Now It’s a Patriotic Song? Bruce Springsteen Lets ACLU Use America Trashing “Born in the USA” for Birthright Citizenship Case Ads
March 24, 2026
Trump-hating rocker Bruce Springsteen is allowing the American Civil Liberties Union to use his iconic, if often misunderstood, America trashing Vietnam War anthem “Born in the USA” for the ACLU’s ad campaign promoting the leftist group’s birthright citizenship case set for an April 1 Supreme Court hearing challenging President Donald Trump’s 2025 executive order restricting who is eligible for birthright American citizenship.

When Born in the USA was released in mid 1984 as an album title and later a single, both promoted with Springsteen in front of a large American flag, it was embraced by conservatives, including President Ronald Reagan and columnist George Will, for it’s boisterous chest pounding chorus.
The song’s theme of a disgruntled Vietnam veteran who was used, abused and forgotten by his countrymen, ending up in prison, was overshadowed at concerts by the blaring stadium rock anthem arrangement and singalong chorus that audiences in the U.S. and around the world proudly sang: “Born in the USA!!! Born in the USA!!!”

This 1988 performance of Born in the USA in communist East Berlin before a massive crowd of East Germans who couldn’t wait for the chorus to start loudly singing “Born in the USA!!!” shows what the song has meant to so many, even if Springsteen wrote it as a put down of the USA:
In recent years, Springsteen has refrained from playing Born in the USA for American audiences. A check of SetList.FM shows the song is played at every European shows as the lead encore, but played just a handful of times at American arena and stadium shows over the past decade (a stripped down acoustic version of the song was a staple of Springsteen’s intimate Broadway shows, however.)
Springsteen is scheduled to kickoff his American tour protesting President Trump this weekend. The tour, dubbed “No Kings”, has been ripped by fans for charging a king’s ransom with front row seats (behind the standing room pit) retailing for around $3,000 at many venues. There is no word if Born in the USA will be in the set.
Today, the American Civil Liberties Union launched a national ad campaign ahead of the organization’s April 1 arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court on a landmark case challenging America’s constitutional right to birthright citizenship. The campaign, which represents an uplifting visual tapestry of what it means to be an American, features Bruce Springsteen’s iconic anthem “Born in the U.S.A.”
In a rare move, Springsteen authorized the ACLU’s use of the song to highlight what’s at stake in the Supreme Court case, Trump v. Barbara, and how the constitutional guarantee of birthright citizenship is integral to American values and the very fabric of our nation.
“Bruce Springsteen’s song ‘Born in the U.S.A.’ is an American anthem. It captures what birthright citizenship has made possible for generations: the simple, powerful guarantee that if you are born here, you belong here, if you’re born in the USA, you’re an American. Period,” said Anthony D. Romero, executive director of the ACLU. “As the ACLU prepares to defend this bedrock principle in the highest court of the land, we are joined by millions of Americans who agree that the 14th Amendment of the Constitution – not President Trump – decides who is a citizen.”
Titled, “The Beat,” the ad campaign was produced as a partnership between Stink, Creative Artists Agency, and the ACLU, and directed by award-winning filmmaker Anderson Wright.
The campaign centers on a nationally distributed video airing across broadcast and digital platforms, including during quintessential American primetime programs such as MLB’s opening game day, Survivor, The Voice finale, and more.
The 30-second television spot will debut on March 23 in advance of the ACLU’s oral arguments before the Supreme Court on April 1. A digital billboard will also appear outside Minneapolis’ Target Center from March 30-31, coinciding with the launch of Springsteen’s 2026 Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour in the city.

Background on Trump v. Barbara
On the first day of his second term, President Trump signed an executive order attempting to deny birthright citizenship for babies born in the United States to parents without permanent legal status. Within hours of the executive order being signed, the ACLU and its partners challenged the order in court, securing rulings that have prevented it from taking effect. Multiple courts have found the policy unconstitutional and inconsistent with longstanding Supreme Court precedent. The Supreme Court will now consider, in Trump v. Barbara, whether a president can unilaterally restrict the Constitution’s guarantee of citizenship to children born on U.S. soil. On April 1, the court will hear oral arguments from the ACLU’s National Legal Director Cecillia Wang who has spent more than 20 years at the ACLU and is herself a birthright citizen.
George Will’s rave review and Springsteen’s reaction to Reagan’s praise as reported by Salon (excerpt):
On September 13, 1984, George F. Will published his thoughts on the August 25 Capital Centre [Bruce Springsteen] show in his nationally syndicated column. He made some jokes about his own lack of hipness—he wasn’t sure if that was marijuana he was smelling and he had never heard anything so loud—but he proceeded to analyze the show nonetheless.
“I have not got a clue about Springsteen’s politics, if any,” Will wrote, “but flags get waved at his concerts while he sings songs about hard times. He is no whiner, and the recitation of closed factories and other problems always seems punctuated by a grand, cheerful affirmation: ‘Born in the U.S.A.’” Springsteen, Will added, plays “rock for the United Steelworkers” and those steelworkers and their fellow American workers would have nothing to whine about if they all “made their products with as much energy and confidence as Springsteen and his merry band make music.”
…When the president came to Hammonton, New Jersey, on September 19, he added something extra to his standard campaign stump speech. “America’s future,” he said, “rests in a thousand dreams inside your hearts; it rests in the message of hope in songs so many young Americans admire: New Jersey’s own Bruce Springsteen. And helping you make those dreams come true is what this job of mine is all about.” But when reporters asked what Reagan’s favorite Springsteen song was, his campaign staff was at a loss for an answer.
On September 21, at the Pittsburgh Civic Arena, Springsteen paused between songs and told the crowd, “The president was mentioning my name in his speech the other day, and I got to wondering what his favorite album of mine must’ve been. I don’t think it was the Nebraska album. I don’t think he’s been listening to this one.” And he played “Johnny 99,” the story of a laid-off factory worker who can’t find a new job and can’t keep up with his mortgage, so he gets drunk and shoots a night clerk in a bungled robbery.
The next night, at the same arena, Springsteen spoke more forcefully. “There’s something really dangerous happening to us out there now. We’re slowly getting split up into two different Americas. Things are being taken away from the people that need them and given to the people that don’t. There’s a promise getting broken. In the beginning the idea was we all live here a little bit like a family where the strong can help the weak ones, the rich can help the poor ones. You know, the American dream.
“I don’t think it was that everybody was going to make a billion dollars but that everybody was going to have an opportunity and a chance to live a life with some decency and some dignity. I know you’ve got to be feeling the pinch here where the rivers meet.” With that, he played “The River,” another song about a laid-off worker.
According to Forbes, Springsteen, who denies he is a billionaire, is worth about $1.2 billion in 2026.
Mike Lee, Anna Paulina Luna TORCH Thune’s Reconciliation Scheme on SAVE America Act — “DO NOT BE FOOLED!”

Conservative firebrands Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) and Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) took to social media to sound the alarm on a scheme by Senate Majority Leader John Thune to “ram” the critical voter ID legislation through the budget reconciliation process, a move they warn is a legislative dead end designed to fail.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Thune suggested Republicans may resort to reconciliation to bypass Democrat obstruction and pass the SAVE America Act with just 50 votes plus Vice President JD Vance.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna issued a blistering warning on X, accusing Senate leadership of attempting to dodge a real vote on voter ID and election integrity.
“The Senate is sidestepping the SAVE America Act. During the last reconciliation, the parliamentarian stripped out a significant amount. Now the Senate is looking to play the blame game with the parliamentarian.
Under reconciliation, you can’t legislate policy, meaning you CANNOT include the SAVE America Act.
I will be a NO on reconciliation.
Stop sidestepping America, @LeaderJohnThune.
They’re literally trying everything they can to get out of voting for Voter ID and it is disgusting.”
The Senate is sidestepping the SAVE America Act. During the last reconciliation, the parliamentarian stripped out a significant amount. Now the Senate is looking to play the blame game with the parliamentarian.
Under reconciliation, you can’t legislate policy, meaning you CANNOT…
Luna’s remarks cut to the heart of the issue: reconciliation is strictly limited to budgetary matters under Senate rules. Policy-heavy legislation, like the SAVE America Act, faces near-certain rejection under the Byrd Rule, which allows the Senate parliamentarian to strip out provisions deemed unrelated to federal spending or revenue.
Senator Mike Lee, one of the foremost constitutional experts in the upper chamber, released a blistering video explanation of why Thune’s plan is a total sham.
Lee explained that budget reconciliation is strictly for items that impact the federal budget. Because the SAVE America Act is a policy change, requiring proof of citizenship to vote, the Senate Parliamentarian will almost certainly strip it from any reconciliation bill.
“There are a lot of things that can be passed through a Senate procedure known as budget reconciliation, through which we can pass things with a simple majority vote. The SAVE America Act isn’t one of those things. It can’t pass through budget reconciliation because it’s a policy. It is not budgetary.
And even if you attach money to it, there are things at the margins we could do to help facilitate compliance with it. But the restrictions themselves have basically zero chance of meeting the standard to pass through budget reconciliation.
So look, regardless, there are other reasons out there to do budget reconciliation. Do not be fooled into thinking that we can set down the SAVE America Act and just pick it up on budget reconciliation. That’s not going to work.”
