Missouri Republican Senator Eric Schmitt Explains How Democrats Are Doing ‘Defund the Police’ With ICE Now (VIDEO)
March 24, 2026

Screencap of Twitter/X video.

Republican Senator Eric Schmitt of Missouri appeared on the Sean Hannity show tonight and made a great point about what the Democrats are trying to do with ICE. It’s Defund the Police all over again.

He is not even talking about the funding, really. He is talking about the fact that Democrats want ICE agents harassed to the point where no one wants to be an ICE agent anymore, just like what happened with the police a few years back.

To his credit, Schmitt flatly says we are not doing this again.

Transcript via Overton News:

SCHMITT: “The only reason Democrats want to unmask ICE agents is they want facial recognition software to identify these ICE agents and harass their families, so nobody want to be an ICE agent again.”

“We lived through this with the defund the police movement, where you saw a drop in people who wanted to be police officers.”

“We’re not doing that again.”

“We’re also not going to make it harder for them to do their job, with all the hurdles the Democrats want them to jump through.”

“If you understand this fact, you realize that the central operating idea between the Democrat Party now is that they believe in open borders and they don’t believe that anybody that came here illegally should have to go home.”

“And we cannot give in on that fact.”

See the video below:

Schmitt is spot on about the Democrats. They want ICE agents unmasked so that their shock street troops of activists can go after them.

He is also correct when he says that Democrats are for illegal immigration and open borders now. They prove repeatedly that they learned absolutely nothing from the 2024 election. If anything, they have doubled down on their radical agenda.

Actor Vince Vaughn Rips Stephen Colbert and Other Late Night Hosts: ‘They All Became the Same Show’ (VIDEO)

Screencap of YouTube video.

Actor Vince Vaughn recently appeared on the Theo Von Podcast and at one point, criticized Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel and others over the fact that they have all become the same show.

This is a completely justified and kind of perfect criticism.

The only people who watch those shows anymore are raging Trump-haters who want to have their biases confirmed every night. There are no surprises. You know what these hosts are going to say about any given issue because they have hijacked these shows as their own personal soap boxes to push their political agenda.

FOX News has details:

Vince Vaughn calls out late-night shows all feeling ‘the same,’ becoming ‘agenda-based’ scolding

Actor Vince Vaughn said late-night talk shows have all become the “same” and are too “agenda-based” for people to watch.

“I think that the talk shows to a large part became really agenda-based,” Vaughn said Tuesday. “They were going to [evangelize] people to what they thought. You know what I mean? And so people just rejected it because it didn’t feel authentic. It felt like they had an agenda. It stopped being funny and it started feeling like I was f—— in a class I didn’t want to take. You know? I’m getting scolded.”

The “Wedding Crashers” actor made the remarks on Theo Von’s “This Past Weekend” podcast after Von noted how late-night shows have been struggling after only targeting “White redneck kind of people” in their comedy routines.

Vaughn added that people have likely become more drawn to podcasts over late-night shows for authenticity and to “feel like people are having a real conversation.”

“If you look at what happened to the talk shows and why their ratings are low, it’s got only to do with the fact of what you just said, which is they all became the same show. And they all became so about their politics and who’s good and who’s bad. And it’s like, imagine sitting next to someone like that on a f—— plane,” Vaughn said.

See the video below:

This is one of the main reasons that Greg Gutfeld has such amazing ratings. He is the only host who is doing something different. All of the other shows are basically the same show.

Pentagon Reportedly Preparing to Send 3,000 Airborne Troops to Middle East
March 24, 2026

The Pentagon is preparing to deploy about 3,000 troops from the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division to the Middle East, according to multiple reports.

Politico reported the deployment would add to thousands of Marines already heading to the region.

Two defense officials confirmed the planned troop deployment.

Pentagon officials said no decision had been made to send troops into Iran, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The U.S. currently has about 50,000 troops in the area.

The troop increase follows ongoing U.S. military operations against Iran.

U.S. Central Command said strikes have destroyed thousands of military targets since Feb. 28, when President Donald Trump announced the beginning of Operation Epic Fury.

The New York Times previously reported the Pentagon was considering deploying the 82nd Airborne Division to the area.

Iran continued drone and missile attacks in the region Tuesday.

Trump said he delayed additional strikes due to conversations with Tehran toward a peace deal.

Oil and Gas Executive Alan Armstrong SWORN IN as New GOP Senator to Replace Markwayne Mullin

Oil and Gas Executive Alan Armstrong SWORN IN as New GOP Senator to Replace Markwayne Mullin
March 24, 2026

Oil and gas executive Alan Armstrong has officially been sworn in as the newest Republican U.S. Senator from Oklahoma, replacing former Sen. Markwayne Mullin, who was just elevated to lead the Department of Homeland Security.

Armstrong, a longtime energy industry heavyweight and former CEO of Williams Companies, took the oath of office Tuesday in Washington, just hours after Oklahoma Republican Gov. Kevin Stitt announced his appointment.

“I am honored to announce my appointment of Alan Armstrong to the U.S. Senate.

Alan is a proud third-generation Oklahoman, staunch conservative, respected business leader, and a devoted family man with an inspiring American Dream story.

He is entering the U.S. Senate at a critical time for advancing reforms to secure America’s energy future. I have no doubt that his perspective will be influential in moving the needle on permitting reform to unlock American competitiveness and energy affordability for generations to come.

Congratulations, Alan! You’ll make Oklahoma proud!”

Watch Armstrong’s speech after he was appointed by the Governor. Stitt:

On Sunday, The Gateway Pundit reported that Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt has chosen oil and gas executive Alan Armstrong to fill the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Markwayne Mullin.

The move comes after Mullin was confirmed and sworn in as DHS Secretary, a transition that instantly triggered a high-stakes appointment battle in deep-red Oklahoma.

Armstrong’s appointment keeps the Senate seat firmly in Republican hands, preserving the GOP majority. However, under Oklahoma law, there’s a catch:

  • Armstrong must serve only as a temporary replacement
  • He cannot run for the seat in the 2026 election after signing a required pledge

That means his tenure is expected to last until early 2027 or until voters elect a permanent successor later this year.

WATCH:

However, reports reveal Armstrong previously donated $5,800 to former Rep. Adam Kinzinger, one of the most vocal anti-Trump Republicans.
