Acting Secretary of the Navy Hung Cao released a video statement after John Phelan was ousted from the position.

As previously reported, Secretary of the Navy, John Phelan on was fired by Secretary of War Pete Hegseth on Wednesday.

Undersecretary Hung Cao is now the Acting Secretary of the Navy, Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell announced.

Secretary of the Navy John C. Phelan is departing the administration, effective immediately.

On behalf of the Secretary of War and Deputy Secretary of War, we are grateful to Secretary Phelan for his service to the Department and the United States Navy.

We wish him well in his future endeavors.

Undersecretary Hung Cao will become Acting Secretary of the Navy.

At first it was unclear if John Phelan was fired or resigned but Fox News later reported that he was indeed fired.

On Thursday, President Trump’s statement suggested Phelan departed on his own accord.

Later Thursday, President Trump said Phelan had conflicts with some people.

“He’s a very good man.. He’s a hard charger, and he had some conflicts with some other people, mostly as to building and buying new ships,” Trump said.

“I’m very aggressive in the new shipbuilding, amd somehow he just didn’t get along with them,” he said.

Hung Cao released a video statement on Saturday.

Rep Anna Paulina Luna was on the Newsmax show “Wake Up America Weekend” with host Kenzie Beach to talk about Congressional misconduct.

Luna discussed how inappropriate behavior was being tolerated in Congress and that she is calling out and exposing bad behavior from various Reps and Senators.

“You wrote an op ed this past week calling for an overhaul in Congress for this type of behavior, but also pointing out the lack of accountability,” Beach said.

“It seems like a lot of this behavior wasn’t really a secret, and you are clearly calling for change, but what does that actually look like?” Beach asked.

“We need to have a zero-tolerance acceptance of what’s happening currently with sexual harassment, not just of staff, but I think also too, potentially other members of Congress,” Luna said.

“I think one of the biggest problems that we have right now is that House Ethics is supposed to be the functioning arm that checks and ensures that there is accountability in Congress,” Luna continued.

“Ever since I have been there, this committee instead has become a perverted form of where both parties in power will send things to die,” Luna explained.

“I knew when I basically did the motion to expel Eric Swalwell, that it would ignite many members of Congress potentially being expelled as well, and I’m ok with that,” Luna said.

“When I’m fighting to really help save this country, and you have these people conducting themselves in this fashion, not only does it bring dishonor on the institution, but it is unacceptable,” Luna said.

“I think that there potentially could be more resignations in the future, we’ll see, but as of right now, I refuse to serve with these people,” Luna continued.

“You also called out speculation around Arizona Senator Ruben Gallego, who is also a very close friend of Eric Swalwell’s. I mean the two took family vacations together, yet Gallego says he was shocked to learn of Swalwell’s behavior,” Beach said.

“You posted on X that four women have alleged inappropriate conduct by Gallego,” Beach said.

“Completely inappropriate how he has conducted himself. These are no longer you know, just rumors,” Luna said.

“People like this on Capitol Hill do not deserve to serve there,” Luna continued.

“I’m not trying to do this for the next ten years. I’m not trying to do this for the next 20 years, so I frankly don’t care if people get ticked off at me for it because I’m tired of serving with these people,” Luna explained.

President Trump fired multiple scientists who served on the National Science Board on Friday.

According to The Washington Post, it is unclear how many of the scientists were ousted.

The scientists on the National Science Board serve 6-year terms.

The Washington Post reported:

Multiple scientists who serve on an independent board established to guide the nation’s nearly $9 billion basic science funding agency were terminated from their positions Friday by President Donald Trump.

Members of the National Science Board, which helps govern the National Science Foundation, were dismissed in a message from the Presidential Personnel Office thanking them for their service, according to screenshots shared with The Washington Post: “On behalf of President Donald J. Trump, I’m writing to inform you that your position as a member of the National Science Board is terminated, effective immediately.”

The National Science Board was established in 1950 to guide the governance of the National Science Foundation, in an unusual structure within the federal government that echoes the setup of a company board in the private sector.

It helps guide an agency that operates Antarctic research stations, telescopes, a fleet of research vessels and supports basic science research in laboratories across the United States.

The NSF has a long history of supporting technology and research that powers many innovations the world relies on today. The agency helped language-learning app Duolingo get its start. NSF research has also helped evolve technology used in MRIs, cellphones and LASIK eye surgery.

Jesse Kelly of “The First” talked about the massive fraud that the Democrat Party is behind in numerous states.

Kelly referenced States including Minnesota and Maine. The biggest one discussed was California, due to its large economy and the massive level of fraud there. Hospice and home healthcare fraud is running rampant in the Golden State.

Kelly explained at the beginning of the video about the corruption that exists in many Latin countries. He went on to say that when crime is institutionalized, there is no way to keep your family safe from danger.

Crime has been largely institutionalized within numerous states in our own nation.

“In the United States of America, I have told you time and time again, the Democrat Party exists on fraud, foreigners and cheating in elections,” Kelly said.

“Without ‘FFC,’ there is no major party known as the Democrat Party. They would be a relatively obscure, 20 percent party. They have to steal. They have to bring in foreign barbarians who don’t care about freedom, and they have to cheat in elections,” Kelly continued.

“There is no place in the United States of America that is a bigger evidence marker of this than the State of California,” Kelly explained.

Kelly talked about the fraud in Maine and then compared the size of California’s economy. California is considered the fifth-largest economy in the world, apart from the US. In comparison, the amount of fraud is in the billions of dollars.

Kelly showed a clip of Dr. Oz being interviewed by the Epoch Times. He explained that the fraud in Minnesota was bad, but was only “the tip of the iceberg” compared to California. Dr. Oz said that the fraud in California was “whole-scale, cultural malfeasance around healthcare.”

Dr. Oz also said that, “there is an acceptance that you need to be in the fraud business, especially in Los Angeles, and the magnitude of fraud there we believe is approximately 4 billion dollars just in hospice and home healthcare.”

Kelly also showed a video of independent journalist Nick Shirley pretending to show interest in opening a hospice care place in California. The business would not let them into the lobby. You could see one of the fraudsters driving off with a very expensive car.

Just when you think they can’t sink any lower after celebrating the cold-blooded political assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk last September, a group of deranged far-left students steps up to prove that the Democrat Party’s culture of hate has rotted their brains beyond repair.

Charlie Kirk, a devoted father, husband, and fearless warrior for America First values, was publicly executed on September 10, 2025, when a gunman shot him in the neck during a Turning Point USA event.

The assassination sent shockwaves around the world, with millions mourning the loss of one of conservatism’s brightest young leaders.

But this latest incident takes the depravity to a new low.

Conservative comedian and street journalist Alex Stein was doing a campus tour when the goth-looking far-left students spewed their disgusting punchline.

“So, uh, Charlie Kirk was pretty conservative, right? But in the end, he leans left,” the student quipped with a straight face, as her leftist comrades laughed along like it was the funniest thing in the world.

Alex Stein immediately confronted the sick student and delivered a masterclass in righteous humiliation.

“You think that’s funny to make fun of a guy that was brutally assassinated, publicly executed?” Stein fired back. “What happened to you in your life that you think that’s okay? … You think that’s funny to watch a guy brutally get murdered and just to make jokes about it?”

Stein continued, tearing into the student’s moral bankruptcy:

“Listen, you have freedom of speech. You should be able to say whatever you want. But you think that — you think that’s funny? A guy, a father, just to get brutally murdered? And you think it’s funny to just joke about that? … You’re a sick person and you’re mentally ill and you’re shaking. You’re mentally ill. And really, one day you might look in the mirror and you realize how seriously mentally ill you are for coming up here and thinking that it’s so funny that a guy that was brutally assassinated died in front of thousands of people and millions of people saw it.”

Stein didn’t stop there. He pointed out the obvious, that these students are projecting their own miserable, broken lives onto the world:

“Whether you like Charlie or not, everybody was seriously affected by that. And you know what? You probably were affected by it too. But because your life is so bad, because you’ve had such a challenging and horrible life, the only joy that you get is by seeing somebody else go through pain.”

The video gets even more unhinged when another far-left radical chimes in with an even sicker “joke”: “Charlie Kirk was such a patriot that his last action was turning red, white, and blue.”

Stein’s response was pure gold: “You seriously are sick. You need to get some help. Yeah, I know you guys probably don’t have parents, and you know, that’s really a sad reality.”
