Thwarting Ineligible Mail-In Ballots: Activists Reduced the Mail-In Flood of Ballot Applications in One Swing State by 30%

This week it was reported, and later validated, the mail-in ballot flood in at least one swing state was materially reduced in urban areas – through aggressive citizen action.

The early numbers are in – and in Wisconsin – the team led by Attorney Dan Eastman applied advanced analytics to thwart mail-in ballots from NGOs, sent to ineligible addresses – those ballot applications are down over 30% in the key urban areas.

Wisconsin is the only 2026 state where this strategy is being used and as of now, Wisconsin has by far the largest year-over-year reduction in these type of ballots over any other state in the country.

Currently our team is building a national database of every address from every property tax roll – listing the detailed characteristics of that property.

Citizen groups are gathering their area property tax rolls – and our team ingests them and where possible builds a link to the source to constantly update them.

For the first time, we can cross check Medicaid and Medicare records with these addresses to determine if a doctor/lawyer/chiro/medical equipment manufacturer is using different addresses to duplicate bills.

This process is called database reconciliation and now, working with commercial partners and citizen groups, we are building the national database.

The data is updated quarterly from available building-permit databases – used to cross check for government program fraud – which is a national epidemic.

The benefit, which nobody else can deliver – is to stop fraud payments BEFORE they go out to a perp, not helplessly watch as a few fraudsters are found – but the billions of lost dollars cannot be recovered.

State and local governments, citizen groups and several commercial entities are leading the way to track every address – through its detailed property tax reported characteristics – to help stop fraud BEFORE the payments are made.
