Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett just left a House committee meeting Thursday, blasting Republican leadership for caving to Democrats in yet another backroom deal that’s handing the majority party’s power straight over to the radical left.

The outspoken conservative firebrand didn’t hold back, unloading on the “crooked” Washington establishment for refusing to let Republicans act like they’re actually in charge, even as they hold the gavel.

Burchett’s explosive exit and no-holds-barred tirade perfectly capture what millions of fed-up Americans have been screaming for years: the GOP is blowing its majority because too many so-called “leaders” are more interested in playing nice with Democrats than fighting for the America First agenda voters demanded.

Rep. Burchett: I just left the committee. We had some amendments that were cutting regulations—things that we, as Republicans, should do. Because of backroom deals, they were cut. They won’t allow any amendments on the bill because one Democrat didn’t agree to it.

So here we are in the majority, and we’re not allowed to do that. And I’ll guarantee you, when the Democrats are in the majority—which they very much could be because of this kind of garbage—we’re going to regret it.

Y’all have extended us an incredible gift, and we’re going to blow it because we’re not acting like we’re in the majority. We’ve got an opportunity. It’s not sexy—it deals with bridges and things—but the amendment did matter. And we allow the Democrats to tell us what to do. It’s just unbelievable.

At some point, we’re going to have to get some guts. This town is crooked as a dog’s leg, and I’m disgusted.

So thank y’all for sending me here. I really am glad you sent me here. This kind of stuff—I want to fight, and I’ll let them have it.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) responded on Wednesday to Vice President JD Vance telling reporters that the Justice Department is investigating whether she married her biological brother to commit immigration fraud.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Vance delivered a press briefing on Tuesday, where he said the allegation against Omar is “something the Department of Justice is looking at right now.”

” If we think that there’s a crime, we’re going to prosecute that crime,” Vance said.

TMZ asked Omar for her response to the Vice President's comments, and she cried racism and xenophobia. "It's just a very bigoted lie. It's disgusting," she said, calling the accusation "fake" and practically daring the Department of Justice to investigate her.

"These people are disgusting. They believe in weird, creepy things, and that's why they want to believe in this weird sh*t. That's all I will say," she added.

"They're racist, they're xenophobic. I just happen to be Muslim. Yeah, I mean, they're just disgusting, bigoted people, and that's all I gotta say."

The situation of the US troops in Europe is in flux.

After many European NATO allies failed to live to their alliance with the US during the military confrontation against Iran, the US Donald J. Trump administration decided to accelerate the process of withdrawing troops from Europe.

The first move was to move 5,000 troops out of Germany, after ‘big mouth’ Chancellor Friedrich Merz said that Iran had ‘humiliated’ the US during peace negotiations.

After that, a deployment of 4,000 troops to Poland was also reported to be canceled.

But today, in a reversal, Trump decided to send 5,000 more troops to Poland.

“Trump, in a Truth Social post, cited his relationship with Poland’s conservative nationalist president, Karol Nawrocki, as the reason behind his decision ​to send additional troops.

[…] The U.S. ​had been reviewing its troop presence in Europe and had ​long been expected to scale it back following demands from Trump that NATO take a larger role in the defense of Europe.”

Watch: two weeks ago, Trump already floated the possibility of moving US troops to Poland.

Two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch has passed away.

He was 41 years old.

Earlier Thursday, the Busch family released a statement on Kyle Bushch’s deteriorating health and mystery illness:

“Kyle has experienced a severe illness resulting in hospitalization. He is currently undergoing treatment and will not compete in any of his scheduled activities this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway. We ask for understanding and privacy as our family navigates this situation,” the Busch family said Thursday morning.

On Thursday afternoon, NASCAR announced that Kyle Busch had passed away.

“On behalf of the Busch family, everyone at Richard Childress Racing and all of NASCAR, we are devastated to announce the sudden and tragic passing of Kyle Busch,” they said.

“Our entire NASCAR family is heartbroken by the loss of Kyle Busch. A future Hall of Famer, Kyle was a rare talent, one who comes along once in a generation. He was fierce, he was passionate, he was immensely skilled and he cared deeply about the sport and fans. Throughout a career that spanned more than two decades, Kyle set records in national series wins, won championships at NASCAR’s highest level and fostered the next generation of drivers as an owner in the Truck Series. Busch drove for three Hall of Fame team owners in Cup, getting his start with Hendrick Motorsports as a heralded rookie in stock-car racing’s big leagues in 2005. He joined Joe Gibbs Racing in 2008, establishing a long-running partnership that made him the face of Toyota’s NASCAR endeavors. He spent the final stages of his career with Childress, arriving in 2023 and taking the reins of the No. 8 Chevrolet.

At each phase of his career, Busch was a polarizing figure among fans — intensely popular for his adoring supporters and booed loudly by his detractors. He entered the sport as a brash teenager with the nickname “Shrub” as the younger brother to Hall of Famer Kurt Busch, but the alias of “Rowdy” — a nod to one of the main characters in “Days of Thunder” and to his aggressive style — is what stuck with him.

Kyle Thomas Busch was born May 2, 1985 into a racing family in Las Vegas. His father, Tom, was a mechanic who raced locally after he and his wife, Gaye, relocated from Schaumburg, Illinois. His brother, Kurt, was seven years older and set a competitive benchmark for him to aspire to on the track.

Kyle Busch followed many of the same steps that his brother did in accelerating up the racing ladder — family go-karts on makeshift tracks in cul-de-sacs and parking lots, Legends Cars at the Vegas bullring before a move to full-bodied Late Model competition. Kurt hinted at the impact his brother would make in 2001: “You think I’m a pretty good race car driver? Wait until you see my brother. He’s the best driver in the family.”

Kyle Busch’s path to NASCAR was also in line with his brother’s career arc, and Kyle joined his team when he signed with team owner Jack Roush as a 16-year-old junior in high school. That deal was derailed shortly after it began, when NASCAR raised its minimum age requirements to 18 for national-series competition in 2001.

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan just dropped another political bombshell tied to January 6.

During a fiery interview Thursday, Jordan revealed that congressional investigators are now probing whether confidential human sources operating around January 6 may have been receiving money not only from the Biden Justice Department, but also from the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center.

In other words: federally connected informants potentially “double dipping” while infiltrating groups tied to January 6.

Jordan made the remarks while discussing a new subpoena issued by the House Judiciary Committee as Republicans intensify their investigation into the SPLC and its alleged network of paid “field sources.”

Rep. Jordan: “Here’s a key question I have too. Were any of the guys they were paying— was the Biden Justice Department paying these same guys confidential human sources? We know 26 confidential human sources were at the Capitol on January 6th. 4 went in the Capitol. They weren’t authorized to do so. I want to know if any of these guys were double dipping and taking money from the government and from the Southern Poverty Law Center. That’s one of the things we want to find out. That would be another new chapter if true and if proven.”

As previously reported, the Trump DOJ secured an indictment accusing the SPLC of using millions of donor dollars to secretly fund infiltrators tied to extremist organizations.

Prosecutors allege the organization funneled money through shell entities to individuals connected to groups like the Ku Klux Klan and other radical organizations while presenting itself publicly as an anti-hate nonprofit.

Jordan and House Republicans have been aggressively investigating what they describe as a disturbing relationship between the Biden-era DOJ and the SPLC. Previous reporting revealed allegations that Biden officials consulted with the SPLC on law enforcement and civil rights matters, including training and intelligence-sharing activities.

Now the investigation appears to be moving directly toward the events of January 6 itself.
