Another huge win!

Longtime Democrat Rep. Steve Cohen has ended his reelection bid after Tennessee Republicans erased his district with a newly drawn congressional map.

Cohen has served as a Rep for Tennessee’s ‘majority-black’ 9th congressional district (Memphis) since 2007.

He previously served in the Tennessee Senate for more than two decades.

However, Cohen’s political career has come to an abrupt end after the Tennessee Republicans eliminated his district.

Last week, Tennessee Republicans passed a new congressional map that eliminated Cohen’s Memphis district.

Tennessee became the ninth state to approve a new congressional map amid the redistricting wars.

On Thursday, a judge allowed Tennessee’s new congressional map to stand.

Tennessee Republicans eliminated Cohen’s congressional district after the Supreme Court’s blockbuster ruling on racial gerrymandering.

The case, State of Louisiana v. Phillip Callais (and the related Press Robinson v. Phillip Callais), stems from Louisiana’s woke lawmakers caving to left-wing judges and creating a second “majority-minority” congressional district.

An evangelist who had been preaching at a gospel event was murdered by suspected Islamic extremists in Kampala, Uganda, last month.

Alfred Kitenga was reportedly beaten and stabbed around 9:30 p.m. on April 9 as he and his wife, Anna Grace Nabirye, were returning from a preaching event in the Namungoona area of Kampala, according to a report from Morning Star News.

The couple was reportedly approached by four people who claimed to be motorcycle taxi drivers.

Nabirye recounted that they claimed to have been fellow Christians attending the gospel event, and offered the couple a free ride home.

“We believed them because they said they were fellow believers who had listened to the message,” Nabirye described to Morning Star News.

But the four riders claimed that traffic congestion meant an alternate route would be ideal, and the couple agreed.

Nabirye grew uneasy when she overheard one of the drivers speaking on the phone in a language she did not know.

Three more men then showed up, at which point the riders assaulted the couple.

They were beaten severely, and Kitenga was fatally stabbed.

Nabirye was allowed to survive and was left near her home.

She told church leaders, who found Kitenga’s body on a roadside and notified the police.

Kitenga’s body was then taken to a morgue for analysis.

“This is a painful loss for the body of Christ,” one local church leader said in reaction to the incident.

While more than four-fifths of Ugandans identify as Christians, the Islamic minority has been known to attack believers, according to a report from Open Doors.

Christians especially face “frequent attacks by Muslim mobs” in the eastern part of the country.

Members of the Islamic minority try to dissuade conversions to Christianity.

Converts are “viewed as betraying their faith and community and face potential social ostracization, violent physical assault, expulsion from home and community and in extreme cases killing,” according to Open Doors.

Islam indeed remains “the foremost driver of religious persecution in Uganda, especially as Islamic communities are aggressively working to expand their influence and reach.”

The American Psychiatric Association Should Accept Secretary Kennedy’s Guidance Without Comment

Last Monday AbleChild attended the Mental Health & Overmedicalization Summit in Washington, D.C. While Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., headlined the Summit, it is the response by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) to Kennedy’s suggested recommendations to correct the mental health crisis in America that needs to be addressed.

Kennedy made it clear at the Summit that he intends to use the power of the federal government’s health agencies to make much needed changes to the current mental health model. In a nutshell, this model – diagnose and drug – is a complete failure, which is abundantly clear by the sheer fact that no one is getting better and every year more Americans are diagnosed with a mental illness and prescribed mind-altering drugs. And, with nearly $8 billion being spent by the taxpayers on psychiatric drugs, it’s abundantly clear what “treatment” is being utilized.

Too often, Kennedy insists, patients are not provided with the necessary information to make informed decisions, and the Secretary has no illusions about the overmedicalization that has been rampant for decades. Kennedy believes that patients “should receive clear, understandable information regarding the potential benefits and risks of psychiatric medications at initiation, during ongoing treatment, and when discontinuation is being considered.”

The HHS Secretary also is having federal guidelines drawn for those who have been on psychiatric drugs for years and are looking to safely taper off the drugs. Sounds fair and, frankly, should have been part of the diagnosing and prescribing from the beginning, making the APA’s response even more ironic and insulting.

While the APA “supports efforts to improve the quality, safety and evidence base of mental health treatment…” the APA also explains “we strongly object to framing the nation’s mental health crisis as primarily a problem of overmedicalization or overprescribing.” The APA further whines (wait for it) “that characterization oversimplifies a complex crisis and ignores the larger reality: too many patients cannot access timely, comprehensive care…” Really?

You can’t make this up. According to data provided by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) in 2022, 60 million American adults (18 or older) – one in five – lived with at least one mental illness. That’s more than 23 percent of the population! And more than 30 million of those Americans received mental health “treatment.”  Worse, though, is that one in five American children ages 3-17 also have been diagnosed with a mental illness.

How the APA can even remotely suggest that the mental health crisis is a lack of access is, well, crazy! Given the above numbers, one would have to ask who exactly isn’t getting access? When will the APA admit its responsibility in the mental health crisis? Will it take having 3 out of 5 Americans diagnosed and drugged? All?

AbleChild would suggest that the APA is extraordinarily lucky that HHS Secretary Kennedy hasn’t called in psychiatry’s great and near great for Congressional hearings to show any science for even one of its diagnoses. The fact is there is no abnormality in the brain, nothing wrong, nothing that can be “treated” with any measurable outcome that is any psychiatric diagnosis.

As is the case of children diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) this “mental illness” is determined by a check list of behaviors that the APA deems abnormal such as fidgeting, being distracted, daydreaming, being impatient and talking excessively to name a few. What child doesn’t exhibit these behaviors?

Then, making it worse than just a mental illness label, children then are often fed Methylphenidate, the closest thing medicine has to cocaine, as “treatment.” The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has no idea how the drug “works” as “treatment” for ADHD but is wholly aware of the serious side effects.

For example, sudden death has been reported as has cardiac abnormalities and other serious heart problems. Also, there is increased blood pressure, hallucinations, mania, psychosis, delusions, aggressive behavior, hostility, and suppression of growth to name a few. All this because the APA has concluded a kid wiggling in a chair is a mental illness. A kid being a kid is a mental illness.

Yes, the APA should immediately stop suggesting that not enough Americans are getting mental illness labels and should seriously count itself lucky that there have been no class action lawsuits brought against the organization for the harm that has been caused.

The APA should be thrilled that Secretary Kennedy is finally drawing up guidelines about what information should be provided to patients before any diagnosis is rendered. In fact, AbleChild would highly suggest that part of the informed consent guidelines should include that psychiatric diagnoses are completely subjective and could, and do, change based on which physician is seen. AbleChild also would suggest that the patient, if being prescribed a drug as “treatment,” is advised that the pharmaceutical companies have no idea how the drugs “work” for any alleged mental illness.

For decades the APA has convinced Americans that every human behavior, struggle, failure is due to a mental illness. Depressed? Mental illness. Anxious? Mental illness. Talk too much? Mental illness. Sadly, without being given important information to make informed decisions, tens of millions of Americans have accepted the label and have been sold mind-altering drugs as an answer – a “treatment.”

Secretary Kennedy is finally addressing the elephant in the room. Decades of mental health diagnosing and drugging aren’t working and worse, many who have lived with the failure of the modern mental health system are begging for guidance to get off debilitating drug regimens. The Secretary’s guidelines will help keep the APA honest and, rather than suggest that more Americans need to be labeled, it might behoove the APA to find a way to be honest about the human experience, to help Americans feel life with all its glorious ups and even its painful downs.

No one in all of America wants Voter ID, proof of citizenship, an end to mail-in ballots, and paper ballots replacing machines more than me.

I’ve fought loud and hard for the SAVE America Act. I’ve fought for this bill like a cornered wolverine. To me, it was the only way to save the midterms.

But my fight for the SAVE Act was a year ago…and many months ago. Not now.

Now it’s a dollar short and a day late. Passing it now would be a scam.

Here’s why…

First, this was the easiest bill to pass in the history of Congress. Everyone is for it- Republican voters, Democrat voters, independents, white voters, black voters, Latino voters- literally, EVERYONE.

Yet with the GOP controlling both houses of Congress, and knowing Democrats rig and cheat like the rest of us breathe air, the GOP Senate refused to pass it.

What a disgrace.

The holdout GOP Senators are now exposed as frauds, either playing for the Democrats, the Deep State, or bribed or blackmailed by China and the CCP.

But many Republicans, conservatives and MAGA patriots are still pushing hard for the Senate to finally come to their senses and pass the SAVE Act. They think they can embarrass, humiliate or shame the holdouts into suspending the Filibuster and passing the SAVE Act.

Here’s the problem. Here’s why this is a scam, a Trojan horse, a mirage, a WMD- weapon of mass distraction.

If the SAVE America Act had passed a year ago, or 9 months ago, or even 6 months ago…it would have been a Godsend. Yes, it would have saved the midterms.

But now it’s too late. Because the day after it passes, Democrat super lawyer Marc Elias and his evil band of scumbag communist traitor lawyers will file a lawsuit. And it will be tied up in court for 6 months, 9 months, maybe even a year- by the time it winds its way through nonstop appeals to higher courts, and finally, the Supreme Court.

So, even if it passes, it will never be in effect for the upcoming midterms.

It could have been and almost certainly would have been in effect for the midterms if the GOP Senate had passed it a year ago, or even 6 months ago. But now it’s too late. They stalled and waited too long.

But my educated guess is…that was the whole point of the stalling. This is the Democrat, communist traitors, and Deep State game plan- just keep stalling until the cavalry arrives (i.e., Democrats re-take power).

And part of this “Art of War” deception is not just to stall, but to eventually reverse course, and vote for the very bill you are against, but do it too late- so it actually looks like you’re one of the good guys, who came to your senses, and came to the rescue of the American people.

Now you win re-election, while deceiving the citizens. The bill is too late. The election is stolen, but it looks like you tried to help. Win-win for Deep State plants.

The SAVE Act will not save the midterms. Not now anyway. Millions of illegal aliens will still be voting- particularly in the battleground states that really matter.

Don’t get me wrong. I want the SAVE Act for 2028 and beyond. But I’m just pointing out it’s too late for 2026. The GOP Senate holdouts knew exactly what they were doing. Even if they suddenly reverse course and pass it. It’s too late.

If Democrats cheat (what else is new?), and stuff the ballot box with millions of illegal alien votes, we will lose the midterms. What comes next? Trump is done. Finished. Finito. Adios. He won’t pass one bill ever again. The MAGA agenda is dead-on-arrival. He will never get to finish the job we elected him to do.

Trump will also face nonstop impeachments. His life will be a living hell for his last two years in the White House.

Worst of all, if Democrats re-take the Senate, they will immediately kill the Filibuster- the very thing dumb, clueless, cowardly, bribed Republican Senators refused to do. And they will try to ram through their radical, unAmerican, Marxist agenda.

They will do exactly what Republicans were afraid to do.

So, what’s the only SOLUTION at this late date? I keep yelling it from the highest mountaintops…

President Trump must sign a “Presidential National Security Emergency on Elections.”

And under that “emergency declaration” umbrella issue a new Executive Order mandating Voter ID, proof of citizenship, a ban of mail-in voting, and paper ballots replacing machines.

Democrats can’t ever overcome that 2/3rds vote hurdle. Not even close.

This is how we neuter Democrat obstruction and radical communist insurrection judges.

This is how we win the midterms- combined with President Trump’s army of election integrity activists, and the new Congressional Districts created by last week’s Supreme Court decision ending race-based gerrymandering (which should give the GOP at least 10 new seats, maybe more, for the midterms).

So, President Trump, don’t be fooled by the promise of the Senate finally passing the SAVE America Act. It’s too little, too late. It’s a scam, a mirage, a trojan horse, A weapon of mass distraction, to throw you off the scent of the only real solution at this late date…

A Presidential National Security Emergency Election Declaration.

Period. End of story. Just do it.

Liberal heads will explode.

And we will win so much, we might really get sick of winning!

Trump does not ‘forgive and forget’ betrayals and slights.

The US-Israel military operations against Iran have become a ‘litmus test’ for the European ‘allies’ – and most of them they failed at it badly.

Not only did the NATO countries fail to step up to help the US, some of them went as far as denying the use of military bases on the strikes.

The Donald J. Trump response came first with public criticism, and now the actual practical consequences are starting to unfold.

Yesterday (14), it arose that the Department of War has canceled plans to deploy 4,000 U.S.-based troops ​to Poland.

This unexpected decision raises questions about the scope of Trump’s troop ‌cuts in Europe.

Reuters reported:

“A Pentagon spokesperson declined comment, a lawmaker said the decision had not yet been notified to Congress, and no formal announcement has been made.

The decision, first reported by Army Times, came just two weeks after the Pentagon announced it was withdrawing 5,000 troops from NATO ally Germany, ​in part due to a widening rift over the Iran war between President Donald Trump and Europe.”

The US is reviewing its troop presence ​in Europe and has long been expected to scale it back, demanding that NATO countries take a larger role in the defense of Europe.

“Trump has also been angered that European allies did ​not join the U.S. war against Iran, and sparred with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, who last month said Iranians were humiliating the ​U.S. in negotiations.”

Euronews reported:

“In an abrupt move confirmed by Euronews, the US has […] scrapped the 4,000-strong rotational force due to replace troops once they completed their deployment to Poland.

A ceremony marking the upcoming deployment of the 1st Cavalry Division — known as ‘casing the colors’ — was held on 1 May at Fort Hood, Texas, and military equipment was already in transit, underscoring how far advanced the tour was before it was aborted.

[…] The decision is nevertheless likely to cause disappointment in Warsaw, where speculation had been mounting for weeks that some of the troops withdrawn from Germany could instead be redeployed to Poland, a country seen as key to protect the alliance’s eastern flank against Russia.”
