White House Border Czar Tom Homan has called for a full-scale purge of non-English speaking truck drivers, which includes many illegal aliens, from commercial driver’s license (CDL) rolls across the country.

Homan made the remarks after four illegal aliens with the surname “Singh” were involved in separate, but recent, deadly semitruck accidents.

During an appearance on Fox News on Thursday, Homan stated plainly:

“We’re going to try to get everybody off the street who’s here illegally. I think we need to go a step further,” Homan began.

Homan continued, “My concern is, let’s say you have a green card. You’re driving a two-ton tractor-trailer down the highway at 65 to 70 miles an hour. But you don’t have English proficiency. You can’t see a sign or understand a sign… they got to be able to read these signs so they can prepare to stop quickly or avoid another accident.”

“They have got to understand English to be driving a two-ton truck down the highway at 70 miles an hour. So, that’s something else we’re looking at,” he said.

Homan also revealed that Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is actively pursuing lawsuits and subpoenas to compel blue states to turn over DMV records they have been refusing to share with federal immigration authorities.

The repeated involvement of drivers named “Singh” in recent fatal crashes has drawn attention to patterns of illegal immigration from India and the ability to obtain commercial licenses through lax state systems.

In February, during the State of the Union address, President Donald Trump brought attention to the devastating story of seven-year-old Dalilah Coleman, a young girl whose life was forever altered by a horrific car accident caused by an illegal alien “Singh” who was driving a semi-truck.

Dalilah, who was just five at the time of the crash, suffered severe injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, and developmental delay.

She now cannot walk, talk, or eat on her own, requiring lifelong care and therapy through a feeding tube.

The crash occurred in June 2024 on Highway 395 in Southern California, where a six-car pileup was triggered by an illegal alien driving a semi-truck who failed to stop at a construction site.

The driver, Partap Singh, an illegal alien from India who entered the U.S. in 2022 and was released under the Biden administration’s policies, slammed into the vehicle carrying Dalilah and her family.

The child was airlifted to Loma Linda Children’s Hospital, spending three weeks in a coma and six months in treatment before returning home.

Singh was arrested by ICE in August.

Her family, led by her mother, Ileana Krause, a Class A truck driver herself, has been fighting for her recovery ever since.

“I’m wanting this to spread out so that way the driver may be held accountable for his negligence I myself being a Class A truck driver and understanding the responsibilities that we hold while operating these heavy-duty vehicles across the country he neglected to hold the same responsibilities. Our daughter was to start Kindergarten this year as well as sports, her goals have been impacted and delayed severely. Dalilah is a charismatic girl with a smile to impact anyone around her. Her happiness was contagious and she always smiled and went above and beyond to make every day a memorable one,” her mother wrote in a GoFundMe fundraiser for help with medical expenses.

The president directly addressed the tragedy and endorsed legislation in her honor.

“Many, if not most, illegal aliens do not speak English and cannot read even the most basic road signs…That’s why tonight, I’m calling on Congress to pass what we will call the ‘Dalilah Law’—barring any state from granting Commercial Drivers Licenses to illegal aliens,” Trump said from the lectern.

WATCH:

Highlighting the divide in Congress, Trump called on lawmakers to stand if they believed it was the government’s duty to “protect American citizens over illegal aliens.”

Republicans rose to their feet in applause, while most Democrats remained seated.

Trump blasted them, saying, “You should be ashamed.”

This prompted unhinged outbursts from Reps. Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.

WATCH:

The Coleman family’s GoFundMe campaign, aimed at covering rehabilitation and therapy costs, has raised nearly $200,000.

GREENLAND TIES: US Opens New Consulate in Nuuk, Strengthening Its Presence in Arctic Island
May 22, 2026

The size of the new consulate spells the importance Greenland now has for the Trump administration.

The diplomatic dance continues between the United States, the presently leaderless kingdom of Denmark, and the autonomous territory of Greenland.

Three Days after special envoy Jeff Landry visited the island for a conference, the US inaugurated yesterday (21) a new consulate in Nuuk, while some Greenlanders turned up to protest.

The new US consulate in Nuuk shows the Donald J. Trump administration ‘sharpening its focus on the Arctic’.

Politico reported:

“The inauguration of the new, 3,000-square-meter complex in Nuuk’s city center has prompted protests from native Greenlanders, with the island’s premier, Jens-Frederik Nielsen, telling local outlet Sermitsiaq that he will not attend the event.”

US Ambassador to Denmark, Ken Howery, speaks to reporters at the opening of a new American consulate in Nuuk, Greenland, discussing the region's future.

“Trump reopened the American consulate in 2020 during his first term, but it initially had to be housed in a Danish Joint Arctic Command building.”

Reuters reported:

“The U.S. opening of a larger diplomatic hub in Greenland on Thursday was met by demonstrators opposed to President Donald Trump’s ambition for greater influence in the Arctic island, while local government ministers shied away from ‌the event.

Moving from a wooden cabin on the outskirts of Nuuk to a much larger downtown office, the new United States consulate has become a focal point for Greenlanders unhappy with Trump’s stated desire to control the island, a semi-autonomous part of Denmark.

Greenland’s Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen and a series of other politicians said that they had declined invitations to attend the opening of the new diplomatic mission.

‘We haven’t made a decision in principle, but I won’t participate’, Nielsen told local daily Sermitsiaq.”

School Shootings NOT the Number One Cause of Child Death – Statistical Nonsense Debunked

School Shootings NOT the Number One Cause of Child Death – Statistical Nonsense Debunked

School Shootings NOT the Number One Cause of Child Death – Statistical Nonsense Debunked
May 22, 2026

FBI agents apprehend suspects during a nighttime operation, with individuals handcuffed and seated against a fence.
Young adults ages 18 and 19, along with gang-related shootings and suicide, not school shootings, account for most of the gun deaths attributed to people under the age of 20. Photo courtesy of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

A European friend approached me today, asking about guns in the US, saying, “There are so many guns in your country. It will take a long time to collect them all and get rid of them.” She was shocked when I responded, “We don’t want to get rid of them.”

After she got over her immediate horror and confusion, she asked, “But aren’t you afraid of school shootings?” I said that I was not, while also making it clear that I opposed them. “Most Americans are against school shootings,” I added.

Then she said, “I read that school shootings are the number one cause of death of children in the US.”

I responded, “I believe you believe you read that, but you didn’t. No one is actually making that claim. Mainstream media and anti-gun lobbies are playing with statistics to make you think that is what you read.”

This or similar statements about school shooting deaths are now repeated constantly, not only in personal conversations but also on television talk shows and in the talking points of the anti-gun lobby. The claim, of course, is complete nonsense.

On average, school shootings result in fewer than 40 deaths per year, and not all of the victims are children. There was an uptick during the Biden administration and after COVID, but from 2000 through roughly 2020, the average was closer to six deaths per year.

And this is why no serious authority has actually made such an egregious claim. Rather, headlines are designed to make people believe that is what they read. The actual claim, according to CDC data, is that firearm injuries were the leading cause of death among children and teens ages 1 to 19 in 2020 and 2021.

There was a tremendous increase in shootings during the COVID lockdowns; at the same time, fewer people were driving to school and work. Consequently, 2020 was the first year guns killed more young people than cars.

The first problem with this data is that it is no longer true. It was true five years ago, but is still cited as if it were current. Second, ages 1 to 19 are an odd population to sample. Children are generally considered to be ages 0 to 17, while 18- and 19-year-olds are legally adults.

Furthermore, the firearm deaths include everything from suicide and homicide to accidents and gang violence, and the deaths are heavily skewed toward 18- and 19-year-olds. Teens ages 18 and 19 have a firearm mortality rate of 25.2 per 100,000. Children ages 1 to 17 have a rate of 3.7 per 100,000, nearly a 7-to-1 ratio.

There were 2,526 gun deaths in 2022 among children ages 1 to 17. The CDC’s broader 1-to-19 figure for the same year was approximately 4,400. That means 18- and 19-year-olds accounted for roughly 1,900 of the 4,400 deaths, nearly 43% of the entire figure, despite representing only two years out of the 19-year age range being sampled.

The death rate also varies dramatically by race. According to a Johns Hopkins University report, “In 2022, in the 1 to 17 age group, Black children and teens had a gun death rate 18 times higher than that of white children in the same age group.”

To put the numbers in perspective, more than 20,000 children die each year in the US from all causes combined, meaning firearm deaths represent only a percentage of total child mortality. When people hear the claim that gun deaths were the leading cause of death, many assume that means guns accounted for more than 50% of deaths. In reality, “leading cause” simply means the single largest category among many competing causes, including car accidents, poisoning, suffocation, drowning, fire-related injuries, and influenza and pneumonia.

Mass shootings are a rounding error among gun deaths in the under-20 age group. Suicide is the dominant driver, and gang-related shootings are second. Gang-related crime data, like demographic crime data broadly, is difficult to obtain because it challenges prevailing political narratives. The FBI’s NIBRS system depends on voluntary local reporting, and many high-gang jurisdictions under-report or classify gang homicides differently, leaving no unified federal gang homicide count broken down by victim age. That gap is not an accident.

What can be stated with certainty: 18- and 19-year-olds account for more than 40% of all gun deaths in the CDC’s 1–19 age bracket — a cohort that is legal adults by every measure and statistically more likely to be involved in gang activity than younger teens. Gang-related homicides averaged nearly 2,000 annually from 2007 to 2012, representing roughly 13% of all homicides nationally. In urban areas, the DOJ’s National Gang Center puts the share of gun homicides linked to gang and drug activity at 15% to 33%.

The anti-gun lobby frames child gun deaths as a suburban school shooting crisis requiring universal gun control. The data shows a different problem, an urban gang homicide problem concentrated in a small number of cities among a specific demographic. Those are not the same policy problem and do not have the same policy solution. Bundling them into a single “children are dying” statistic is a deliberate statistical manipulation.

Trump Admin Moves to Supercharge Deportations with Unprecedented Immigration Judge Addition

Trump Admin Moves to Supercharge Deportations with Unprecedented Immigration Judge Addition
May 22, 2026

ICE agents arrest an individual in a public setting, highlighting immigration enforcement operations.

The Justice Department announced on Thursday the onboarding of over 80 new immigration judges, the largest addition in agency history.

The Executive Office of Immigration added 77 full-time judges and 5 temporary ones, according to a DOJ news release.

“The Trump administration is committed to reestablishing an immigration judge corps that is dedicated to restoring the rule to the law in our nation’s immigration system,” Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said.

“Today, we are onboarding the largest immigration judge class in agency history. This could only happen thanks to President Trump’s decisive leadership and commitment to securing our borders. I also applaud EOIR’s leadership team for helping facilitate these hiring efforts and recruiting highly qualified and talented personnel in record time,” he added.

EOIR has hired 153 permanent immigration judges since the start of the fiscal year Oct. 1.

The DOJ noted, “Reducing the immigration court backlog remains one of the highest priorities for the agency. Since January 20, 2025, EOIR has completed more than 1.08 million cases and has reduced its pending caseload in immigration courts by more than 447,000 cases, bringing the pending caseload down from approximately 4 million to under 3.53 million, the sharpest decrease in caseload in EOIR’s history.”

CBS News reported that, in addition to hiring new immigration judges, the Trump administration also fired more than 100 of them, many of whom were hired during the Biden administration.

“Some of the judges ousted under the Trump administration have said they believe they were fired over not sufficiently pushing deportations or having backgrounds helping or advocating for immigrants,” CBS said.

“Most of the immigration judges joining the Justice Department’s ranks this week had previously worked as ICE lawyers, prosecutors or in the military, as officers, judge advocates or other roles, according to bios provided by the department. Some worked as state or local judges, or as lawyers in private practice,” the news outlet added.

Greg Chen, senior director for government relations at the American Immigration Lawyers Association, told CBS he believes the Trump administration is seeking to “compel” immigration judges to “act as tools of enforcement, not impartial adjudicators.”

Trump ran on border security and immigration law enforcement during his 2024 campaign.

In January, on the first anniversary of his inauguration, the Department of Homeland Security reported that “nearly 3 million illegal aliens have left the U.S. because of the Trump administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration, including an estimated 2.2 million self-deportations and more than 675,000 deportations.”

Further, “In President Trump’s first year, USBP recorded 95 percent fewer encounters per day along the southwest border than during the Biden administration.”

During Trump’s first year of his second term, the daily average for border encounters was 251, compared with 5,110 under President Joe Biden.

Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Spencer Pratt Explains What Made Him Become a Republican (VIDEO)

Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Spencer Pratt Explains What Made Him Become a Republican (VIDEO)

Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Spencer Pratt Explains What Made Him Become a Republican (VIDEO)
May 21, 2026

Screencap of Twitter/X video.

Spencer Pratt’s mayoral campaign in Los Angeles has gone viral. In his ads and appearances, Pratt has used a very common sense approach to addressing the city’s problems and failed leadership.

Pratt is still so new on the scene that many people don’t know a lot about him. During a recent interview, he explained how he became a Republican.

Unsurprisingly, it had to do with gun rights and protecting himself and his family.

Townhall has details:

In an interview with CNN, Pratt explained that during the height of his time as a reality television star, when he was widely hated by the public, he received a significant number of death threats. Although he had hired personal security, he said they had also encouraged him to purchase a firearm for self-defense. According to Pratt, Republicans were the only political party that supported that right to self-defense, and for him, the issue was as simple as that.

“Why are you a Republican?” CNN’s Elex Michaelson asked.

“Well, you want to break some news here?” Pratt replied.

“Sure.”

“It’s in my, you know, I’ve told this before, and this is the only time I’ve ever said this, so this is breaking news. Everyone’s gonna freak out,” Pratt said. “When I was a hated reality star, I got so many death threats. I had so much security and police, and what did they tell me to do? Get a gun. This is real, I know people don’t like guns, but LA was dangerous if you’re hated. So I got a gun. My wife got a gun. And then we needed CCWs. The only people that supported a CCW was the Republican.”

“That was what I aligned with my safety, my personal safety, my family’s safety,” he said. “I know people don’t like guns, but when people are threatening your life and your own security is telling you you need to have home protection, trained to, it’s not like just, I went to the, you know, go through the proper steps. That was my, that’s it.”

Watch the video below:

This makes perfect sense.

People on the left are always calling for more gun control but have no idea how difficult it already is to become a legal gun owner. Getting a license to carry is even more difficult. Pratt clearly understands this.
