Nevada Secretary of State Candidate Jim Marchant Delivers a National Plan to Secure the Midterms

During the Fraud Fighter Summit, 15-17 June in Las Vegas, Steve Bannon of https://warroom.org/ personally addressed the event leadership and attendees to express his appreciation of the effort it took to hold this record-breaking conference where over 700 attended.  He also assured them the event was being noticed at many levels in DC, including at the White House.  For that reason, Bannon asked that an Action Plan resulting from the Summit be presented to him.

Steve Bannon’s request for action resonated with JIM MARCHANT, a longtime co-worker with TINA PETERS.  Jim recently won his Nevada Secretary of State (NV SOS) Primary.  Due to his intense interest in the subject of Election Integrity, Jim produced the definitive action plan to save the House and Senate races in the Midterms.  An overview of that Action Plan presented to Steve Bannon is revealed at the end of this article.

Jim is now laser-focused on not only saving Nevada from the evil election manipulation occurring under the current Nevada SOS, Francisco Aguilar (D), but also saving America from the scourge of the same election fraud strategically implemented throughout all 50 States.

To understand Nevada SOS Francisco Aguilar, one doesn’t need to look much further than the fact that he replaced Colorado SOS Jena Griswold in 2025 as the head of all the Democrat Association of Secretaries of State (DASS) (https://demsofstate.org/).  Ever since 2021, Jena Griswold has been the personification of evil and deception who continues to proliferate false stories about Tina Peters (https://tinapeters.us/).  For those who don’t know, Tina is the person that exposed the methods of machine manipulation to steal our elections and PURPOSELY destroy America from within.

Previously, Aguilar served as the DASS Treasurer of the 21 states where Democratic SOSs control elections.  One doesn’t have to look very deep to understand the nefarious aim and purpose of the Democrat party ever since the theft of 2020.  This evil is now personified by the leadership of Francisco Aguilar as the current head of the DASS.

Therefore, Jim Marchant is not only confronting the current SOS of Nevada in the SOS Midterms Race, but he is also challenging the corrupt leadership of the entire electoral process represented by the unified and lockstep actions of all the DASS.  It’s also important to note that Aguilar is a recipient of Soros funding, as described in THIS ARTICLE.

Jim’s involvement with election security became supercharged the evening of 3 Nov 2020, when the theft quickly became obvious in the early morning hours of Nov 4th, and every Swing State suddenly went to Biden, many via the infamous “F-Curve”.  That F-Curve was only the beginning, as the ballot mule scheme orchestrated by the machine computer infrastructure was also soon exposed in the documentary 2000 MULES.

There is no question Jim is up against a formidable raw power machine in November, and the Democrat Cabal led by Aguilar will not want to surrender that power to Jim Marchant.  Given this, the big question is “how will it be possible for Jim Marchant to have a fair election against the Aguilar/DASS Machine”, given their donors, leadership, and nefarious history.

Jim’s advantage is that he has a thorough understanding of the documented cheating mechanisms which have allowed the Democrats to steal countless races that weren’t “Too Big To Rig”.  As a matter of fact, after President Trump won in 2024, the Democrats stole countless Federal and State races via distorting election timeframes and manipulated counting methods.  Wherever counting went into an extended timeframe, the Democrats nearly always end up winning, an obvious statistical impossibility.

THIS IS THE ‘MACHINE’ THAT JIM MARCHANT IS UP AGAINST IN HIS RACE TO BECOME THE NEVADA SECRETARY OF STATE.   However, if Jim’s plan is implemented on a national basis, it will thwart the theft of the Midterms and Save America.  This system was largely prototyped in 2024 with the “Nevada Caucus”, where only Trump vs. Haley were on the ballot.  Here’s an overview of the simple plan that Jim is providing to Steve Bannon:

With this honest handcount system implemented nationwide for Federal Candidates, the contrast in the results of the electronic voting machine infrastructure vs. this transparent handcount system will likely be startling.  This anticipated contrast will then likely prevent the use of their cheating algorithms to steal the Midterms.

Tina Peters showed us how the cheating occurs in her THREE FORENSIC REPORTS, and now this Handcount implementation will directly show us how the fraud is overwhelmingly widespread.  This situation cannot be ignored another day.  Jim’s leadership with this system will directly showcase his extraordinary ability to win against the Aguilar/DASS machine in Nevada.  It will also empower all the other states to hold their House and Senate race elections in the most secure manner possible with this system to prevent massive election theft.

In order to Save America, ALL Federal House and Senate Elections for the 2026 Midterms should be done by this honest and transparent system that Jim Marchant is championing.

It has been a while, at least a century to be precise, since the last time Washington, DC, received a monumental makeover.  Washington, the eponymous city of our first President, was envisioned by our Founding Fathers to be a new Rome.

Indeed, particularly in the dreams of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, the Rome by the Potomac was intended to eclipse the old Rome by the Tiber.

The first republic since antiquity, the United States was deserving of a city befitting its grand aspirations – a grand city upon a grand hill, erected upon a continent of virtually endless possibility.

In the generation immediately succeeding Washington’s, there was a movement, supported by the aging founders who lived into that next chapter of American history (John Adams and Thomas Jefferson both died on the republic’s fiftieth anniversary in 1826), to erect a colossus in the image of George Washington.

Envisioned to be six hundred feet tall, the monumental statue of the republic’s first emperor was to capture the grandeur of his heroism, while paying direct tribute to the mighty displays of heroism from the Old World, in whose ways and means the Founding generation was closely acquainted.

Though technical limitations (and later, war) prevented that colossus from taking on the exact likeness of its namesake, the Washington Monument became a worthy substitute, evocative of the noble spirit of that founding age to which every subsequent age would be inevitably compared.

The Washington Monument was completed in 1848, some 12 years before civil war came, and stood at a towering 555-feet, for that time as well as ours a remarkable feat of engineering, the tallest freestanding structure in the world when it was built.

In the decades hence, the monumental obelisk would be accompanied by other monumental fixtures – first came the Lincoln Memorial, completed in 1922, under the administration of Warren Harding, over a half-century since the death of its namesake.

Then, a little over two decades later, was dedicated the Jefferson Memorial, which commemorated the two hundredth anniversary of the birth of the man who wrote America’s founding creed: that all men are created equal – memorialized, for posterity, in a declaration of independence.

Since 1943, no new building, grand colossus, or monument of “monumental” stature has gone up in Washington, DC.

The decades since World War II reveal a government that grew increasingly complex, reifying its indecisiveness through layers of regulation and bureaucracy while trading the early republic’s grand ambitions for the comforts of a late-stage empire.

As other American cities have grown, and quite mightily in those intervening decades, the national capital has stagnated.

Perhaps Washington was never going to embrace the skyscraper, the uniquely American architectural innovation that would typify New York and Chicago.

But it should have readily welcomed the structures conducive to the neoclassical mold out of which the imperial city, with its Capitol Rotunda and Corinthian columns, was sculpted.

And that it did, but only for a time: no great monument went up after the Jefferson Memorial was completed in 1943; the post war-era, defined by decadence and bureaucratic gridlock, seemed to adopt a spirit of despair towards all great things, as if to imply that those things necessarily belonged to the past, for when held up against the standards of the present, they would only invoke deep-seated feelings of guilt.

Guilt had multiple meanings in this context: the modern society would only pale in comparison to its past greatness; its current statesmen were diminutive in the shadows of their forefathers.

But that guilt also suggested that even daring to live up to the standards of the past indicated the existence of standards at all, a precept that was anathema for the age of leveling egalitarianism which defined most of the rest of the twentieth century.

For Donald Trump to now come along, in the two-hundred and fiftieth year, and have the gall to ignore the previous century’s wisdom, which displaced Jefferson’s as our newfound creed, of perpetual decline, caused heads to spin.

He even said that he would just erect a monument at the city’s entranceway, one that would stand as living testimony of American greatness.

Naturally, this audacity was met with tremendous umbrage by the ruling classes, the chief architects of the nation’s decline.  It was baked into the cake that the environment had to physically adopt the image and likeness of the philosophy of managed decline.

As a result, Washington’s decaying infrastructure — its broken fountains, crumbling buildings, and neglected streets — came to reflect the ruling class’s quiet embrace of decline.

It was as if the nation felt bound to the trauma of September 11th. The searing images of the World Trade Center collapsing and the Pentagon in flames remained seared into the national consciousness, eventually acquiring a near-theological power that shaped the outlook of the secular elite governing late-stage America.

9/11 bore the world out of which the twenty-first-century American empire was always supposed to pay homage.  Every president in those years seemed to accept the worldview of an expanding managerial class — one that treated America’s decline as inevitable, even as the country grew wealthier after September 11th.

And so, a sharp dichotomy arose between the material riches indicated in the nation’s coffers, and the harrowing “facts on the ground” of its great cities in ruin.

Yet, no president, not Bush nor certainly Obama nor Biden would dare question this narrative: their actions implied total capitulation to it.

Only Donald Trump refused to accept this narrative. By rejecting the ideology of decline that his predecessors had normalized, he effectively insulted the creed they had all come to share.

The President is correct to say Washington, DC, for all its marvels, lacks an arch – comparable to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris – worthy of its name.

The location selected for the President’s memorial arch is perfect, for it will be located right across the bridge overseeing Lincoln Memorial, the figurative gateway of the city, and just down the hill from Robert E. Lee’s magisterial Grecian home, where the wartime general resided before being chased into the hills once the Civil War broke out.

The roadway represents the unification of North and South, but the Memorial will serve a grander, forward-looking purpose.  Sure, it will in part be testimony to the President who envisioned great feats again.

But symbolically it is also representative of a country that has too often ruminated over its history, finding every opportunity to criticize, while forgetting its cultural achievements.

The barren landscape of Memorial Circle offers a blank canvas for a new kind of history; not one necessarily steeped in the past chaos of civil war, or the evils of slavery, or anything that would placate the fetishistically suicidal appetites of the latter-day elite.

This is what most upsets the Left, which would prefer to wallow in the agonies of the past – even a past to which it finds itself at a great distance from – for time immemorial, never to boldly embrace the future.

The arch would displace this performative critical history for a stronger and hopefully more lasting monumental history, one that elevates the past once and for all and exalts its many glories and heroic feats.

Not for the purposes of guilting the present, but to remind we, the living, that mankind once did great things, and it can still, with the requisite will, do such great things again.

Elon Musk, owner of the social media platform X, has had it.

According to the New York Post, in a recent appearance on the leftist “I’ve Had It” podcast with insufferable host Jennifer Welch, Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna of California insisted that Musk “needs to answer” for the “4.5 million children around the world who he possibly sentenced to death by dismantling USAID” while Musk ran President Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency, known as DOGE, in early 2025.

But Musk, who recently became the world’s first trillionaire, did not stop at the threat of a lawsuit. In fact, he made Khanna’s name synonymous with congressional stock trading.

“The standard applied by DOGE was very simple and easy: Provide contact information for the recipients of aid, so that we can confirm it is not fraudulent. The reality is that money was being sent to corrupt politicians under the guise of aid! Liars and stock insider traders like Ro the Robber should be in prison!!” Musk wrote.

Indeed, the world’s richest man seemed to like the nickname he coined for Khanna.

After all, while gutting USAID, Musk’s DOGE uncovered considerable malfeasance.

Musk, of course, broke with the Trump administration in the spring and summer of 2025 over what Musk perceived as a betrayal of DOGE principles in the president’s “Big Beautiful Bill.” The two have since quietly reconciled, at least to a degree.

No one, however, should forget how Democrats squealed when DOGE targeted USAID in February 2025.

While speaking to reporters following his confirmation as Health and Human Services Secretary that same month, former Democrat Robert F. Kennedy Jr. correctly described USAID as a “sinister” agency.

“It has been captured by the military-industrial complex,” Kennedy said of USAID in Trump’s presence, according to NBC News. “It has become a sinister propagator of totalitarianism across — and war — across the globe. And very few people understand how sinister this agency really is.”

Indeed, liberals like Khanna and Welch still apparently believe that USAID prioritized feeding hungry children. Or at least they say that they believe it. Perhaps they merely find the lie useful.

Meanwhile, we have since learned that DOGE’s crusade against government fraud revealed only the iceberg’s tip.

In December, for instance, YouTuber Nick Shirley uncovered massive amounts of fraud in Minnesota’s Somali immigrant community. Partly in response to that revelation, Trump tapped Vice President J.D. Vance to head a national fraud task force.

Of course, we do not even need investigations to reveal the scope of federal fraud. We only need to look at Washington, D.C., which boasts America’s wealthiest suburbs.

In other words, the Khannas and Welches of the world will tell us that government spending prevents children from starving. But in fact, it only seems to enrich liberal bureaucrats. And that explains Democrats’ apoplectic reactions to USAID’s termination.

In short, whether or not Musk follows through on his lawsuit threat, it was high time someone called out an elected Democrat on the DOGE-USAID lies.

In yet another victory for left-wing domestic terrorists, U.S. District Judge Mustafa Kasubhai has ordered the protective perimeter fencing torn down within 48 hours, despite months of violent Antifa attacks, shattered windows, a lobby breach, over $200,000 in damage, and an active FBI manhunt for the rioters.

The ruling, issued Monday, June 22, 2026, by Biden nominee Judge Kasubhai, claims the fencing violates the First Amendment by blocking access to the upper “Free Speech Plaza.”

The judge rejected the government’s offer of a permit system and alternative spaces, insisting the area must remain fully open for “spontaneous” demonstrations.

This is the same plaza that Antifa and aligned anarchist groups have repeatedly turned into a war zone.

The fencing was recently installed in response to ongoing violent riots carried out by Antifa and aligned anarchist groups since June 2025.

OPB reported:

Judge Mustafa Kasubhai announced in court Monday that he was granting a request for a preliminary injunction against the federal government.

He said the fence could be reinstalled in the future if it allowed more access to the upper courtyard.

Kasubhai said while the government has an interest in protecting its building, the courtyard is a “traditional public forum.”

The government blocked off the area in April after a riot was declared at a protest in January.

In September 2025, masked Antifa terrorists surrounded the Federal Building in Eugene to protest ICE. They blocked all normal entrances and exits, pounded on doors and windows, and trapped federal employees inside, forcing them to find alternative ways out.

Federal police made arrests as the domestic terrorist group attempted to lay siege to the facility just one day after President Trump signed an executive order designating Antifa a domestic terrorist organization.

Then came the even more brazen January 30, 2026 riot. A crowd of 400-500 anti-ICE agitators turned violent. They broke multiple windows, spray-painted federal property, threw rocks at law enforcement, and some actually breached the lobby. Eugene police declared a riot.

Federal employees were trapped inside, terrified of what would happen if the building was fully overrun. The facility was evacuated and closed for 10 days.

Damage exceeded $200,000. The FBI launched a manhunt, released video of the rioters, and offered up to $5,000 rewards for information leading to arrests and convictions for the destruction of government property. At least one suspect has already been federally charged with depredation of federal property.

President Trump publicly condemned the attack, blasting local police for standing down and vowing that his administration would not allow federal buildings to be damaged by “Insurrectionists, Agitators, and Anarchists.”

The fence was the direct, necessary response to this violence.

Installed in late April 2026 at a cost of nearly $270,000, the perimeter fencing was put up after the building’s Facility Security Committee determined it was required to stop future breaches, protect employees (including veterans using the on-site VA services), and give crews time to install riot-proof glass and harden the facade.

The General Services Administration said the barrier was temporary — expected to stay up roughly two years while repairs and security upgrades were completed.

Left-wing activists represented by the Civil Liberties Defense Center sued anyway, claiming the fence was really just a sneaky way to suppress their speech. Judge Kasubhai bought the argument. He ordered the entire perimeter fence removed within 48 hours.

While he left open the possibility of some limited fencing on breezeways, the main barrier protecting the upper plaza must go.

A total of seven domestic terrorists are now charged in conspiracy to commit murder at the historic freedom celebration on the South Lawn.

Two additional radical men have been arrested since Friday in connection with a chilling plot to attack the June 14 UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House.

The event, a star-studded, patriotic celebration of American freedom featuring President Donald Trump, UFC President Dana White, and top fighters on the South Lawn, was targeted by radicals intent on creating mass casualties.

William Lee Spartacus Falkner was arrested midday Friday, June 19. Falkner, of Belfair, Washington, is charged by criminal complaint in the Western District of Washington with conspiracy to commit murder.

He appeared in U.S. District Court in Tacoma. Court documents indicate Falkner is trained in drone operations and discussed using drones armed with explosives in online communications with co-conspirators.

Jordan W. Rincker, 28, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested Sunday, June 21. Rincker is charged by criminal complaint in the Western District of Missouri with conspiracy to commit murder.

He appeared in U.S. District Court in Kansas City. Prosecutors allege Rincker acted as a key logistical and financial supporter, including taking $1,200 from another charged individual to help fund and arm members of the plot.

These arrests bring the total to seven individuals now facing federal charges in the conspiracy. Last week, five others were arrested and charged:

• Tycen C. Proper, 19, of Danville, Ohio;
• Bryan Omar Roa, 24, of Calimesa, California;
• Michael Alan Thomas, 32, of Pinon Hills, California;
• Daniel K. Eskridge, 32, of Kidder, Missouri; and
• Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez, 31, of Omaha, Nebraska.

According to the Justice Department and court documents, the group conspired to carry out a multi-phase terror attack on the packed UFC Freedom 250 event.

Their plan allegedly involved deploying explosive-laden drones over the North side of the venue to sow chaos and force an evacuation. Snipers were then to be positioned to fire on “high-value targets,” including government officials and politicians, as crowds fled the South Lawn. Some reports indicate additional plans to storm the White House grounds.

The FBI disrupted the plot days before the historic event after learning of the threat around June 10. A concerned parent reportedly alerted authorities, helping thwart what could have been a devastating attack on a patriotic gathering celebrating America’s 250th anniversary and President Trump’s milestone birthday.

Alvarez, who went by the name “Shepherd” in an encrypted messaging app, was allegedly “responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the planned attack, based on conversation excerpts in June,” according to the FBI and Department of Justice.

“Law enforcement continues to do what it does — move to disrupt and hold accountable those allegedly plotting to do harm on the White House Grounds on June 14,” said Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. “Each and every day, the FBI and their federal, state and local law enforcement partners, along with U.S. Attorneys offices across the country, safeguard American communities and our nation’s security.”

“These arrests are the latest result of the FBI, teaming up with our great partners, to identify and apprehend those who allegedly wanted to attack the UFC Freedom 250 event — a threat this FBI and our partners prevented,” said FBI Director Kash Patel.

“In just over a week we have executed a multi-state operation that could not have been possible without our Justice Department prosecutors, the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division, Secret Service, and our state and local law enforcement partners to once again stop a potentially deadly plot before alleged criminals could act. This collective resolve demonstrates to anyone who threatens the lives of American citizens — this FBI and our partners will find you no matter where you hide, and you will face justice.”
