Lowe’s home improvement store has announced it’s launching a drone delivery service.

The move makes Lowe’s the first home improvement retailer to launch a drone delivery service.

However, you might not see lumber flying through the air anytime soon.

According to the company, the drone delivery service will begin in North Carolina and will only deliver lightweight items such as paint, hardware, and some tools.

Per CNBC:

Lowe’s is launching a drone delivery service in partnership with DoorDash and Alphabet’s Wing, CNBC has learned exclusively.

The company said the new drone delivery service — a first in the home improvement retail space — will give customers access to over 100 products in a delivery window as fast as 20 minutes. A pilot program is already live in North Carolina, with plans for expansion.

Customers can order products directly through DoorDash, which will have drone delivery listed as an option for eligible customers. The drones currently transport orders of roughly 2.5 pounds per flight and operate within a 5-mile radius of the store in Matthews, North Carolina, according to the company.

Seemantini Godbole, chief information and artificial intelligence officer at Lowe’s, said shoppers often tell the company they realize halfway through a project that they’re missing a crucial item. “Drone delivery fits perfectly because this was one of the friction points, like you’re doing a project, and you’re getting interrupted,” Godbole said. ”[But] you never left your home, you never left your job site, and then you just continued with the project. That’s the whole premise.”

Walmart and Amazon have already launched drone delivery services in some states, but some customers have complained the drones have damaged their packages.

In Texas, one Amazon customer reported that their package was dropped into their pool and that they caught the moment on film.

LOOK:

The Government Accountability Office has reported in 2025 over 1 million commercial drones were being used in airspace to complete tasks ranging from delivering goods to surveying land.

A heartbroken and angry family member of a murdered Arizona Army veteran did not miss his opportunity to send one final painful message to the perpetrator.

As FOX 10 Phoenix reported on Thursday, Abel Uribe was in a Maricopa County courtroom to be sentenced to life in prison for the 2022 murder of 27-year-old David Navidad-Parra.

Navidad-Parra was a U.S. Army Captain whom the 33-year-old Uribe killed on Dec. 16, 2022.

55-year-old Alberto Ontiveros Sanchez, Navidad-Parra’s father-in-law, was present in the courtroom.

Per FOX 10 Phoenix, here is the background on the case:

Phoenix Police say Navidad-Parra disappeared while giving Uribe a test drive during a private sale of Sanchez’s vehicle on West Coronado Road. His body was later found with a gunshot wound, and his stolen vehicle was found burned in Glendale.

Uribe ultimately pleaded guilty to first-degree murder for the killing.

Video footage from the courtroom that several local news outlets later obtained shows the moment when the stunning attack by Sanchez occurs.

As Sanchez starts walking back to his seat, he suddenly turns around and charges at Uribe, who is sitting. He then starts angrily punching the back of the killer’s head before the two are separated.

Overall, he lands at least four blows.

WATCH:

FOX 10 Phoenix reported that the judge ordered the courtroom cleared and halted proceedings after the attack.

Court records obtained by FOX 10 Phoenix reveal that Sanchez had just finished an emotional victim impact statement shortly before he launched his assault on Uribe.

Per FOX 10 Phoenix, Sanchez’s defense attorney explained that his client “lost control” after hearing Uribe snicker and laugh at his victim impact statement.

The attorney also said that Sanchez has no prior criminal offenses, has lived in America legally for over three decades, and works full-time to support his children and grandchildren.

“He’s been a model citizen for his entire life,” Sanchez’s lawyer added.

Sanchez was arrested and arraigned on charges of aggravated assault of a bound or restrained victim, and fighting and interfering with a judicial proceeding.

He was later released on his own recognizance following his court appearance regarding the charges.

DeSantis and Florida AG Uthmeier Charge 20 Ineligible Voters — Including 16 Non-Citizens Who Cast Ballots in the 2024 Election

Democrats have spent years telling Americans that non-citizen voting is a “conspiracy theory.” Florida just put more names, charges, and signed admissions on the table.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier, joined by Governor Ron DeSantis, announced Thursday that 20 defendants are being arrested and prosecuted for voting fraud in a statewide election-integrity sweep targeting illegal ballots in Florida elections, including the 2024 general election.

Sixteen of those defendants are non-citizens accused of falsely swearing they were U.S. citizens, then voting. Four others are convicted felons accused of registering and voting while still on probation.

The announcement pushes Florida past 100 election-fraud prosecutions since DeSantis signed Senate Bill 524 in 2022 and created the Office of Election Crimes and Security. More than half of those cases have been opened since Uthmeier took office.

Uthmeier posted the news himself:

Today, I joined Governor DeSantis to announce the arrests and prosecutions of 20 ineligible voters, including 16 non-citizens, which brings us to over 100 election fraud prosecutions since Florida stood up the Office of Election Crimes. Florida will protect our elections and not allow anyone to steal the vote of Americans at the ballot box. Those who vote illegally will be held accountable.

“Florida will not allow anyone to steal the vote of Americans at the ballot box,” Uthmeier said. “These defendants swore they were qualified electors, cast ballots in our elections, and later confirmed they were never eligible to vote.”

DeSantis was just as blunt: “We have prioritized election integrity in Florida, and we have zero tolerance for voter fraud.” He used the same event to roll out a new Association of State and Local Election Officials, with Secretary of State Cord Byrd tasked with exporting Florida’s playbook to other states.

According to FOX 13 Orlando, investigators used federal immigration databases, voter-registration applications, poll-book signatures, and vote-by-mail certificates to lock down the cases. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services helped confirm the defendants were not citizens.

Statewide Prosecutor Brad McVay put it in language Democrats will hate: “Florida’s elections laws are not mere suggestions.”

Each charged offense is a third-degree felony. Most of the defendants face up to 10 years in state prison if convicted as charged. One faces up to 20. Another faces up to 15.

This is not a paperwork mix-up. Several of the accused later signed forms admitting they were never U.S. citizens, after they had already voted.

Among those named in the Attorney General’s charging package:

  • Astrid Shamatu Navarrete Quintana, 24, Fort Myers — Mexican national and lawful permanent resident since 2023. Registered in August 2024, swore she was a citizen, voted in person on Election Day 2024, then signed a form admitting she is not a U.S. citizen.
  • Selvin Uton Whilby, 74, Tampa — Jamaican national and green-card holder since 1989. Registered in 2008, voted by mail in the 2024 primary and general elections, with a vote-by-mail trail dating to 2008.
  • Cyntia Vanessa Canales, 62, Ocala — Chilean national. Registered in 2012 and again in 2022, each time claiming citizenship and listing her place of birth as Florida. Voted early in person in October 2024.
  • Craig William Smith, 69, Ocala — Bahamian national, permanent resident since 1978. Registered in 2002. Voted in both 2024 elections as part of a history going back to 2006.
  • Kadian Gabrielle Amai Johnson, 29, Lehigh Acres — Jamaican national. Registered Sept. 30, 2024, voted in person Nov. 5, 2024, then admitted in writing she is not a citizen.
  • James Mark Hollingsworth, 62, Lake Suzy — Canadian national and permanent resident since 1967. Registered through the DMV in 2021, voted by mail in both 2024 elections. After getting a non-citizen notice, he emailed the supervisor of elections acknowledging he is a permanent resident and that he had been voting in Florida. He faces four felony counts.
  • Giorgio Dominique Mucelli, 66, Melbourne — Canadian citizen and lawful permanent resident charged with voting as a non-citizen and false affirmation after voting in seven general elections from 2004 through 2024, including 2024.
  • Donta Ta White, 44, Tampa — convicted felon still serving a 10-year probation term that does not end until 2032. After signing a Department of Corrections form warning that registering or voting before completing his sentence is illegal, he filed two October 2024 registration applications claiming his rights had been restored and voted early in person.

The remaining named defendants include nationals of the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Mexico, and Canada in Polk, Okeechobee, Columbia, and Collier counties. Cases span Brevard, Collier, Columbia, DeSoto, Hillsborough, Lee, Marion, Okeechobee, and Polk.

Four Aliens Charged with Election Fraud in Pennsylvania — Haitian Illegal Alien Allegedly Filed EIGHT Fake Voter Registrations and Voted in 2022

Four Aliens Charged with Election Fraud in Pennsylvania — Haitian Illegal Alien Allegedly Filed EIGHT Fake Voter Registrations and Voted in 2022
September 25, 2026

The Trump Justice Department just dropped another hammer in the swing-state battleground of Pennsylvania.

U.S. Attorney David Metcalf of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania announced Thursday that four aliens, including two illegal aliens, have been charged with election-related crimes for illegally registering and/or illegally voting in federal elections.

“Our sovereignty as a nation belongs to the American people and no one else,” Metcalf said. “Anyone, including illegal aliens, who votes illegally in our elections will be prosecuted for corrupting our democracy.”

Democrats spent years telling the country that noncitizen voting is a “myth.” The charging documents keep piling up in Pennsylvania.

According to the announcement:

Cliff Sanon, 39, an illegal alien from Haiti living in Philadelphia, was charged with submitting a fraudulent voter registration application. Prosecutors say the February 2026 application, filed ahead of the May 2026 primary, was his eighth fraudulent voter registration. He also allegedly voted in the November 2022 general election. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and supervised release.

Dilea Ochoa-Perez, 43, an illegal alien from Mexico living in Coatesville, was charged with two counts of voting as an alien. She allegedly voted in Chester County in both the November 2022 and November 2024 general elections. Maximum penalty: two years in prison.

Sade Guppy, 37, a Trinidad and Tobago national and lawful permanent resident living in Philadelphia, was charged with one count of voting as an alien after allegedly casting a ballot in Philadelphia County in the November 2022 general election.

Eduardo Gallardo Maldonado, 66, a Mexican national and lawful permanent resident also living in Philadelphia, was charged with one count of voting as an alien after allegedly voting in Philadelphia County in the November 2024 general election.

Guppy and Maldonado each face up to one year in prison if convicted.

Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent in Charge Nathan Abel said every unlawful ballot “can undermine confidence in the election process and diminish the voices of American citizens.” HSI Philadelphia investigated the cases.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the same U.S. Attorney’s Office charged Mahady Sacko, an illegal alien from Mauritania who had been ordered deported in 2000, with fraudulently voting in the 2024 federal election in Philadelphia. State records showed he had also voted in multiple earlier presidential cycles.

TGP also reported earlier this month when the Trump DOJ charged five people, including two illegal aliens from Mexico, with illegal voting and fraudulent registration in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Wisconsin.

And in April, TGP reported that Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt confirmed hundreds of non-citizens on the rolls in addition to more than 11,000 previously flagged voters.

BREAKING: Supreme Court BLOCKS Missouri From Using GOP-Favored Congressional Map Ahead of Midterms

BREAKING: Supreme Court BLOCKS Missouri From Using GOP-Favored Congressional Map Ahead of Midterms

BREAKING: Supreme Court BLOCKS Missouri From Using GOP-Favored Congressional Map Ahead of Midterms
September 25, 2026

The US Supreme Court on Friday evening once again blocked Missouri from using its new, GOP-favored map, staying a lower court’s order.

The Missouri Supreme Court earlier this month threw out the state’s new congressional map that favored the GOP and eliminated one Democrat seat.

The new map was set to only go into effect in 2028 if voters approve it during the 2026 midterms.

Last year, the Missouri House of Representatives, controlled by Republicans, passed a sweeping new congressional map that would reduce Democrat representation to just one seat.

A federal appeals court on Monday ordered Missouri to reinstate its GOP-favored Congressional map after the Supreme Court blocked the new map.

The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals said Missouri’s current plan to use the old map for this year’s midterms violates the Constitution.

The three-judge panel included: Judges Loken (George H W Bush), David Stras (Trump) and Justin D Smith (Trump).

“On November 3, 2026, Missourians will vote for federal and state candidates in this year’s general election. Spirited congressional and ballot measure campaigns have intersected in federal and state courts,” the court said.

“The question presented to this Court is which congressional district map Missouri should use for the November 2026 elections: the map adopted in 2025 and used in the August 2026 primary election, or the map adopted in 2022. The people of Missouri deserve an answer to this important question,” the court said.

“This Court holds that Missouri’s current plan to use the 2022 map in the November 2026 general election violates the Constitution. Only use of the 2025 map complies with the Constitution and federal law. We affirm the district court1 and remand for entry of a permanent injunction,” the court’s order read.

The injunction was temporarily paused as the case headed back to the US Supreme Court for the third time.

On Friday evening, the high court blocked the Eighth Circuit Court’s order. There was no dissent.

The Supreme Court cited its previous concerns about changing the Congressional map after voting had already begun.

“The election is not merely upcoming; it has already started. Ballots using the 2022 map have been printed and mailed. Absentee voting has already begun, as has military and overseas voting. According to local election officials in Missouri: “At this point, it is practically impossible to revert to the” 2025 “map,”” the order read.

The Supreme Court admonished the appeals court panel for blaming the Missouri Supreme Court for its September 3 decision.

“At this late date, ordering reversion to the 2025 map in the midst of an ongoing election would usher in electoral chaos. Purcell protects against such disorder. The Eighth Circuit panel dealt with Purcell by casting blame on the Missouri Supreme Court for its September 3 decision prohibiting use of the 2025 map. The state court, it reasoned, destabilized the election with its “last-minute decision” that could “potentially . . . decide the outcome of. . . party control of Congress,”” the Supreme Court said.
