The return of the Sussexes to Britain appears to be going every bit as badly as many feared.

It’s been only a little over a month since Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle announced they’d be leaving California and returning to the United Kingdom with their two children.

But since they set foot in Britain, a sequence of reports has been showing how difficult the adaptation is:

To top it all, Harry’s uncle published a scandalous memoir about late Lady Diana, and soon after news arose that the dukes of Sussex were trying to get people to be interviewed in a documentary about the 30 years since her death.

But now, Royal insiders have suggested that the couple is ALREADY threatening to leave the UK.

Daily Express reported:

“Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s future in the UK could hang in the balance, with sources suggesting the [Royal and VIP Executive Committee] security protection decision may influence whether they stay permanently

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have returned to the UK after less than a month. However, their stay in Britain may prove temporary if sources close to the situation are accurate.

[…] Harry’s dispute regarding taxpayer-funded security could complicate matters, however. Sources familiar with the couple informed the Daily Mail that the Royal and VIP Executive Committee (Ravec) ruling on his protection will influence whether the family remains in the UK.”

“On the latest Palace Confidential [podcast], Diary Editor Richard Eden and a panel of royal experts discuss reports Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are already considering a move back to California if they are denied taxpayer funded security. At the weekend, the Mail’s Editor at Large Alison Boshoff reported that friends say the Sussexes could leave the UK if a Home Office review refuses them automatic police protection.

Speaking to columnist Sarah Vine and royal biographer Robert Hardman, Eden said he views the couple’s reported ultimatum, so soon after their arrival, as ‘akin to blackmail’, an attempt to pile pressure on the review. He added it would be ‘outrageous’ to give the couple, who the King recently restated are effectively private citizens, the same protection as working royals.

[…] ‘My goodness, that makes the whole thing seem like… some sort of blackmail’, Eden argued, as though the couple were saying: ‘We’ll move to Britain in an attempt to get the taxpayers to pay for security’.”

The death of Tasia Fortune, the black woman found hanging from a tree, just took another interesting turn.

Earlier this month, a black man was arrested and charged with murder in the death of Tasia Fortune, a black woman who was found hanging from a tree in Mississippi, sparking unfounded claims of a potential lynching case, fueled by leftwing media and Democratic politicians.

Fortune, a 29-year-old mother of four, was found hanging from a tree on August 3rd in Jackson, Mississippi.

Outlets like CNN and the Associated Press immediately said the case brings up memories of the history of lynchings in the south even though Tasia Fortune was killed by a black man.

Two black men were arrested in connection with Tasia Fortune’s death.

CNN also hyperventilated over the story and pushed the “lynching” narrative.

On Friday it was revealed that Tasia Fortune was dead before her body was hanged from the tree.

Detectives said that Tasia Fortune was killed during a drug dispute and that the hanging was “staged.”

Another left-wing media hoax just crumbled.

The AP reported:

Investigators believe Tasia Fortune was already dead before the Black woman’s body was hanged from a tree behind an abandoned home in the Mississippi capital this summer, a detective testified Friday.

The hanging of Tasia Fortune’s body, which was found on Aug. 3, was “staged,” Jackson police Det. Samuel Dukes testified, citing the medical examiner’s opinion.

Authorities haven’t disclosed the exact cause of Fortune’s death, but they did rule it a homicide and have arrested two men, both of them Black, on murder charges and issued a warrant for the arrest of a third person.

To the shock of no one, comparing Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials to Adolf Hitler’s Gestapo creates a volatile situation when those agents attempt to carry out the law.

The Department of Homeland Security published a news release Thursday stating that from Jan. 20, 2025, President Donald Trump’s first day in office, to Sept. 20, 2026, there have been 647 assaults on officers.

From Jan. 20, 2021, former President Joe Bidens first day in office, to Sept. 20, 2022, there were only 37.

The DHS noted this is a 1,649 percent increase in assaults.

Secretary Markwayne Mullin commented on the situation, “The brave men and women of ICE, who are simply enforcing the laws mandated by Congress and protecting the American people, are under attack every single day.”

Since President Trump unleashed ICE to do their jobs, assaults against them have risen by more than 1,600% in the first year and a half of the administration,” he said, adding, “This is the result of the vicious lies being spread by sanctuary politicians and their foot soldiers who are involved in anti-ICE riots and other acts of violence. DHS is calling on these sanctuary politicians to stop attacking federal law enforcement, stop putting the needs of illegal aliens ahead of the safety of American citizens, and to start working with us to make America safe again.”

Indeed, leftist politicians our solely to blame for officers being unsafe on the job.

Joining him in this reckless rhetoric was disgraced public official and former California Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell saying ICE had reminded him of “some KGB officer in Russia.”

Swalwell knows a thing or two about the communist world’s secret operations against its enemies considering he had a sexual relationship with Chinese spy in 2015.

Congressman Eric Swalwell compared ICE agents to a “bank robber” or “some KGB officer in Russia.”

Illinois Democratic Gov. J.B. Pritzker made his own Nazi comparisons during an appearance on National Public Radio’s “Morning Edition.”

“You shouldn’t have to walk around with papers the way that they did in the early days of Nazi Germany to prove that you belong and that you’re not one of them,” he said.

This Democratic Party has fallen so far.

The 1996 party platform declares, “we must remain a nation of laws. We cannot tolerate illegal immigration and we must stop it.”

Over the weekend, two University of Mississippi, Ole Miss, students were found dead, and the drug kratom was found at the scene, although it is unclear whether it was involved.

The students were identified as Robert Strang, a 20-year-old junior from Atlanta, and Aidan Hamilton, an 18-year-old freshman from Colorado.

Lafayette County Metro Narcotics announced that law enforcement was investigating the deaths.

“To Our Community: We are aware of the significant amount of concern, speculation, and misinformation
circulating regarding the deaths of two college-aged individuals yesterday. First and foremost, our thoughts and prayers are with the families, friends, classmates, and loved ones affected by these tragic losses.”

“Law enforcement is currently conducting two separate death investigations. At this time, we have no confirmed evidence indicating that the two deaths are connected. However; packaged Kratom sold from a retail store was found during both investigations.”

“Out of an abundance of caution, we encourage everyone to avoid kratom and any other medication or substance that was not prescribed to you or obtained from a trusted, regulated source. We do not have confirmed information indicating that kratom or any other substance was a contributing factor in either death. We ask the public to avoid speculation regarding the
circumstances or cause of either death while these investigations remain ongoing.”

Now, three people have been arrested, and agents seized “more than 500 units of kratom, along with an assortment of THC cartridges, gummies, and other suspected narcotics,” according to an Oxford police statement.

“During the investigation, Metro Narcotics agents were able to conduct a controlled purchase of illegal substances from the business. Based upon evidence obtained during the investigation, agents applied for and were granted a search warrant.”

“Law enforcement officers subsequently executed the search warrant at Puffs Vape, Tobacco and Beer Store, located in the 100 block of Heritage Drive in Oxford.”

“During the search, agents recovered more than 500 units of kratom, along with an assortment of THC cartridges, gummies, and other suspected narcotics. Kratom has been prohibited from possession, distribution, and sale within the City of Oxford since 2019.”

“Yahya Mohamed Mosleh, 51, of Oxford, and Islam Mohamed, 18, of Oxford, were arrested and charged with possession of Schedule I controlled substances with intent to distribute. In 2022, the business owner, Amer Alowdi, 40 years old, was indicted for trafficking narcotics.”

“Alowdi fled the country before prosecution. Additional charges may be forthcoming as the investigation continues.”

“This investigation does not end with these arrests. These individuals and this business are not necessarily the only people involved in the illegal distribution of these products, and they should not expect to be the last arrests made as our enforcement efforts continue.”

“This remains an active investigation. Additional information will be released when appropriate.”

According to the FDA, “Kratom is a tropical tree (Mitragyna speciosa) that is native to Southeast Asia. Products prepared from kratom leaves are available in the U.S. online and in brick-and-mortar stores. Kratom is often used to self-treat conditions such as pain, coughing, diarrhea, anxiety and depression, opioid use disorder, and opioid withdrawal, with regular kratom users self-reporting using less than 6g of botanical kratom per consumption, per several recent studies.”

“An estimated 1.7 million Americans aged 12 and older used kratom in 2021, according to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s National Survey on Drug Use and Health.”

Kratom is not a federally controlled substance and can be found widely available in smoke shops, gas stations, and online in most states.
