President Trump immediately fired the Democrat US Attorney appointed by a panel of rogue district court judges in Washington state after Democrats blocked Trump’s nominee.

Democrat jurist Roger Rogoff was fired less than one hour after he was selected to replace Trump’s nominee.

The Western District of Washington district court chose Rogoff after Democrats blocked Trump’s choice Neil Floyd.

Neil Floyd is currently the First Assistant US Attorney in Seattle.

Roger Rogoff is now threatening legal action.

The White House rapidly fired the new judicially appointed US attorney in Seattle, Roger Rogoff, setting up potentially the first legal battle over the executive branch’s termination authority for such prosecutors.

Rogoff, a veteran prosecutor and former Democrat-appointed state jurist, received a termination notice from the presidential personnel office Wednesday less than an hour after the Western District of Washington district court unanimously selected him as the Seattle area’s chief prosecutor, replacing the Trump administration’s term-expired pick.

The White House informed Rogoff in writing that, “The President of the United States has directed that I inform you that, pursuant to his authority under 28 U.S.C. 541(c) and Article II of the Constitution, you are hereby removed from the office of the United States Attorney for the Western District of Washington,” according to Justice Department spokeswoman Emily Covington.

In an interview shortly after he was fired, Rogoff said, “We’re considering all of our legal options.” He’s retained national firm HKM Employment Attorneys LLP.

“The president gets to choose his US attorney, but only with the advice and consent of the Senate,” added Rogoff, who was previously appointed by former Washington Gov. Jay Inslee (D) as a King County superior court judge and director of the state’s office of independent investigations. “We have a situation that is untenable, not constitutional, and not legal.”

In a move that will have the radical left clutching their pearls and screaming about “toxic masculinity,” Secretary of War Pete Hegseth just dropped a direct shot across the bow of the weak, emasculated military the Biden years left behind.

Hegseth announced Wednesday that all active-duty U.S. servicemembers aged 30 and older will now undergo mandatory annual screenings for testosterone deficiency as part of their periodic health assessments. Those under 30 can opt in voluntarily.

In a video announcing the policy, Hegseth said the United States invests billions in weapons systems and military hardware, but America’s greatest advantage will always be the individual warfighter.

If low testosterone is detected, treatment (including testosterone replacement therapy) is entirely voluntary. No mandates. No coercion. Just the option to get warfighters back to peak performance.

Hegseth: At the Department of War, we have the most elite warriors on the face of the Earth. Every single day, you are pushed to your absolute physical and mental limits to master the profession of arms. We demand your all, and you give it.

But while we invest heavily in our weapon systems, platforms, and gear, our most decisive tactical advantage will always be the individual warfighter. We have a sacred duty to maintain that advantage, which is why we must constantly look for new ways to optimize your performance, your resilience, and your long-term health.

And to meet that commitment, today I’m authorizing a new screening program for testosterone deficiency for our service members, ensuring you have the right testosterone levels to operate at your absolute best. Because it’s well-established science that, as we age, testosterone levels often naturally drop.

Under the supervision of our world-class medical professionals, warfighters age 30 and older are going to be tested annually as part of their periodic health assessment. Like so many other Euro-Globalist ‘leaders’, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz hops from summit to summit, splashing his face on the news cycle, as much is said and little gets done.

Back home, no joy awaits him, as polls show that Merz is now the most unpopular politician in Germany, with a personal rating that has sunk to a historic low of 13% favorability.

He even has to manage the efforts by his own party to replace him with a younger leader.

So, prodded by the MSM, he tries to find some solace by making repeated statements against the US Donald J. Trump administration – it’s a cheap way to score a few points with the leftists.

Today (15), he is issuing a warning – yes, you read it right – against Trump and the MAGA movement to stay out of European elections.

Merz is reportedly pushing back against a new, million-dollar funding scheme from the US to support ‘free speech and religious liberty’ in Europe.

The problem is that the warning is not going to fly, because this outreach to Europe is part of the deepest levels of foreign policy, as it can be read clearly in the 2025 National Security Strategy:

“We want to support our allies in preserving the freedom and security of Europe, while restoring Europe’s civilizational self-confidence and Western identity.”

There’s more:

“Protection of Core Rights and Liberties – The purpose of the American government is to secure the God-given natural rights of American citizens.

[…] In particular, the rights of free speech, freedom of religion and of conscience, and the right to choose and steer our common government are core rights that must never be infringed. Regarding countries that share, or say they share, these principles, the United States will advocate strongly that they be upheld in letter and spirit. We will oppose elite-driven, anti-democratic restrictions on core liberties in Europe, the Anglosphere, and the rest of the democratic world, especially among our allies.”

And finally: “We reject the disastrous “climate change” and “Net Zero” ideologies that have so greatly harmed Europe, threaten the United States, and subsidize our adversaries.”

The Trump administration is offering grants of up to $3 million to European activist groups promoting free speech and opposing online censorship, with funding aimed at organisations challenging laws such as the EU’s Digital Services Act and the UK’s Online Safety Act.

“The funding comes against the backdrop of the U.S.’s efforts to support nationalist parties in Europe as part of its National Security Strategy and burgeoning links between the Trump administration and Europe’s far right, including the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party.

‘We do not interfere in American elections; we’ve always stuck to that’, Merz said in Berlin in response to a reporter’s question on whether he deemed the initiative to be valid advocacy or political interference. ‘Conversely, I don’t want the American government or government-affiliated institutions to interfere in German elections’, he added.

The U.S. State Department on Monday launched a funding scheme worth nearly $5 million ‘to strengthen and develop democratic resilience, rule of law, freedom of speech and freedom of the press, and the defense of human rights in Europe’. Beneficiaries should ‘address national sovereignty, migration, censorship, and lawfare challenges in line with shared political philosophy, law, and our common Western civilizational heritage’, the statement reads.”

President Trump on Wednesday slammed Democratic Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar while emphasizing his endorsement of Mike Lindell in the Minnesota Governor’s race. 

“Amy Klobuchar, the lightly respected Senator from Minnesota, is running for Governor to take the place of the current Corrupt and Incompetent Tim Walz,” he said.  

“I have gotten to know Klobuchar over the years, and find her to be equally as incompetent as Walz, and probably equally as corrupt in that,” Trump added, noting, “as a high Government Official from Minnesota, she knew everything that was going on.“

Klobuchar is running for the Democratic Nomination after Tim Walz announced he will not seek re-election as governor amid the Trump administration’s probe into the massive welfare fraud that he oversaw.

Mike Lindell is leading the Republican primary field with Trump’s endorsement.

The primary election is on August 11.

“If the Elections in Minnesota weren’t RIGGED, any Republican could win, but they were, and that is why nobody has won there since Richard Nixon many years ago,” Trump continued in his statement.

“Vote for Mike Lindell for Governor, who has my Complete and Total Endorsement, and forget about these Corrupt Dumocrats like Amy Klobuchar. MAKE MINNESOTA GREAT AGAIN!”
