The Gateway Pundit reported that 33-year-old Kaitlyn Tracey, a Canadian native living in the US, was arrested following an incident at the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk in New Jersey on Friday, July 3.

Tracey allegedly assaulted a teenage girl for wearing patriotic clothing supporting President Trump and ICE.

According to Asbury Park Press:

Tracey “verbally berated” the teenagers and kept approaching, harassing, and yelling at the teenagers over their clothing, the victim told police, according to court documents. Tracey then struck the victim twice — once on her body and once in the face — before walking off, authorities said. Point Pleasant Beach police officers tried to stop her, but she refused to do so, records show.

Following the incident, Tracey was charged with simple assault, endangering the welfare of a child, harassment, and obstruction.

According to Fox News, a search of the ICE detainee locator confirms Tracey is in ICE custody at the Delaney Hall facility.

Initially, her husband took to social media to beg for help for his wife.

“My wife has been is being detained by ICE. She’s in Ocean County jail right now, and I can’t get ahold of her.”

After his post gained traction, prior disturbing social media posts came to light, including one where he prayed that the entire Trump family, including “little kids,” be struck down by cancer.

Crazed Democratic Senator Mazie Hirono (D-HI) went on an angry tirade during Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche’s Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing, attacking Blanche and the Trump administration for the so-called weaponization of the DOJ. 

Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) went on to destroy the Democratic Party’s hypocrisy, slamming them for ignoring Biden’s weaponization of government against conservatives. “The other party has zero credibility on this issue,” Grassley said as he exposed the abuses under the previous administration.

To open her examination, Hirono asked Blanche the bizarre questions she asks every judicial and cabinet nominee: “Since you became a legal adult, have you ever made unwanted requests for sexual favors or committed any verbal or physical harassment or assault of a sexual nature?” and “Have you ever faced discipline or entered into a settlement relating to this kind of conduct?”

She then asked Blanche a series of questions, attacking President Trump for nine straight minutes while hardly giving him a chance to respond to various accusations and smears.

Hirono accused Trump of coordinating with the Justice Department and ordering the weaponization of justice against his political enemies, interfering with elections, and helping his friends through pardons of January 6 political prisoners and others who were indicted by the Biden regime.

Ironically, she didn’t mind when Joe Biden ordered the prosecution of President Trump and his allies and coordinated with prosecutors at the state and local levels, including meetings with Georgia prosecutors at the White House before RICO charges were filed against Trump and 18 others in Fulton County.

She concluded her questioning, telling Blanche, “It is clear to me that your leadership is going to be a continuation of what we have seen so far at the Trump Department of Justice, or more likely to be called the Department of Retribution and Corruption.”

“You see nothing wrong with the president treating DOJ as his own personal law firm to use as a weapon against his perceived enemies and as a way of helping his friends and as a tool to interfere with the upcoming elections,” Hirono continued.

“The states run elections in this country, but you want to insert DOJ at every step of the process, suing the states with frivolous claims and sending threatening letters to secretaries of state. You want to suppress the votes of American citizens who will have a chance to resoundingly reject the president’s corruption at the ballot box this November.”

She further attacked Blanche for “eviscerating DOJ’s cryptocurrency enforcement work” and the pardons for innocent January 6 protesters, the weaponization fund meant to compensate them for the abuse, and the DOJ’s handling of the Epstein Files.

“You have no business being the Attorney General of the United States of America. I certainly urge my colleagues to vote against your confirmation.”

Following Hirono’s unhinged line of questioning and ranting, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley stepped in to respond with fire.

Grassley told the Democrats, “I wish you’d spare me the outrage!” He continued, “They cheered on Biden as he weaponized the Justice Department, targeting President Trump, congressional Republicans, parents, Catholics, and conservative Americans nationwide. So, I think that the other party has zero credibility on this issue.”

Notably, this comes after Grassley dropped a bombshell on Tuesday, revealing that according to DOJ records, former Special Counsel Jack Smith and his investigators at the Biden DOJ “reviewed the contents of text [messages] sent by 44 MEMBERS OF CONGRESS” during the Operation Arctic Frost witch hunt.

“Moreover, let’s look at some of the so-called political prosecutions underway. How about the Southern Poverty Law Center? The group’s apparently been funding extremist groups like the Ku Klux Klan and the National Socialist Movement. How about Don Lemon and the ICE protesters? They stormed and intimidated folks in the middle of a church service. Those are not political prosecutions. Protecting the taxpayers and other First Amendment rights is the responsibility of the government and the Justice Department,” Grassley added.

The men and women of ICE don’t spend their days pulling over soccer moms on the way to practice. They’re hunting some of the most dangerous people in America. Gang members. Drug traffickers. Human smugglers. Criminal illegal aliens who have no business being in this country.

Now, after a few deadly ICE-involved shootings, the agency is pausing vehicle stops. That’s the wrong move.

These are highly trained federal agents who conduct thousands of vehicle stops each year. The overwhelming majority, virtually every single one, ends peacefully and professionally. But when you’re chasing violent criminals, danger comes with the job. Evil doesn’t surrender politely.

If ICE backs away from proactive enforcement, who benefits? Not law-abiding Americans. Not the victims of illegal alien crime. The only winners are the fugitives who now know they have one less reason to fear getting caught.

You don’t make America safer by telling law enforcement to stop enforcing the law. You make America more dangerous by giving criminals another opportunity to disappear.

We’re going to explain why this policy sends exactly the wrong message, why it emboldens those here illegally, and why America cannot afford to let politics dictate how our immigration laws are enforced.

Fahima Egeh Mahamud, former CEO of Future Leaders Early Learning Center in Minneapolis, pleaded guilty in federal court to one count of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States. She admitted to schemes that fraudulently obtained more than $4.6 million from Minnesota’s Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) through false claims and approximately $850,000 by falsely claiming to serve thousands of meals daily (at times up to 60,000 per month) through the federal Feeding Our Future nutrition program.

Prosecutors noted that her center received the highest amount of CCAP funding in Minnesota in 2025 (around $3.7 million that year alone, with over $10 million across recent years). Much of the money was allegedly used for personal gain, including real estate purchases, while minimal or no services were provided. Mahamud reportedly attempted to flee the country, booking a flight to London on the same day she notified the state of the center’s closure.

The daycare, located near George Floyd Square at 36th and Chicago Avenue, gained national attention after appearing in a viral December 2025 video by independent YouTuber Nick Shirley. His investigation into apparently empty or minimally operational taxpayer-funded facilities prompted intensified state and federal scrutiny across Minnesota. The center closed in January 2026.

Under her plea agreement, Mahamud faces a recommended sentence of 27–33 months in prison. She has been released on conditional bond pending sentencing, which has not yet been scheduled.

Mahamud’s case is part of the massive Feeding Our Future scandal, one of the largest pandemic-era fraud schemes in the U.S., involving roughly $250–350 million in alleged losses from federal child nutrition programs. By mid-2026, dozens of defendants had been convicted or pleaded guilty. The nonprofit claimed to serve millions of meals that were never provided.

Minnesota has seen multiple related probes into child care and social service fraud. In May 2026, federal authorities charged 15 defendants in a broader health care and benefits fraud takedown involving over $90 million, including additional child care cases. Earlier investigations revealed overbilling and weak oversight in CCAP, with critics pointing to insufficient verification of attendance and services.

Similar Cases in the United States

Daycare and child nutrition fraud schemes have occurred in other states. Examples include operations in Missouri and Michigan involving inflated enrollment, false claims for services, and diversion of Head Start and related grants meant for low-income children. Some cases featured international elements, such as money transfers or training others in fraud tactics, with funds allegedly moved overseas.

Current Administration’s Actions Against Fraud

The second Trump administration has prioritized combating waste, fraud, and abuse in federal benefit programs. Key steps include:

• Establishing a Task Force to Eliminate Fraud (chaired by Vice President JD Vance) and a National Fraud Enforcement Division within the DOJ.
• Freezing child care and family assistance funds to several states (including Minnesota) in early 2026 over fraud concerns, with demands for audits.
• Supporting legislation like the Stop Child Care Scams Act of 2026 and related bills to strengthen oversight, increase reporting requirements, impose stricter penalties, and withhold funds from non-compliant states.
• Highlighting Minnesota cases in congressional hearings, with praise for citizen investigators like Nick Shirley.

These efforts build on ongoing prosecutions and aim to recover funds while preventing future losses in programs like CCAP and child nutrition initiatives. Officials emphasize protecting taxpayer dollars intended for vulnerable families and children.

Mahamud’s guilty plea marks another step in accountability for these programs. Cases like hers continue to fuel national discussions on program integrity, oversight, and eligibility verification in social services.

Netflix has sparked a national uproar after using its website to trash “Gone With The Wind,” which is universally regarded as one of the greatest movies ever made.

As TGP readers know, “Gone with the Wind” is a 1939 epic historical romantic film set during the 1800s. The movie showcases the ups and downs of Scarlett O’Hara’s life, played by Vivien Leigh, in the years leading up to, during, and after the American Civil War.

“Gone with the Wind” won eight Academy Awards, including Best Picture. It is also the highest-grossing film of all time when adjusted for inflation.

But instead of highlighting the impeccable acting, vision, and writing that have made “Gone With The Wind” an enduring masterpiece, Netflix whipped out the race card in its summary of the film.
