A Louisiana pastor known for his social media presence and motivational messaging has been convicted of defrauding his own congregations out of more than $340,000, using church funds to bankroll gambling, dining, and other personal expenses.

Dale Sanders, 56, of Kenner, was found guilty Friday, July 17, 2026, of a 25-count superseding indictment charging him with wire fraud, access device fraud, and obstruction of a federal investigation following a five-day jury trial before U.S. District Judge Brandon S. Long. The conviction was announced by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

According to evidence presented at trial, Sanders defrauded two congregations he led, Second New Guide Missionary Baptist Church in Metairie (identified as Church A) and Fifth African Baptist Church in New Orleans (Church B), by withdrawing funds and transferring money from church bank accounts into accounts he controlled.

He also used a church debit card for unauthorized personal transactions, pocketing cash, goods and services totaling over $340,000 that he had no right to.

The money bankrolled his casino gambling, hotel stays, meals and living expenses. The scheme stretched from around 2020 to 2024.

Prosecutors detailed specific transactions in the superseding indictment, including a $5,000 check from the New Orleans church, a $1,172 charge at a Hard Rock Hotel in Florida, $1,300 in charges at a Mississippi casino, and even a $226 veterinary bill in Kenner, among many others, according to NOLA.com.

Sanders was also convicted of obstructing the federal investigation by providing a falsified record in response to a grand jury subpoena.

The jury convicted him on 15 counts of wire fraud, 11 counts of access device fraud and one count of impeding a federal investigation. He was acquitted on one wire fraud count.

Sentencing is set for October 13, 2026. Sanders faces up to 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine (or the greater of twice the gross gain or twice the gross loss), up to three years of supervised release, and mandatory special assessment fees, according to the DOJ.The

After Sanders was indicted in April, he posted a video to his social media accounts asking his congregants to “pray” for his “enemy.”

He thanked churchgoers for “calling, texting, seeing me in person, and telling me that you’re praying for me.”

“And believe this,” Sanders said. “I feel your prayers. God is already working and moving by his Spirit.”

“This is what you can do for me … I know you’re praying for me. But I need you to pray a Matthew 5:44 prayer. I need you to pray for my enemy.”

“The Bible says, ‘Pray for them that despitefully use you and say all manner of evil against you falsely for my namesake,” he continued. “If you pray for my enemy, God will not only bless me, but he will deal with them.”

Vice-President JD Vance has become a victim of sabotage by the one of the very people sworn to protect him and his family from harm.

As CNN reported, a Secret Service agent serving on Vance’s detail has been placed on administrative leave after being caught allegedly spilling very sensitive information about him to a notorious far-left outlet.

A source told CNN that officials had identified the person believed to have been ratting out Vance. The Secret Service agent has not been named at this point.

CNN notes that the suspension centers around story published last week by MSNOW.

As The Daily Mail notes, the MSNow story painstakingly described Vance’s and his family’s planned travel.

This included the VP flying with his son on a Marine Corps helicopter for a golf lesson, which was later cancelled due to severe weather.

The story also spoke about how agents who were protecting Vance and his family were angry up with vice president’s supposed last-minute travel requests.

The article also revealed Vance’s codename: Bobcat.

Finally, the article mentioned “people with knowledge of Vance’s flight plans, “administration officials with knowledge of his schedule” and an “additional source with knowledge of their travel who spoke on the condition of anonymity for fear of reprisals.”

The Daily Mail notes that the White House became furious that such operational details were leaked to the press.

Back in January, The Gateway Pundit revealed that The O’Keefe Media Group released video of a Secret Service agent assigned to Vance leaking sensitive information to an undercover reporter.

The agent at the center of O’Keefe’s sting, Tomas Escotto, is a Joe Biden holdover and has only been a US citizen since 2018.

Escotto told the O’Keefe Media Group undercover reporter details about how Vance is surrounded and revealed advanced security procedures.

The Secret Service agent also revealed Vance’s future travel plans and sent images from Air Force Two while he was traveling with Vance.

On Tuesday, New Jersey Democratic Governor Mikie Sherrill took to X to confess that she had learned of a “serious software error” in the state’s Motor Vehicle System that allowed thousands of foreign nationals to register to vote between June 2023 and June 2024.

This “coincidentally” occurred right in the midst of the 2024 election campaign. Sherill, of course, tried to assure that the impact was ‘minor.’

President Trump later highlighted the massive number of illegal voters across the country in a renewed push for Republicans to pass the SAVE America Act.

35,152 non-citizens were registered to vote in New Jersey not the 6,600 people that the New Jersey governor announced in her initial tweet.

The Department of Homeland Security recently said that “preliminary reviews” of voter records in California, New Jersey, Nevada, and Pennsylvania found the following.

• 190,832 non-citizens registered to vote in California.
• 35,152 non-citizens registered to vote in New Jersey.
• 15,903 non-citizens registered to vote in Nevada.
• 14,576 non-citizens registered to vote in Pennsylvania.

Obviously, this is a widespread problem but as reported earlier, it is not a surprise and is almost expected.

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Wednesday, New Jersey is one of many States that DO NOT use the free Federal SAVE system to check for illegal aliens in their voter registrations or existing voter rolls.

SAVE is an online service administered by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that provides immigration status and U.S. citizenship information. SAVE only returns verification information. The decision to register or remove a voter remains with state or local election officials.

As of June 30th, there are 26 states using SAVE for voter-registration or voter-list-maintenance purposes. It processed 198 million cases in 2025.

The remaining 24 states have no public info that their election authority uses SAVE. Most of these 24 states are left-leaning.

New Jersey joined the non-profit ERIC in August of 2022 to help clean their voter rolls. Secretary of State Tahesha Way said, “ERIC is a powerful step to strengthen New Jersey’s elections by increasing our ability to support eligible voters while also improving the accuracy of our voting rolls.”

Obviously, this is not working.

And, New Jersey is NOT ALONE. Several States have been in this situation and also used the blame game. Below are 6 examples over 4 years.

For some time, the left has infiltrated the orbit of State motor vehicle departments so they can accomplish mass automatic voter registration of everyone, regardless of citizenship. It’s not surprising NJ was doing this, but surprising they came clean… sort of. The New Jersey governor blamed the software company IDEMIA for the non-citizens listed on their voter rolls.

But, IDEMIA later blamed the Division of Elections in New Jersey for the thousands of non-citizens on its voter rolls.

IDEMIA is actually a French company. Their US headquarters is in Reston, VA. They have 1,300 employees with 35 states as Driver License customers. They also supply 22 states with TSA PreCheck services If the software was the problem, then mass registration would likely be an issue in other States.

The IDEMIA denial shows NJ was purposely overlooking the registration of illegal aliens.

From our TGP story about the AAMVA, paragraph 18: A major goal of the left is to have 100% automatic voter registration for every citizen. The billions they spent on GOTV would then probably go towards harvesting.

It was Democrats who pushed the Motor Voter law (93’ NVRA) that allows voter registration at MVA offices. The left has positioned itself in and around MVA’s ever since. This is because most policies about voting center around MVA registration systems.

Over 24 states already have some form of automatic voter registration at their MVA, unless you opt out!

This is a huge red flag, but Democrats are not concerned about it for some reason.

As we mentioned earlier, New Jersey is not alone in including non-citizens on their voter rolls.

We discovered six more states where the DMV was caught including non-citizens on their voter rolls, including: Oregon, Pennsylvania, Illinois, California, Vermont and Nevada.

So what happened in New Jersey is not an isolated incident.

This is why we need the US Senate to pass the SAVE Act.

An 88-year-old widow living in a trailer in rural Michigan has been listed as funneling over $150,000 to Democrat causes through ActBlue.

Nearly 15,000 separate donations averaging eight per day, every single day, for five years, Michigan Enjoyer first reported.

The latest allegations come as ActBlue continues to face intense scrutiny from congressional investigators and federal authorities over its donor verification practices and allegations of potentially fraudulent contributions.

According to Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Charlie LeDuff, 88-year-old Elizabeth Waffle was stunned after learning Federal Election Commission records attribute 14,696 separate donations totaling nearly $150,000 to her name over the past five years.

The records indicate she averaged roughly eight donations every single day during that period, including 47 donations to Democrat U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed over the last two years.

She admitted making a few small, legitimate donations as a “true believer” in liberal causes, including some to El-Sayed. But 47 donations to him alone over two years? The avalanche of $150K total? Impossible. Some were tied to old addresses. Others went to candidates she’d never heard of.

Waffle told LeDuff she had no knowledge of the donations.

“One hundred and fifty thousand?… Hell no. I don’t have that kind of money. This is very abnormal,” she said after reviewing the records documenting the contributions attributed to her.

“I think it’s wrong, and I think there’s something in there that’s off.”

This is the same ActBlue, the Democrat Party’s dominant fundraising juggernaut, that has faced repeated scrutiny for straw donations, foreign money, prepaid cards, and lax (or nonexistent) verification. ActBlue’s own CEO, Regina Wallace-Jones, reportedly pleaded the Fifth 22 times in a congressional hearing on foreign contributions.

Investigative journalist and O’Keefe Media Group founder James O’Keefe highlighted his past reporting on the issue from nearly two years ago, stating, “This isn’t news to us—we’ve been investigating ActBlue fraud for years. Illegal donations threaten election integrity. The work to expose the truth continues…”

The Gateway Pundit has been sounding the alarm on ActBlue for years.

TGP’s Brian Lupo reported more on this fraud scheme in December 2024.

In early December 2022, after the 2022 election, engineer Chris Gleason found a massive number of “Campaign Finance Mules” making hundreds, even thousands of donations per year.

These “Money Mules” were not wealthy individuals. They were average Americans, living in an average house in an average neighborhood.  Or at least that is how it would appear. The investigative group observed massive patterns and red flags in the data.

ActBlue and other campaign donation platforms are at the center of an investigation being conducted by at least 20 State’s attorneys general, as well as the House Administration Committee in Congress.  It is also the subject of a lawsuit in Waukesha County, where earlier this month a judge allowed limited discovery into ActBlue to proceed.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton formally requested a criminal referral to the Biden-gestapo U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to initiate an investigation into ActBlue back in October 2024.

Paxton’s office uncovered a network of illicit activities involving straw donations—campaign contributions made using false identities and untraceable payment methods—funneled through ActBlue to influence American elections illegally.

In August 2024, Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, and Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray conducted their own investigations against ActBlue.

Attorney General Jason Miyares has launched an investigation into ActBlue, ActBlue Civics, Inc., and ActBlue Charities, Inc. (collectively “ActBlue”) following multiple serious allegations of fraudulent, deceptive, and illegal activities in Virginia.

In April 2026, President Trump ordered an investigation into the unlawful Voter Mule activity using ActBlue.

Massachusetts Democrat Congressman Seth Moulton had a rare moment of clarity during an appearance on MSNOW earlier this week.

Moulton admitted that his party has no real plan for immigration, or inflation, and most importantly that all they do have is being anti-Trump.

This is the problem that Democrats have had for years now. Trump can do or say anything and you know instantly, that the Democrats will be against it if he is for it.

Democratic Rep. Seth Moulton, D-Mass., acknowledged Tuesday on MS NOW’s “Money, Power, Politics” that Democrats have failed to give voters a clear immigration plan and rely too heavily on opposition to President Donald Trump, as he discussed the party’s challenges in Arizona’s gubernatorial primary.

“We don’t have a plan for immigration. We’re not able to say what, actually, Democrats should do to fix the problem,” Moulton said. “All we are is opposition to Trump.”

The Massachusetts congressman and U.S. Senate candidate said he had tested voters’ understanding of the party’s position during town halls across his state.

“I’ll ask people, ‘How many of you are opposed to Trump’s immigration enforcement?’ Every hand in the room goes up,” Moulton said, adding, “Like, I’ve asked thousands of people in Massachusetts this question.”

The congressman also faulted Democrats for dismissing other voter concerns, including inflation, during former President Joe Biden’s administration.

“Under Biden, we said inflation is not really a big deal. It’s transitory. It’s going to go away,” Moulton said. “The point is we have this history of kind of just like washing over problems and not addressing real concerns that voters have.”
