Karmelo Anthony’s re-trial bid continues to go off the rails for him as more shocking information comes to light about his past.

As The Daily Mail’s MaryAnn Martinez reported, Collin County prosecutor Bill Wirskye delivered explosive new evidence on Friday that was never heard by the jury in Anthony’s June trial for killing Austin Metcalf, which took place in Collin County.

Such evidence included Anthony’s school disciplinary records, which date back to when he was just 6 or 7 years old in Baton Rouge.

His problems were so severe that he was placed on a behavioral plan at the LSU Psych Department when he was just 10 YEARS OLD!

He lived in Louisiana before moving to the Dallas area for high school. His discipline history began when he was just 6 or 7 years old in Baton Rouge.

There’s an incident where Anthony punched another student despite being repeatedly asked to keep his hands to himself. There were other incidents of “willful disobedience,” or habitually violating rules.

This led to Anthony being placed on a behavioral plan at the LSU Psych Department when he was 10.

However, the problems did not stop. In 2021, he was “getting into it with teachers” again.

But this was just the beginning of the revelations. The state also showed Anthony’s writing racist slurs on his phone and admitting to assaulting an innocent girl.

He also boasted about shooting up a school.

A note found in Anthony’s cell phone included a racist rant. Texts showed that Anthony hit a girl in the face.

“There seemed to have been an obsession with fighting when we searched his phone,” Wirskye testified.

In one phone message, Anthony stated: “That’s the only person I’ll shoot instead of fight”

Martinez also added that the prosecution shared evidence where Anthony talked about using weapons, including ‘assault’ rifles.

All of these shocking revelations were previously left out as part of a gentleman’s agreement at the previous trial, with the jury only hearing about “what happened under the tent,” referring to the track team tent where the stabbing happened.

The purpose was reportedly to keep damaging information about both Anthony and Metcalf that could sway a jury.

But thanks to Anthony and his defense team’s delusional bid to press on, this information about their client is all coming out.

As The Gateway Pundit’s Cassandra MacDonald reported on Thursday, Collin County prosecutor Bill Wirskye detailed how the convicted murderer had been reported for stalking his ex-girlfriend just before he fatally stabbed 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a Frisco track meet.

Wirskye also shared texts in which Anthony expressed being “on the verge” and fantasized about stabbing someone and licking the blood from the blade.

Florida is now requiring schools to teach students about the dangers of communism. This is the way. Schools all over the country should have been doing this for years.

Instead, far left colleges and universities have been promoting the ideas of socialism and by extension, communism. It’s exactly why you see so many young people embracing the utterly backwards messages of Bernie Sanders and AOC.

Last November, the Florida Board of Education approved new standards for an upcoming “History of Communism” curriculum coming to the state’s schools.

FDOE officials said the standards were “developed by Florida educators and content experts.” They’re set to be implemented to middle and high school students beginning in the 2026-27 school year.

“With the adoption of the History of Communism Standards, Florida is leading the nation by equipping students with a truthful, in-depth understanding of how communist ideologies suppress individual freedoms, abuse power, and inflict widespread suffering,” FDOE said…

Paul Fetsko serves on the Escambia County school board.

He says this isn’t the first time Florida has required students to learn about communism.

“It was an Americanism versus communism course,” Fetsko said. “It was a semester course [14 years ago] that was required of all seniors.”

“As the standards and benchmarks have changed, things get assumed into other courses or they are taken away because something else becomes a more pressing topic,” he added.

The new state standards require middle and high school students to study the history of communist governments, including how communist regimes have been linked to poverty, famine, political repression, and violence.

On Friday night, President Trump traveled to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to hold a rally with GOP Senator Darline Graham.

Darline Graham, the sister of the late Senator Lindsey Graham, advanced in the South Carolina Senate Republican Special Election Primary earlier this month.

Darline Graham will face off against Rep. Ralph Norman (R) in the August 25 runoff.

President Trump endorsed Darline Graham last month, saying, “Darline, who comes from an absolutely incredible family, has been a WINNER all of her life and, should she accept, has my Complete and Total Endorsement in the Special Election for U.S. Senate in South Carolina — SHE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN. During the rally, a protester began shouting at the President before being escorted out by police and convention center staff.

President Trump paused his remarks and addressed the protester.

“That’s all right. That person’s going home to mom.”

“Gonna get scolded because mom is voting for us. You know, mom is voting for us.”

Senator Lindsey Graham died last month after a brief, sudden illness.

“The preliminary examination findings were: Aortic Dissection due to Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease,” Graham’s office said, according to the medical examiner.

In a major First Amendment and investigative-reporting win, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has overturned a jury verdict and damages award against James O’Keefe and undercover journalist Allison Maass stemming from a Project Veritas investigation into Democracy Partners.

The panel ruled 2-1 that the First Amendment protects publishing undercover footage and that the damages improperly punished protected journalistic activity.

O’Keefe announced the decision in a video posted on his X account Friday evening, saying his faith in the future of journalism has been restored after the appellate court, including a Democrat-appointed judge, set a powerful precedent for undercover work nationwide.

The case stems from Project Veritas’s undercover operation in which Maass obtained an unpaid internship at Democracy Partners, the progressive consulting firm led by Robert Creamer, by misrepresenting her identity.

The videos she took exposed internal discussions and operations, leading Creamer and the firm to sue for fraudulent misrepresentation, wiretapping, and related claims.

A jury later awarded damages, including $120,000 for lost contracts, based in part on the economic harm that followed publication of the reporting.

On appeal, Circuit Judge Karen LeCraft Henderson, writing for the majority and joined by Judge Harry Edwards, held that the damages award violated the First Amendment because the primary cause of the claimed losses was the protected content of the news story itself rather than any unprotected conduct.

The court held that a jury cannot impose liability that punishes publishing newsworthy information obtained through undercover methods.

O’Keefe is the founder of Project Veritas and now CEO of O’Keefe Media Group (OMG).

While the court acknowledged that certain methods of gathering information may not themselves be constitutionally shielded, it found that the jury’s award could not stand when protected speech was the dominant factor in the harm alleged.

Angie Nixon is the far left Democrat who defeated Alex Vindman in the recent Democrat primary. Nixon is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), but is now trying to distance herself from the increasingly toxic organization.

Florida Democratic Senate nominee Angie Nixon distanced herself from several major planks in the Democratic Socialists of America’s (DSA) national program Thursday on “Meet the Press NOW,” after host Kristen Welker pressed her to explain why she joined an organization that called for abolishing the office she is seeking.

Nixon said she joined the DSA because it supported public housing, healthcare, helping homeless veterans and removing big money from politics, but rejected incumbent Republican Sen. Ashley Moody’s characterization of her political identity.

“Ashley Moody knows that I’m not a socialist,” Nixon said. “I joined the DSA because I believe in them in regards to fighting for adequate public housing, as well as fighting for quality healthcare, as well as making sure that we are getting our veterans off the street, taking big money out of politics, right?”…

Nixon explicitly rejected abolishing the Senate and drafting a new constitution. She also said she did not support defunding the military, although she called for greater scrutiny of defense spending. Nixon did not directly answer Welker’s question about lifting sanctions on Iran.

“I don’t believe in defunding anything. I think we need to make sure that we are scrutinizing them, and we need to make sure we’re spending money the right way,” Nixon said.

The U.S. Department of Education on Friday recommended stripping the American Bar Association of its longstanding authority to accredit nearly 200 law schools across the country.

According to a leak, a 500-page staff report concluded that the group is not sufficiently “separate and independent” from the larger ABA, operates like a cartel, and has injected its own political ideology into the process, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Assistant Secretary of Education David Barker put it bluntly: when there’s no competition, “accreditors feel free to inject their own political preferences, their own ideologies into the work that they do.”

The ABA has held a near-monopoly since 1952 over which law schools can access federal student loans and whose graduates can sit for the bar in most states.

This follows years of the ABA pushing illegal DEI mandates on law schools, requirements that forced race-based preferences and “bias, racism, and cross-cultural competency” indoctrination even after the Supreme Court gutted affirmative action.

The Trump administration has been dismantling this rot step by step, and states like Texas and Florida have already moved to sideline the ABA.

Attorney and election integrity fighter David Clements responded on X with a powerful account of how the Bar has been weaponized against patriots who dare speak the truth:

“I’ve been subjected to six investigations by my state BAR association over the past six years—for advocating against Covid-19 tyranny and rigged elections.

“Despite prevailing against my accusers, my license holds virtually no value, unless and until corrupt actors are brought to justice, and those that have been harmed are restored and publicly vindicated.

“A mere Google search invites baseless attacks and prejudice from opposing counsel and judges every time I enter into a case. As a result, all potential clients are harmed by proximity to me before I get a foot in the door.

Clements, a prosecutor and New Mexico State University professor who was fired for refusing COVID mandates, has spent years exposing election fraud and medical tyranny. The Bar subjected him to six frivolous investigations, and he beat every single one.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Clements was subjected to a sixth disciplinary investigation after visiting former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters in jail.

The complaint reportedly alleged that Clements gained access to Peters under “false pretenses” before publishing a short video update about her condition.

The Gateway Pundit also reported in February 2025 that Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew Ferguson banned FTC political appointees from holding leadership positions in the ABA, participating in its events, or using government resources to pay ABA membership expenses.

Ferguson accused the ABA, described by Senator Mike Lee as the “lawyer’s wing of the Democratic Party,” of abandoning neutral legal analysis in favor of left-wing political activism.

The ABA has repeatedly clashed with the Trump administration over DEI mandates, judicial nominations, Trump’s executive orders targeting major law firms, and the administration’s efforts to dismantle the federal bureaucracy.

Texas, Florida, and Alabama have already taken steps to reduce the ABA’s power over their attorney-licensing systems, with several states specifically citing the organization’s DEI requirements.
