Attorney Peter Ticktin represented Tina Peters.  He and his team were instrumental in her release from a Colorado prison.

Attorney Ticktin is taking on a new effort in helping good Americans abused by the government.  Ticktin shares:

I challenge Todd Blanche to start to prosecute these people who orchestrated the rigging of the 2020 Presidential Election and who orchestrated J6. When you read this, you will understand. We are not only explaining what happened, but by whom. We are naming names and want the DOJ to start to investigate the rigging of the election and the Psy-Op of J6, which was planned in advance.

There is no excuse for letting those who literally stole our country for 4 years, who did so much harm, being able to walk away without suffering any consequences for their wrongful deeds.

With this Complaint, hopefully, the RINOs in our Senate and House will realize that their hatred for the J6ers are misplaced. This is a Complaint in federal court, where no sane attorney files frivolous or false documents. We have evidence to prove our allegations and we are looking forward to bringing far more. We are confident that we will be filing these for over 400 J6ers and others who suffered the weaponization of Merrick Garland.

The world lost a great conservative voice when Rush Limbaugh passed away in 2021, and The Gateway Pundit lost a friend.

A New York clerk was caught in a blatant attempt to steal a local election last month, prompting the state to order a brand-new one.

As The New York Post reported on Thursday, a Hempstead Union Free School District petition revealed that District Clerk April Keys tore up several ballots and helped smuggle them out of her office, which helped board president Victor Pratt ‘win’ his reelection campaign for the Hempstead Union Free School District on Long Island.

The election took place on May 19.

State Education Commissioner Betty Rosa ordered a new race to take place within 60 days, just hours after the petition surfaced.

The district issued the following in a statement to The Post:

The Board appreciates the Commissioner’s expeditious review of this matter, which enables the District to move forward with the revote in accordance with the Commissioner’s ruling.

Per the Post, Keys took the ripped-up ballots and tossed them into the dumpster. She also gave Pratt, a local DJ who goes by DJ Vic-Lover, absentee ballots to dispose of.

Their blatantly illegal actions bore significant fruit, though Keys was replaced on administrative leave.

The ‘absentee vote’ and machine voting discrepancy help tell the story of a rigged election.

Pratt won the election by a narrow margin with just 81 more votes. However, he led in absentee ballots with 87 percent and only came in third on machine voting results, with 27 percent.

Three days after the election, Keys was placed on administrative leave. The same day, District Superintendent Gary Rush found a garbage bag filled with stolen, ripped-up ballots, the petition.

There’s also one more layer to the scheme, and it involves an unlikely culprit.

According to the petition, a janitor discarded the bag while the locks on Keys’ door were being changed. He later led investigators to it, where it was standing in a foot of water.

There were ballots inside the bag for both Pratt and his chief competitor, Gwendolyn Jackson.

“Ms. Keys told him to use a different staircase because the security aide stationed at the bottom of the staircase by the administrative offices would ask questions and it ‘risked appearing suspicious,’” the petition notes.

The EU is pro-fake-refugees, but wants to send Ukrainian men back to the meatgrinder.

Unlike many economic migrants that flood Europe thinly disguised as ‘asylum seekers’, the Ukrainian people who fled the bloodiest European war since WW2 are the very definition of refugees.

Yesterday (26), the European Union extended temporary protection status for millions of people who have fled the war in Ukraine – which is a good thing.

But there’s a catch: in their constant effort to prod up the Kiev regime’s war effort, the EU has decided NOT to extend these protections to military-aged male arrivals – people who would be eligible to serve in the Ukrainian armed forces.

For them, is back to the meatgrinder, it seems.

“Ukraine is desperate to boost the size of its fighting force more than four years into its full-scale war with Russia.

[…] More than 4.4 million Ukrainians have been welcomed into the EU since 2022. Most are living in Germany and Poland. They’ve been given temporary residency permits and support, including accommodation or help to get housing, social welfare benefits, medical care and access to schools.”

The protection is due to expire in March 2027, but the European Commission proposed to extend it by a year.

“Ukraine has been pressing the bloc to tighten the rules, and EU Migration Commissioner Magnus Brunner said that ‘temporary protection should not be granted to newly arriving persons who are not allowed to leave Ukraine because of their military obligations under Ukrainian law’.

The new measure would not apply to Ukrainians already in Europe, but could apply to people between 23 and 60 years old who come in the future. The commission hopes that this would enter force within weeks, once the EU’s 27 member countries have endorsed the plan.”

A Florida police officer is winning nationwide praise for his message to an illegal alien p*dophile that he busted earlier this week.

On Thursday, the Jacksonville Police Department arrested a 34-year-old Mexican illegal alien named Jose Malagon after he used an online site to chat with two different people who he thought were teenage girls and solicited them for sex.

But unbeknownst to Malagon, the people at the other end of the line were Jacksonville police detectives.

The Jacksonville Police Department’s US Marshals Task Force then found Malagon in Neptune Beach, where he initially resisted arrest.

Once they had him in custody, Malagon smirked because he thought that he would soon be released, as he had been in Georgia previously. While in the Peach State, he was busted for a DUI.

But the smirking illegal quickly learned the hard way that Florida knows the best way to deal with criminals: the full force of the law.

Not only was he going back to prison, but he was going to be deported back to the country he came from.

The smirk disappeared while he started whining about going back south of the border.

This arrest was part of the Jacksonville Police Department’s “Operation Checkmate,” which was launched to crack down on online child predators. So far, 30 men have been arrested during our operation.

Five of the people arrested, including Malagon, are illegal migrants.

A Canadian woman walking her dog experienced a life-or-death situation in a wooded area in Alberta.

The woman found herself stalked by a large bear, according to a terrifying viral video she shot.

Fox News reported:

“Despite the woman repeatedly shouting at the bear ‘No! Go away’ and making loud noises to scare it away, it continued to follow her down the road.

After at first slowly moving toward her, the bear suddenly started charging, circling her as she kept backing away and screaming for it to leave them alone.

For nearly two agonizing minutes, the bear runs toward her then backs away, rearing up on its hind legs several times, revealing its massive size.”
