The animal testing watchdog organization White Coat Waste has published a new report showing that Oak Hill Genetics, an Ewing, Illinois, breeder and the nation’s second-largest lab-dog supplier, shipped 1,518 hound-mix dogs to 44 laboratories between January 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026.

Some of the animals were only about three months old.

Recipients included universities and contract labs that hold National Institutes of Health money.

Earlier this month, White Coat Waste’s spending review found more than $225 million in NIH awards for dog and cat experiments since mid-February 2025, including more than $98 million in new dog-testing money at pharmaceutical companies and $11.7 million in new cat work.

The lab list WCW obtained is specific.

The University of Utah took dogs for heart work that WCW says includes tied-off arteries, pacemakers, and electric shock before the animals are killed; Utah has drawn nearly $12 million for those studies and received 50 Oak Hill dogs in the 18-month window. Washington University in St. Louis, with more than $1.2 million for laryngeal-nerve work, took 32. Vanderbilt has taken more than $109 million over decades for obesity, diabetes, and liver studies. The University of Washington implants tumor cells in prostates. The University of Chicago induces severe strokes. The University of Cincinnati kills dogs to harvest larynxes.

Contract buyers in the same FOIA dump include American Preclinical Services (418 dogs), Charles River, Inotiv, NAMSA, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, Ethicon, Covidien, Mayo Clinic, and Animal Blood Resources International.

Oak Hill itself has taken more than a million dollars in taxpayer money from NIH, USDA, the Pentagon, and the VA.

Envigo and Ridglan Farms, two larger mills WCW helped drive into collapse, are closing, and Oak Hill appears to be taking their place.

As the damning report was released, Rep. Nancy Mace introduced the Prohibiting Unethical Procedures on Pets in Science Act, H.R. 10523.

INTRODUCING: The Prohibiting Unethical Procedures on Pets in Science (PUPPS) Act to make it a federal violation to breed a dog for research, to sell or transfer a dog for research, or to knowingly acquire a dog bred for research.

According to a press release from Mace's office:

The PUPPS Act amends the Animal Welfare Act to:

• Ban breeding dogs for research purposes, including intentional mating, reproduction, artificial insemination, and embryo implantation.
• Prohibit the commercial distribution of dogs for research, including selling, transporting, brokering, importing, exporting, leasing, transferring, donating, or otherwise providing dogs to research facilities.
• Prohibit knowingly acquiring, receiving, or using any dog bred for research purposes.
• Revoke or deny USDA licenses and registrations for anyone engaged in prohibited activities.
• Impose civil penalties of up to $10,000 per dog, increasing to $40,000 per dog for repeat offenders. Each dog constitutes a separate violation.

Dogs already bred for research when the law takes effect are protected. They cannot be euthanized because of the bill's enactment and instead must be offered for adoption to an individual or animal rescue organization. The Secretary of Agriculture would issue implementing regulations within 180 days of enactment, and the bill's prohibitions would take effect 180 days after enactment.

A November 2025 federal inspection at Oak Hill Genetics still counted 1,200 puppies and adult dogs on the property.

In a statement provided to The Gateway Pundit, Rep. Mace said:

"Dogs aren't lab equipment. They're family. Breeding puppies into a life of pain just to stock government research labs isn't science. It's barbaric. We've already taken on Fauci's taxpayer-funded dog experiments and fought to get animals out of federal labs and into loving homes. Now we're shutting down the pipeline for good. Thanks to White Coat Waste for leading the charge alongside us in this fight. This bill ends the breeding of dogs for research, cuts off the supply to these labs, and gives dogs already trapped behind those walls a second chance through adoption instead of euthanasia. Man's best friend belongs in a loving home, not a lab cage."

Kamala Harris has made a damning admission about how her party ‘wins’ elections that could create a few headaches for her party as the midterm elections approach.

As CBS News reported, Harris spoke during a Tuesday evening NAACP forum in Detroit, Michigan, after campaigning for Muslim Marxist Abdul El-Sayed earlier in the day.

The purpose of the forum was to rally Democrats behind El-Sayed and outline the stakes of the midterm elections.

At one point, Harris whined about how the GOP and the Trump Administration have, in some cases, removed all the tools they’ve relied on to ‘win’ elections over the past half-century.

These ‘tools’ purging the voter rolls, beating the Democrats at their own game when it comes to gerrymandering, and ensuring more reasonable polling locations.

In short, Kamala Harris is ADMITTING Democrats have depended on illegal voters, shady vote counting, and rigged district lines to maintain power.

Now, they’re having to fight on more even ground.

Smarter Democrats would use subtler language to describe these GOP efforts. But Harris has never been accused of having brilliant political skills.

They’re cheating with all of this redistricting; they are cheating by changing polling locations; they are cheating by purging voter rolls.

Not only must you register to vote, you must check your voter status to make sure you haven’t been purged from the rolls!

They are trying to take our tools, but we are creative people, and we know how to fight, and we have always been fighting against the odds, and that has never deterred us!

The federal case against Angelica Pacheco didn’t begin with a crime. It began with a translation.

Angelica is a registered nurse, a mother of five, and the English‑speaking bridge for her husband’s small clinic. He didn’t speak English, so when licensing forms or compliance documents arrived, she explained them. She didn’t sign anything. She didn’t fill out the forms. She didn’t own the business. She simply translated.

Years later, that simple act would be twisted into the basis for a felony conviction. One that destroyed her career, her income, her reputation, and her ability to support her children.

Federal investigators spent six years digging through the clinic. They interviewed more than forty people, conducted years of surveillance, reviewed bank records, licensing files, and patient histories. They interviewed Angelica three separate times. They investigated comparable clinics and charged them, but not hers. After all of that, the government dismissed every major charge they had originally brought.

Why? Because there were no victims.

Not one patient was harmed. Not one person came forward at sentencing. Not one victim impact statement was submitted. Not one dollar was shown to be missing. Not one shred of evidence showed personal enrichment.

The judge even noted there was no lavish lifestyle, no misuse of funds, and no indication that anyone had taken advantage of the system. The government didn’t dispute it.

But even as the case collapsed, the pressure on Angelica intensified. She had no money for a lawyer. The court declared her indigent and appointed the Federal Public Defender. Prosecutors told her that if she didn’t plead guilty to something, they would add more charges and she could face prison. She was terrified. She was a mother. She signed the plea, not because she was guilty, but because she was trying to protect her children.

“I was given a choice that was not a real choice. It was like handing over your wallet at gunpoint,” Angelica said. “Only one thing could have moved me to make a decision that betrayed my values, and that is being a mother.”

The felony she accepted wasn’t fraud, theft, or corruption. It was a payroll ratio on a PPP loan forgiveness form, a number between two columns. A clerical discrepancy. One that didn’t short the government any money, didn’t change the loan amount, didn’t divert funds, didn’t benefit Angelica, and didn’t harm a single person.

She didn’t fill out the form. She didn’t sign it. She didn’t submit it. She didn’t own the business.

Yet she is the one paying $54,946 in restitution.

Two federal agencies documented that her husband, the actual owner, signed the loan documents. The SBA wrote that the owner “did not speak English and had a family member translate.” A Florida licensing coordinator told the FBI she met the owner and named him, not Angelica. Still, prosecutors charged her alone. When asked why, the government told the court that Angelica spoke English and her husband did not. The judge responded bluntly: “I’m just not buying it.”

“I believed the system was looking for the truth,” Angelica said. “It is not. It decides the result it wants first, and then goes looking for something that will carry it.”

From the outside looking in, it would seem that once the Hialeah City Councilwoman started campaigning for President Trump, the alarm bells sounded at the DOJ. She was arrested shortly after she became the GOP Chair and started stomping for Trump. Of course, this is never said in court, but the timing speaks volumes. Do you still believe in coincidences?

The consequences of this frivolous yet egregious case have been devastating. Angelica lost her nursing career, her council seat, her remote compliance job, her store, her income, her ability to work in her field, and her reputation. Her youngest child, a fifth grader, had to start school without supplies because the family couldn’t afford them. No backpack. No notebooks. No pencils. Angelica had to explain why.

“My heart shattered into millions of pieces,” she said. “The public shaming is something I will carry for the rest of my life.”

Meanwhile, the DOJ’s public case page still lists the dismissed charges, shows only the thrown‑out indictment, solicits victim statements for a case with no victims, and labels the matter “pending.” It omits the actual conviction and the dismissal of every major charge. This is what employers see. This is what licensing boards see. This is what neighbors see.

What makes Angelica’s situation even more shocking is that the DOJ routinely resolves PPP loan discrepancies through civil settlements, even in cases involving false certifications, improper loans, diverted funds, inflated contracts, and millions in questioned expenses. Angelica’s case involved a payroll ratio. No missing money. No personal gain. No victims. Yet she received a felony conviction and three years of probation.

“They took my seat, my business, my career and my name,” Angelica said. “I am asking for a pardon. Not mercy. Review.”

She speaks quietly about what happened, but her words carry weight.

“I know this pain is not in vain if something good can come from it. That is why I fight — not just for me.”

Angelica did not own the business. She did not sign the loan. She did not fill out the form. She did not take the money. She did not benefit from it. She did not harm anyone. Yet she is the one paying the price.

It is not Angelica’s character to ask for help. She is usually the one helping others. She would organize food banks and help her community. Now she is the one in need of support.

Her story is a reminder that when a federal case collapses, the human consequences do not disappear with the charges. They fall on the person left standing. Angelica is still standing, but she should not have to stand alone.

Republicans keep saying this midterm election is about “Too big to rig- Part II.”

You’re all kidding yourselves.

Of course, we want and need a big turnout. Of course, we want and need every Republican to vote, and to bring ten friends and relatives with them to the polls. Of course, every vote matters.

And that’s exactly what I do on my two national TV shows, nationally-syndicated radio show, podcast and my columns read by millions of conservative voters at TheGatewayPundit.com.

I try to get GOP voters excited, motivated and mobilized. I try to explain the consequences of sitting home. I try to paint the picture of what your choices are, and what happens if we lose- we lose America.

No one pushes harder than me to get every last GOP voter to the polls.

But voter turnout alone won’t win this midterm. All the signs are there. Democrats will cheat in this election like never before.

First, there are 25 million new illegal aliens in this country since 2020- courtesy of Joe Biden. President Trump has either deported or forced self-deportation of about three million. That still leaves 22 million new illegal aliens- most of whom are motivated to vote.

And why wouldn’t they be motivated? If Democrats win, they can stay. If Republicans win, they get deported. What would you do if you were them?

So, of course, they’re gonna try to vote.

Second, the Supreme Court just allowed unlimited mail-in ballots- with no restrictions. This is the exact game plan used by Democrats to win previous elections. I don’t care how many “poll watchers” the GOP sends to watch the counts. Poll watchers are powerless to stop illegal aliens from voting if they can safely vote from their homes, with mail-in ballots. There is no way to stop voter fraud with mail-in ballots.

Perhaps all this voter fraud could have been stopped by the passage of the SAVE Act- mandating Voter ID and proof of citizenship. But the SAVE Act did not pass.

So, what’s stopping illegals from voting by the millions? Nothing.

Third, the Supreme Court just allowed the counting of ballots for days after the election. Is the GOP blind? This is exactly how Democrats stole dozens of House and Senate seats in 2018, 2020, 2022 and yes, even in 2024. They just kept counting ballots for days after election night.

Exhibit A is my home state of Nevada. On Election Night 2022, our Nevada GOP US Senate candidate, Adam Laxalt, won the US Senate seat. Five days of counting ballots later, he was the loser.

On Election Night 2024, our Nevada GOP US Senate candidate, Sam Brown, won the US Senate seat. Five days of counting ballots later, he was the loser.

I’m sad to report on Election Night 2026, it will be the exact same story.

GOP candidates will be ahead on Election Night in countless US House and Senate races- and five or more days later, we will lose most, if not all of them.

By the way, that’s the proof that elections are being stolen. How come in modern history no Republican has ever lost on Election Night, but won the race five days later? How come only one side can do this?

Because they’re cheating, Sherlock.

I don’t mean to be rude- but if you don’t understand Democrats are stealing elections, you’re a moron.

The fourth reason we can’t win the midterms with strong voter turnout alone is because of foreign interference in US elections. Foreign enemies can hack voting machines and change election results.

You don’t agree? The FBI was just hacked. Hackers stole data on every FBI agent. Even the FBI isn’t safe. Even the FBI can’t stop hackers. Yet you think voting machines are secure?

I have a bridge to sell you over the Pacific in Las Vegas.

When it comes to election cheating, it’s as if the Republicans have dementia. Republicans seem to have forgotten about all of this. They seem to have forgotten about the stolen 2020 presidential election. They seem to have forgotten about all the winning GOP candidates- like Adam Laxalt and Sam Brown- who were cheated out of their seats.

And now the Supreme Court has made it legal to count for days after an election.

The GOP seems to have forgotten about Spencer Pratt- who was comfortably ahead in the Los Angeles mayoral race runoff only months ago- but was knocked out of the race by hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots counted for days after Election Night- which, as usual, all went against the Republican.

Move along. Nothing to see there. Why worry?

Yes, Democrats are now a combination of radical communism and radical Islam. Their candidates are a combination of violent, extreme and pure commie crazy. What they believe in is shocking and revolting.

Yes, they hate America. Yes, they hate capitalism. Yes, they hate white people. Yes, they hate Jews and Christians. Yes, they support Sharia Law. Yes, they are openly supporting communism.

But even these extreme and dangerous views will not prevent a Democrat victory. To the contrary, cheating is in the communist DNA. It’s how they’ve always won elections.

Remember also, before President Trump’s US Postal Service plan was shot down by the Supreme Court, 30 states refused to turn over their voter rolls to the DHS. Who ever heard of anything like this- blue states in open defiance against the federal government. They’re laughing in our face.

They are screaming out loud, “We are cheating and you can’t stop us!”

Yet, you don’t hear a single Republican politician, except President Trump, talking about anything except- “If our voters turn out to vote, everything will be okay.” And I agree, it will be okay- on Election Night.

But five days later, we will lose.

Nobody in the GOP seems to understand it doesn’t matter how many votes you get, it only matters who is counting the votes.

There are no guardrails to secure the midterms.

But I’ve come up with “THE anti-cheat code.” My plan is foolproof. The guardrail is called, “NEED USA.” It stands for “National Emergency for Elections Declaration- to save the USA.”

My plan is actually more than a guardrail; it’s a freaking concrete wall!

This is “the SAVE Act” on Steroids. It puts all those election security guardrails in place- and then some.

And a Presidential National Security Emergency can only be overturned by a 2/3rds vote of both houses of Congress. Who says so? The Supreme Court ruled in 1983 (INS vs Chadha)- so it’s the law of the land.

President Trump loves walls to protect America. “NEED USA” is a giant wall to protect the midterm election.

President Trump is so conditioned to everything he does being challenged in court, and knocked out by communist insurrection judges, this may take a minute to sink in.

But this time, President Trump, with NEED USA in place, they cannot stop you.

So, please, President Trump, ignore the RINOS, naysayers, the cautious cowards on the White House staff, and the “protect their ass” lawyers. Just do it. Secure the midterms. Stop the cheating.

Because this election won’t be “too big to rig” Democrats will destroy us by counting for days after Election Day with unlimited, unrestricted mail-in ballots. And why not? The Supreme Court says it’s okay.

Do it, President Trump, or every GOP candidate will become Spencer Pratt.

Or Adam Laxalt.

Or Sam Brown.
