Another juror from the Lindsay Clancy triple-murder trial is publicly attacking the lone man who refused to buckle under enormous pressure and vote to absolve the Massachusetts mother who strangled her three young children.

Nick Dargie, 25, became at least the fifth juror to speak publicly following the mistrial. Dargie was one of the two men among the 11 jurors who favored finding Clancy not guilty by reason of a lack of criminal responsibility.

Clancy admitted to strangling her children, Cora, 5; Dawson, 3; and eight-month-old Callan, inside the family’s Duxbury home on January 24, 2023.

Her lawyers argued that she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and could not appreciate the wrongfulness of her actions. Prosecutors maintained that Clancy acted deliberately, sent her husband out on an errand and planned the horrifying killings.

During an exclusive interview with ABC News, Dargie said he was “devastated” that the jury could not reach a verdict clearing Clancy of criminal responsibility.

He then unloaded on the lone male holdout.

“There was — there was several times would ask him to show us, like, evidence or, you know, describe a witness testimony that helped to prove what he was saying. And — and he couldn’t,” Dargie told ABC’s Aaron Katersky.

“There wasn’t a single piece of evidence or witness testimony that he used to prove why he was thinking the way he was, which is why we ultimately sent in that note. Otherwise, like, there’s nothing wrong with somebody having a complete opposite opinion. Like, that’s — you know, that would be a hung jury. That — like, that is our justice system.”

Notice the classic left-wing tactic: project and smear. The defense’s entire case relied on sympathy, junk science, and emotional appeal, yet Dargie and his media enablers want the public to believe the one guy standing up for three dead toddlers was the one without evidence.

In a separate interview, an anonymous female juror offered a much different account and defended the lone holdout, acknowledging that several members of the panel, not merely the holdout, had become firmly entrenched in their positions.

That inconvenient detail demolishes the increasingly coordinated narrative that one “rogue” man single-handedly sabotaged justice.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, three other jurors went before NBC News cameras and similarly trashed the holdout, calling him “arrogant” and complaining that he could not get past the fact that Clancy had “viciously killed her children.”

Yes, that was apparently his problem: He could not get past the vicious killings of three defenseless children.

The Gateway Pundit also reported that Clancy attorney Kevin Reddington unsuccessfully demanded that the holdout be removed and accused him of lying under oath. Judge William Sullivan refused and ultimately declared a mistrial after seven days of deliberations.

President Trump later called the case a “horrible tragedy” and said Clancy had done a “horrible, horrible thing.”

“There’ll be a price,” Trump said, according to previous Gateway Pundit reporting.

The holdout juror has remained silent while Dargie, Clancy’s attorneys and multiple fellow jurors have paraded before television cameras to attack his character.
