Hijacking—Evil is etched into our minds!

Most remember the airline hijackings spanning the late 1960s and early 1970s. The peak of hijackings (1968-1972) was dubiously dubbed by history as the “Golden Age of hijacking.” At the peak, airplanes were hijacked at a rate of nearly one per week. The act was termed “air piracy.”

Heroic responses are etched into history’s chronicles, and evil is etched into the narratives.

I cannot forget the video of Robert Dean Stethem’s execution (June 15, 1985). He was flying aboard TWA Flight 847. Terrorists murdered him because he was in the U.S. Navy and refused their demands. Hezbollah terrorists hijacked TWA 847. Passports were collected, and when Stethem was identified as a U.S. Navy sailor, he was bound and beaten to force him to scream into a transmitter so the tower would send fuel.  However, Stethem refused to cry out. He was beaten and tortured for hours. Ultimately, he was shot in the head by an enraged terrorist who dumped Stethem’s body out a door onto the tarmac.  His face and body were so badly mangled that he could only be identified by his fingerprints.

I cannot forget 25 years ago when September 11, 2001, followed coordinated Muslim terrorist attacks. Nineteen terrorists hijacked four airliners. Two were flown into each of the WTC Twin Towers in New York City. The third crashed into the Pentagon. The fourth crashed in a Pennsylvania field during a passenger revolt.

And, 25 years later, supporters of Islam’s terrorism stand at the 9/11 Memorial. Instead of remembering the atrocity of that day, they strut as the conquering beneficiaries of that day’s evil! Not only are we told they should be there, but that they “deserve” to be there! These applaud Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, and any other savage group seeking to destroy the USA. By what inane reasoning can one conclude this?

I cannot forget the 9/11 narrative of Flight #93. The passengers refused to sit silently and cower complacently. Todd Beamer was on United #93 and speaking on the phone. His last intelligible words were “Are you guys ready? Okay, let’s roll!”

Terms describing the hijackers and their pernicious evil include (and you can add many more): racist; uncivil; inexcusable; deplorable; savages; brutal; selfish; delusionally blind; corrupt; criminal; contemptible; disrespectful; hateful; abominable; inhumane; Satanic; and Narcissistic. Such people have a cunning and deceptive personality that Psychologists catalogue as behaviors built around a “dark core” personality. They appear as “angels of light,” but beneath the sheepskin they are dedicated, devilish villains!

These are the characters the Democrats praise and embrace under their “Big Tent” as they seek to destroy the USA.

In the real world, these are an “abomination” to God. These are eagerly serving Satan. Their “abomination” cannot be excused by politics, religion, or reparations! These are not the first to destroy civilizations by their chicanery. They will be held accountable as history validates. “Many will follow their indecent behavior, and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned; and in their greed they will exploit you with false words; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep” (The Bible, 2 Peter 2:2-3).

These perpetrators cannot be salvaged. Like a mad dog, they must be put down so they no longer threaten civil decency. You cannot be “nice” to a rabid dog! Tragically, for civilization is a historic truth: the uncivil consumes the complacent civil!

You cannot coddle, excuse, rationalize, ignore, or commend their actions—these are “pirates” whose souls belong to Satan and who are intent on harming innocents.

A query begging an answer asks, “How can today’s politicians NOT condemn criminal terrorist pirates such as Hezbollah and others of their ilk?” Yet, look at New York City! Listen to the Democrat Party voices!

Understand a shocking fact…hijacking continues today. Dark personalities continue to disrespect and ignore civility! Look at this hurried list of hijackings within our Republic:

• The “Save Act”—The Senate RINOS, led by Thune, arrogantly ignore 80% of the American citizens! Thune and a handful of RINOS have hijacked the Senate, so it no longer serves the best interests of the Republic’s electorate, but works only to salve their Narcissism!
• The judicial system’s permitted overreach—low-level magistrates arrogantly hijack the judicial system and run roughshod over the Higher Courts. No longer are we a nation governed by the Constitution, but now rogue progressive jurists hijack “justice.” These hijackers seize the Constitutionally divided government and claim they are the Executive and Legislative Branches!
• The culture that built our great nation has been hijacked. No longer are we a nation founded upon Judeo-Christian tenets. No longer does our nation teach and uphold the ethics, morality, and social principles of the Holy Bible.
• The steadfast religious beliefs that assured security to believers have been hijacked by progressives whose attempts to “improve” and “modernize” religion have corrupted and ruined it!
• The work ethic that made possible the “American Dream” has been hijacked. No longer is honest work an applauded value. No longer is the ethic of hard work esteemed. The obvious laziness is too apparent—beggars sit in the hot sun for hours so they do not have to do manual work.
• The personal initiatives that birthed great manufacturing progress have been hijacked. The individualism and exceptionalism that made the USA a nation envied by the world have been erased from the universities’ classrooms. Individual creativity has been “dumbed down.” The Welfare State, the Nanny State, the Regulatory State have hijacked American exceptionalism!

America, will you demonstrate a heroic response to the hijackings of our great Republic? Will you stand up to the hijackers of our culture, religious foundations, and legislators and say “No more! Let’s roll!” Or, will you silently sit and accept the inevitable damnation and national erasure that results because of complacent citizens?

Justice is certain. Proverbs 28:4: “Those who abandon the Law praise the wicked, but those who keep the Law strive against them. Evil people do not understand justice.”

Reread that last phrase and let it open your eyes: “Evil people do not understand justice, but those who keep the Law strive against them.”
