Posts Urging People to Call ICE on Pregnant Illegal Aliens to Prevent Anchor Babies Go Viral in the Aftermath of SCOTUS Birthright Decision
July 1, 2026

In the wake of the Supreme Court’s 6-3 ruling Tuesday striking down President Donald Trump’s executive order to end birthright citizenship for children of illegal aliens and temporary visitors, patriotic Americans are urging one another to take matters into their own hands instead of waiting for Congress to get it together.
Social media is exploding with calls to report pregnant illegal aliens to ICE immediately to stop the creation of more anchor babies that chain-migrate entire families and burden American taxpayers.
X is flooded with posts, many of which have gone viral, urging people to call ICE if they see a pregnant illegal alien.
One of the most viral came from former West Virginia lawmaker Derrick Evans, who wrote, “If you see a pregnant foreigner, contact ICE immediately. The future of our country depends on it.”

“See a pregnant foreigner? Call ICE immediately. Anchor babies lock in citizenship and chain migration, flooding us with future voters who’ll remake America. We’re losing our nation birth by birth. The future depends on real borders now,” a political commentator who goes by “Stacy is Right,” wrote. “Put ICE on speed dial.”

Prominent conservative lawyer and Article III Project founder Mike Davis went even further on The Megyn Kelly Show Wednesday, demanding the Trump administration prioritize the deportation of pregnant illegal aliens and “birthing-aged women.”
Davis called on Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin and the administration to start deportations with these women immediately.
“So the chief justice constitutionalized birthright citizenship as the liberals did with [Roe v. Wade],” Davis began. “It’s gonna be decades before we can fix this as a constitutional matter. What it means is Congress needs to pass the SAVE America Act immediately, cancel August recess, get that to the president’s desk, and the Trump administration, Markwayne Mullin, the others, they need to get moving and start deporting people as fast as possible, starting with birthing-aged women, the birthing persons, as the Democrats call it. If you’re going to give birthright citizenship to illegal aliens, we’re going to get these pregnant women and women who could be pregnant the hell out of our country.”
He also urged Congress to pass legislation like the Anchors Away Act without delay.
WATCH:
Illegal aliens entering the country while pregnant have long exploited birthright citizenship to create American citizens who then sponsor their entire extended families.
This has fueled chain migration, strained hospitals, schools, and welfare systems, and diluted the value of American citizenship.
President Trump has already signaled he wants Congress to act.
Though Republicans control the House and Senate, it is unlikely to happen any time soon.
Until it does, conservatives are urging each other to “see something, say something.”
