In a fiery Oval Office interview marking the 100-day milestone of his second term, President Donald Trump tore into ABC News anchor Terry Moran while defending his administration’s tough stance on illegal immigration.

The interview, which aired Tuesday, quickly escalated into a heated exchange over a Supreme Court order involving an illegal immigrant, exposing the media’s bias and Trump’s unwavering commitment to border security.

The confrontation centered on Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran illegal immigrant and alleged MS-13 gang member deported by Trump’s administration despite a protective order.

Moran pressed Trump on the Supreme Court’s ruling to facilitate Garcia’s return to the U.S., accusing the administration of violating the rule of law. Trump didn’t mince words, slamming Moran’s portrayal of Garcia as misleading.

The president didn’t let Moran off easy. When the reporter continued pushing, Trump delivered one of the most memorable lines of the interview: “They’re giving you the big break of a lifetime. You know, you’re doing the interview. I picked you because, frankly, I never heard of you — but that’s okay.”

Moran stumbled as he tried to salvage control of the conversation, pivoting to Ukraine, but Trump wasn’t finished. “This is why people no longer believe the media,” Trump said. “Because it’s fake news.”

President Donald Trump made it clear he doesn’t trust the mainstream media—calling out ABC Senior National Correspondent Terry Moran directly.

When Moran asked, “Do you trust him?” referring to Putin, Trump shot back with a blunt retort: “I don’t trust you.”

The Horowitz Freedom Center announced his death on Tuesday evening.

President Trump touted his destruction of the woke, racist agenda during his 100-day celebration rally in Warren, Michigan on Tuesday, lambasting DEI as “bullsh*t” and boasting about his new gender policy.

Newly unearthed court documents reveal that the ex-husband of a “U.S. citizen,” now married to a deported illegal immigrant linked to the notorious MS-13 gang, warned in 2018 that his children’s lives were at risk.

Yet despite mounting evidence tying Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the brutal criminal network, Democrat lawmakers continue to fight for his return to the United States.

According to a 2018 emergency custody petition first obtained by Fox 45 News, filed by Edwin Trejo Ramos in Prince George’s County Circuit Court, outlined disturbing allegations, including concerns over Jennifer Vasquez Sura’s unstable behavior, a suicide attempt, and her decision to leave their children with an 11-year-old babysitter.

“She is dating a gang member,” Ramos explicitly said in his plea for an emergency hearing, which was ultimately denied and dismissed in early 2019 on jurisdictional grounds, according to The New York Post.

Although the petition did not name Abrego Garcia directly, the timeline of Sura’s relationship with the Salvadoran national, including a 2019 marriage conducted through a glass wall while Garcia was detained, strongly suggests he was the gang member in question.

Abrego Garcia and Sura — a US citizen — met in 2016, according to NBC News. The couple moved in together in 2018, and in June 2019, they got married while Abrego Garcia was being held in an immigration center, standing on opposite sides of a security glass wall. Sura gave birth to their son a few months later.

The timeline of Abrego Garcia and Sura’s relationship suggests the claim in the petition referred to Abrego Garcia.

The assertion is the latest piece of evidence to surface alleging links between the 29-year-old Salvadoran national to the vicious MS-13 gang.

Abrego Garcia’s wife, per court documents, filed for an order of protection against him for domestic violence in 2021, showing that the individual is apparently not the upstanding Maryland Father of the Year Democrats make him out to be.

According to The Chesapeake Today, “Jennifer Vasquez filed for a protective order due to domestic violence from her husband on May 13, 2021, and a final order was issued on June 17, 2021, by Prince George’s County District Court Judge LaKeecia Allen. Judge Allen was elevated to the Circuit Court on Aug. 1, 2024, by Maryland Governor Wes Moore. Judge Allen previously served as a prosecutor in the Prince George’s State’s Attorney’s Office.”

Kilmar Abrego García was deported from the United States to El Salvador on March 15, 2025, after his affiliation with MS-13 was found to violate the terms of his U.S. residency.

The evidence cited by U.S. authorities stemmed from a 2019 immigration judge’s finding that García was affiliated with the MS-13 gang—a conclusion based on information provided by a confidential informant. The judge ruled that the informant’s testimony was sufficient to deny García’s bond request.

This immigration judge denied García’s asylum request because he did not file within one year of arriving in the United States, as required by U.S. immigration law.

However, the judge granted him “withholding of removal,” a narrower form of protection that prevented his deportation to El Salvador due to a credible fear of persecution from another gang. This status allowed him to live and work legally in the U.S. but did not provide a path to permanent residency or citizenship, unlike asylum.

In addition to being a violent transnational criminal organization, MS-13 was officially designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) by the United States in 2025. As a result, García is now classified as a terrorist, further invalidating his legal right to remain in the country.

The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) explicitly states that applicants are ineligible for “withholding of removal” if there are reasonable grounds to believe they have committed serious nonpolitical crimes or are a danger to the security of the United States, including through terrorism.

News outlets argue that Kilmar Abrego García should not have been deported because he was never charged with a crime.

Gang affiliation—particularly with a violent transnational criminal or terrorist organization—is sufficient legal justification for deportation.

Senate Judiciary Democrats launched an 11th hour attack on Trump’s nominee for DC US Attorney Ed Martin as he awaits Senate confirmation.

Earlier this month Democrat Senator Adam Schiff (CA), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, announced he is placing a hold on a vote to confirm Ed Martin.

Ed Martin is currently the Acting US Attorney for DC and Trump recently announced he nominated him for a permanent position as one of the country’s top cops.

If Ed Martin is not confirmed by May 20, federal court in DC will appoint an interim US Attorney until he is confirmed. There is currently no vote scheduled to confirm Ed Martin.

Schiff previously said he is holding up Ed Martin’s nomination because he has “abused the power of the US Attorney’s office in DC” and used his office as a “cudgel to chill dissent…”

On Tuesday, CNN and The Washington Post ran hit pieces on Ed Martin claiming he “did not recall some of his most controversial past statements in response to a series of questions put to him by members of the Senate Judiciary Committee.”

“In his written responses, which were submitted under oath, Martin deflected and distanced himself from his past inflammatory rhetoric and comments on Democrats, the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot and the federal justice system,” CNN reported.

“Martin refused to say unequivocally there was violence on January 6, 2021, and would not directly answer if he believed the 2020 election was stolen. He also didn’t close the door on the idea that Trump could serve a third term as president,” CNN reported.

Senate Judiciary Democrats accused Ed Martin of submitting false statements under oath.

In a follow up tweet, Senate Judiciary Dems falsely claimed Ed Martin lied about photos of pardoned J6er Timothy Hale.
