DC Chief Judge James Boasberg and other DC Judges admitted bias against the Trump Administration during a March 2025 judicial conference with Chief Justice Roberts, according to a memo obtained by The Federalist.

For the last several months DC Circuit Court Judges have engaged in a judicial coup against President Trump.

Far-left DC judges James Boasberg, Beryl Howell, Chutkan, Berman Jackson and others have ruled against President Trump in every case related to deportations and firings in the Executive Branch.

Boasberg, an Obama appointee, is one of the worst offenders. Judge Boasberg not only demanded planes deporting illegals turn around midair, he said he found probable cause to hold Trump Admin officials in criminal contempt for defying his court order.

According to The Federalist, Boasberg discussed pending lawsuits and actually named a defendant during the judicial conference.

“Federal judge James Boasberg advised Chief Justice John Roberts and some two dozen other judges that his D.C. colleagues were “concern[ed] that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis,” according to a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist. That Judge Boasberg and his fellow D.C. District Court judges would discuss how a named Defendant in numerous pending lawsuits might respond to an adverse ruling is shocking. Equally outrageous is those judges’ clear disregard for the presumption of regularity — a presumption that requires a court to presume public officials properly discharged their official duties, The Federalist reported.

“In a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist, a member of the Judicial Conference summarized the March meeting, including a “working breakfast” at which Justice Roberts spoke. According to the memorandum, “District of the District of Columbia Chief Judge James Boasberg next raised his colleagues’ concerns that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis.”” The Federalist reported.

““Chief Justice Roberts expressed hope that would not happen and in turn no constitutional crisis would materialize,” according to the memorandum. The summary of the working breakfast added that Chief Justice Roberts noted that “his interactions with the President have been civil and respectful, such as the President thanking him at the state of the union address for administering the oath.”” the outlet added.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche weighed in on the memo.

“A newly revealed memo confirms that at least some federal judges were predisposed against the Trump administration. This is a serious breach of the judicial oath and a threat to the rule of law. Every litigant, regardless of politics, is entitled to a fair forum,” Todd Blanche said.

DOJ Chief of Staff Chad Mizelle also weighed in.

Former President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle jointly broke their silence regarding rumors over the state of their marriage in an interview.

As The Daily Mail reported, Barack appeared as a guest on his wife’s podcast IMO taped for Wednesday, which she co-hosts with her brother Craig Robinson. While on the show, he and Michelle attempted to use humor in a desperate attempt to put a happy face on their relationship.

And Michelle’s brother was more than happy to play along.

“Wait, you guys like each other?” Robinson asked in mock astonishment.

“Oh yeah, that’s from the rumor mill,” Michelle responded as her husband greeted her brother with a low five and hug. “It’s my husband, y’all.”

“She took me back!” Barack cracked. “It was touch and go for a while.”

“Because when we aren’t, people think we’re divorced,” Michelle responded.

Then the former president mentioned something quite hard to believe.

Michelle then assured their fans that she has always stood by her man, even in the most difficult of times.

“And we’ve had some really hard times,” she continued. “So we had a lot of fun times, a lot of adventures, and I have become a better person because of the man I’m married to.”

The Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs blockbuster trial concluded two weeks ago, yielding convictions on prostitution charges while clearing the mogul rapper of the sex-trafficking and racketeering counts.

Diddy was denied bail by Judge Arun Subramanian and awaits his October 3^rd sentencing in prison.

In the meantime, it arises that he has joined jail self-improvement programs at Brooklin MDC jail, aimed at ‘curbing drug use and violence against women’.

Diddy’s Lawyers and some of his fans see that as progress, while reports call it ‘a blatant bid to land less prison time’.

The New York Post reported:

“’It’s a tale as old as time’, former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani told The Post on Tuesday.

He faces a maximum of 20 years behind bars at his Oct. 3 sentencing, though he’ll likely get a far lighter sentence somewhere in the potential range of 15 months to five years because of more lenient sentencing guidelines.”

TMZ has reported that the ‘freak-off’ enthusiast has entered the STOP Program in Brooklyn’s MDC lockup, aiming to work on ‘his history of violence toward women’.

Diddy reportedly hopes the treatments will help him to improve himself, but the expert interviewed by NYP begs to differ.

“The self-described ‘cynical’ and ‘jaded’ Rahmani said he sees the programs as Combs’ and his defense team’s effort to clinch a lenient penalty on the disgraced music mogul’s day of judgment. ‘These are calculated legal and PR moves’, said Rahmani, now a criminal-defense lawyer.”

Rahmani believes that Diddy wants to show Judge Subramanian that he has accepted responsibility, is willing to change, and is not going to re-offend.

“’I’m completely cynical. This is all gamesmanship’, the attorney said. Combs’ lawyers ‘are doing their job. They are trying to minimize their client’s [sentencing] exposure’.”

Judge Subramanian will have the final say in his sentencing. Diddy’s lawyers argue that the applicable guideline range is 15 to 21 months, while prosecutors say it should be at least four to five years.

“The federal probation department will also make a determination for where it believes the guidelines lay for Combs when they weigh in factors such as criminal history. The judge will ultimately take the opinions from the prosecution, the defense and probation to determine what he believes the guidelines should be set at.”

Jill Biden’s ‘work husband’ Anthony Bernal pleaded the Fifth Amendment and refused to answer a single question on Joe Biden’s health decline on Wednesday.

Last month Anthony Bernal defied congress and bailed on his testimony on Joe Biden’s cognitive decline so House Oversight Chairman Comer promptly issued a subpoena to compel testimony.

Bernal did not answer any questions before heading into his deposition.

On Wednesday Chairman James Comer fumed after Anthony Bernal invoked his Fifth Amendment rights during his congressional deposition.

It’s no surprise that Anthony Bernal is pleading the Fifth Amendment to shield himself from criminal liability. Anthony Bernal was Jill Biden’s ‘work husband’ and wielded tremendous power.

Project Veritas recently released undercover video of DNC Vice Chair David Hogg admitting Anthony Bernal, was running the Biden White House.

“How corrupt is the DNC if so many knew or few people knew about Biden?” a Project Veritas undercover reporter asked Hogg.

Hogg replied, “The bigger issue was like the inner circle that was around Biden… like Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff [Anthony Bernal] had an enormous amount of power.”

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) have co-sponsored a discharge petition to bypass House leadership and compel a full vote on releasing the complete Jeffrey Epstein files.

The proposed resolution — which Massie submitted alongside Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) — is titled the “Epstein Files Transparency Act” and would require the Department of Justice to declassify and release all Epstein-related documents, including investigative records, communications, flight logs, visitor lists, sealed agreements, and any information involving known or suspected co-conspirators.

“We all deserve to know what’s in the Epstein files, who’s implicated, and how deep this corruption goes. Americans were promised justice and transparency,” Rep. Massie wrote on X.

“We’re introducing a discharge petition to force a vote in the US House of Representatives on releasing the COMPLETE files.”

Massie emphasized the urgency and importance of this procedural tool.

“A discharge petition is a procedural tool for bypassing leadership. In 7 days we can start collecting signatures. At 218 signatures, the House must vote on our bill requiring a full release of the Epstein files. If your Representative won’t sign the discharge petition, ask why.”

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene announced her full support: “I am proudly cosponsoring and will sign the discharge petition,” she wrote. “I will never protect pedophiles or the elites and their circles.”

The bill mandates that the Attorney General publish Epstein-related records in a searchable and downloadable format within 30 days, including:

• All DOJ, FBI, and U.S. Attorney Office communications relating to Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell
• Flight logs, surveillance footage, photos, videos, emails, calendars
• Settlement agreements and grand jury transcripts
• Records of any Epstein-related death or detention investigations

Now the question is: Will your representative sign it? Or will they protect the powerful once again?
