Authorities Hit White Man Who Was Savagely Beaten During Cincinnati Brawl with a Criminal Charge Following Outcry from Black Community Leaders
August 20, 2025

One of the two victims identified by police during last month’s street brawl in Cincinnati has been hit with a criminal charge.

As Fox News reported on Wednesday, authorities charged the unidentified 45-year-old White man with disorderly conduct for his part in the July 26 fight.

Police are not legally allowed to identify the man at this time. This is because under Marsy’s law, victims of crimes are allowed to have their names withheld from the public.

Authorities also did not specify what he specifically did to warrant a disorderly conduct charge.

This news comes after black community leaders in Cincy last week demanded the white man’s prosecution, citing a video appearing to show him slapping one of the black individuals before the all-out assault. A racial slur can also be heard, though it’s not clear whether the white man or someone else uttered it.

Community leaders said this proved the white guy should be facing at least the exact charges as the other seven thugs who brutally beat him and a white woman.

Many spoke out against this perceived ‘injustice’ during a discussion at New Prospect Baptist Church in the Cincy neighborhood of Roselawn.

“If the riot is because of a slap, who incited the riot?” asked Rev. Damon Lynch. “Why are the only people being charged are the ones who look like me?”

While the charges are not as severe as the black individuals, the community leaders at least partially got their wish.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a group of black individuals back on July 26 smacked around a bald white guy at the intersection of West Fourth Street and Elm Street in downtown Cincy and beat him so bad that he could not get up.

Then, a white woman got slugged by one of the cowards. Her head slammed down onto the concrete, and she lost consciousness.

Blood was also seen coming out of her mouth.

Seven people have been arrested in the attack so far. One was out on bail from previous charges.

China Poised to Lift Export Restrictions to India

China Poised to Lift Export Restrictions to India

In New Delhi, Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar met with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi to discuss bilateral issues.

Reports from authoritative sources indicate that China has committed to easing export restrictions on rare earth minerals, fertilizers, and tunnel boring machines to India. Neither government has officially confirmed these developments.

Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning addressed media inquiries about the reported easing of restrictions on rare earth exports. She stated that she was unaware of the specific reports mentioned by journalists.

Ning emphasized China’s willingness to enhance dialogue and cooperation with relevant nations to stabilize global supply chains.

Sources familiar with the discussions revealed that Wang Yi provided assurances during his two-day visit.

He reportedly promised to address India’s requirements for these critical items. This move follows ongoing efforts to improve India-China relations amid border talks.

China implemented export controls on several rare earth elements in 2024 and 2025, partly in response to international trade tensions including U.S. tariffs.

These restrictions initially halted shipments to various countries, with a partial lift in June 2025 that did not extend to India.

The controls affected materials like gallium and germanium, impacting global technology and energy sectors.

Rare earth minerals hold significant value for India’s economy due to their role in manufacturing electric vehicles, battery storage systems, and drones.

China controls approximately 70 percent of global rare earth mining and processing, making it a dominant player in the supply chain. Access to these minerals supports India’s push for technological advancement.

India has pursued partnerships with alternative suppliers to reduce dependency on any single source. The Ministry of Mines has signed agreements with countries including Argentina, Australia, Côte d’Ivoire, Malawi, Mozambique, Peru, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

India possesses the world’s fifth-largest rare earth reserves, positioning it to develop domestic production.

Initiatives like the 2024 Critical Minerals Mission aim to establish overseas mining projects focused on lithium and other essentials.

These steps align with broader strategies to secure supplies for renewable energy and defense applications.

Global demand for rare earths has surged with the transition to clean energy technologies. Countries worldwide, including the United States, are diversifying sources amid export uncertainties.

Pardoned Patriot Now Running for Congress: Stewart Parks Fights Back Against the Regime That Tried to Silence Him

Guest Post by Daniel Goodwyn

In a time when real courage is rare and conviction even rarer, one man is stepping forward from the ashes of persecution to take a stand—not just for himself, but for all Americans who still believe in freedom, faith, and the Constitution. That man is Stewart Parks, and he is running to represent Tennessee’s 7th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.

A native Tennessean, unvaccinated Christian conservative, and unwavering supporter of President Donald J. Trump, Stewart Parks was one of many peaceful citizens present at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. He did not commit a crime, yet he was treated like one of the most dangerous fugitives in the country.

In a scene we’ve tragically heard too many times, he was raided by an FBI counterterrorism unit before dawn on June 3rd, 2021, dragged from his home, and imprisoned under false pretenses by a system that prefers obedience over truth.

“I was locked up with murderers, child molesters, and dangerous illegal immigrants,” Stewart recounted. “All I did was support the President of the United States.”

After serving five months and ten days of an unjust eight-month federal prison sentence, Stewart was finally released. But it wasn’t until President Trump personally pardoned him on Day One of his return to the White House that the ordeal truly ended. That act of justice, that act of loyalty, is something Stewart has not forgotten—and it’s exactly why he’s stepping up to serve the people of Tennessee.

“President Trump was there for me, and I’m going to be there for him,” says Parks.

Now, with Congressman Mark Green having retired, Stewart is running to ensure Trump’s America First agenda is not only protected but advanced in Washington, D.C. He’s not a career politician, and he’s not beholden to donors or lobbyists. He’s a free man who paid a price for telling the truth, and he knows exactly what’s at stake in this battle for our nation’s soul.

Parks speaking with TN constituents.

The Biden regime, with its COVID lockdown tyranny, transgender indoctrination in schools, destruction of the economy, and persecution of innocent Americans like Stewart, is still on the march. Stewart Parks has lived through it—and now he’s fighting back the only way that matters by taking a seat in Congress and using it to stand in the gap for the rest of us.

But he can’t do it alone.

We need to stand with Stewart Parks just like he stood for our country on January 6.

Stewart’s story is not just about injustice—it’s about perseverance. A successful real estate broker and proud Tennessean, Parks built his business around preserving the historic soul of his home state. He understands Main Street values because he’s lived them. He knows what it’s like to be targeted for your beliefs. And he knows that the only way to stop this madness is to take the fight directly to the halls of power.

That’s why StopHate.com has proudly included Stewart on their “VOTE J6!” page listing J6 patriots who are running for office. You can see that list here: https://stophate.com/j6ers-running-for-office

If you’ve followed the stories of J6 political hostages, you already know how high the stakes are. From the heartbreak of families torn apart to the ongoing struggles of those trying to rebuild, the cost of standing up for liberty has never been higher. Stewart is part of that story—but more importantly, he’s fighting to change how it ends.

This isn’t just about Tennessee—it’s about every one of us who believes in faith, freedom, and America First.

Stewart Parks is committed to fighting the indoctrination in schools, opposing reckless government overreach, and protecting the rights of Americans who’ve been forgotten, vilified, and persecuted by a radical regime. He’s not running to play politics—he’s running to restore common sense, courage, and conservative values to Congress.

Parks spending time with constituents.

But winning this seat requires resources. Tennessee’s 7th is a battleground, and we cannot afford to let it fall into the hands of a weak RINO or a radical leftist.

In Stewart’s own words:
“To be able to serve in Congress – to fight for America First and for President Trump’s agenda – after being deprived of my own freedom and thrown into prison by the corrupt Biden Administration, would send the perfect message to the elite political establishment.”

That message is simple: You tried to silence us. You failed.

Let’s help Stewart Parks deliver that message loud and clear—from the floor of the United States Congress.

Please donate today and share his campaign with others who care about the future of our country:

America needs warriors, not weasels. Stewart Parks has already proven he’s willing to pay the price for freedom. Now it’s our turn to stand with him.

Sharia Law Sneaks into Austria: Court Greenlights Islamic Arbitration

Sharia Law Sneaks into Austria: Court Greenlights Islamic Arbitration

Sharia Law Sneaks into Austria: Court Greenlights Islamic Arbitration
August 20, 2025

An Austrian court has upheld the use of Islamic Sharia law in private arbitration for civil disputes when both parties consent.

The Vienna Regional Court for Civil Matters confirmed that such arbitration is permissible under Austrian law if it does not violate fundamental public policy.

This decision stems from a recent case involving a financial disagreement between two individuals.

The dispute arose from a contract signed by two men that specified arbitration based on Islamic principles of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaah, which refers to the Sunni Islamic tradition.

Following a conflict, the arbitration tribunal ruled against one party, ordering him to pay €320,000. The losing party then challenged the award in the Vienna court, claiming the application of Sharia was arbitrary due to varying Islamic scholarly interpretations and conflicts with Austrian legal values.

The court rejected the challenge, stating it could not verify the exact use of Islamic rules but found the outcome did not contradict Austrian fundamentals.

It emphasized that parties can agree to apply foreign legal provisions, including Sharia, in arbitration for property claims.

The ruling clarifies that this applies only to civil matters like debts or contracts, not broader areas such as criminal or family law.

The decision has drawn criticism from politicians in the right-wing Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ). FPÖ MP Michael Schilchegger stated that the ruling opens the door for political Islam and promotes parallel societies.

Opposition extends beyond the FPÖ, with the Turkish Cultural Community in Austria (TKG) protesting the recognition of Sharia elements.

TKG General Secretary Melissa Günes warned of potential expansions into economic regulations and highlighted a 2003 European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling that deemed Sharia incompatible with democratic principles.

The ECHR case, Refah Partisi v. Turkey, concluded that introducing parallel legal systems based on Sharia violates European Convention values.

In response to the backlash, the Austrian People’s Party (ÖVP) announced plans for measures to address concerns raised by the ruling.

ÖVP Secretary General Nico Marchetti indicated steps would be taken following the confirmation of the Sharia-based arbitration award.

Austrian arbitration law generally allows parties to select governing rules, including foreign laws, provided they align with public order.

Similar provisions exist in other European countries, where private arbitration tribunals handle disputes outside state courts. However, this case has intensified debates on the limits of such agreements in multicultural societies.
