On Sunday, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky told reporters that Ukraine’s constitution makes ceding land to Russia “impossible” prior to talks in Washington DC.

Russia today controls approximately 20% of the Ukrainian land mass. Russia took control of Crimea back in 2014 during the Obama regime.

According to the Ukrainian constitution, there should have been elections last year for president. Zelensky canceled the elections. He also cracked down on the Orthodox Church in the country and jailed reporters.

So it looks like Zelensky is up to his old tricks. He would rather see his entire country annihilated or initiate World War III than put a stop to this war that Ukraine already lost.

You can be sure that Zelensky will demand billions more in funding from Trump and American taxpayers while he’s here.

Monday should be an exciting day.

Of course, this will end the peace talks since Russia has no intention of ceding back to Ukraine its Russian-speaking eastern provinces.

Israel Plans to Move Hundreds of Thousands of Palestinians from Gaza: Report

Israel Plans to Move Hundreds of Thousands of Palestinians from Gaza: Report

Israel Plans to Move Hundreds of Thousands of Palestinians from Gaza: Report
August 18, 2025

Israel is considering a plan that would relocate Gaza residents to South Sudan, according to a new report.

The report from the Associated Press, which is based on unnamed sources, indicates that the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is eager to build upon a concept voiced in February by President Donald Trump to shift much of the Palestinian population of Gaza elsewhere.

The concept of depopulating Gaza has been condemned by Palestinian leaders. Egypt dislikes the idea, fearing it could lead to a refugee influx along the border it shares with Gaza. Israel has discussed the idea with other nations, but nothing has moved beyond the talking stage.

However, Joe Szlavik, the founder of a lobbying firm, said South Sudan officials have spoken to him about the concept, and said an Israeli delegation is expected to visit South Sudan at an unknown date.

Szlavik said the costs of the relocation would be borne by Israel.

Without mentioning any specific nation, Netanyahu said he supports relocating Gaza’s Palestinians.

“I think that the right thing to do, even according to the laws of war as I know them, is to allow the population to leave, and then you go in with all your might against the enemy who remains there,” Netanyahu said, according to the Associated Press.

“Give them the opportunity to leave! First, from combat zones, and also from the Strip if they want. We will allow this, first of all inside Gaza during the fighting, and we will also allow them to leave Gaza. We are not pushing them out but allowing them to leave,” he said.

“President Trump has long advocated for creative solutions to improve the lives of Palestinians, including allowing them to resettle in a new, beautiful location while Gaza rebuilds,” White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly said, according to The Wall Street Journal.

She noted that until Hamas allows peace to return to Gaza, no plan can take place.

“However, Hamas must first agree to disarm and end this war, and we have no additional details to provide at this time,” she said.

Some Israeli officials have long backed relocating Gaza’s population.

“Encourage migration! Encourage migration! Encourage migration!” National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has said.

“Honestly, this is the most moral and correct solution. Not forcibly, but tell them: We are giving you the option to leave to different countries. The land of Israel is ours.”

Forcible displacement is banned by Geneva Convention.

For Gaza residents who want to leave, there is uncertainty over what comes next.

“The issue is that Israel needs to guarantee that people will be able to return if and when they would like to,” Tania Hary, executive director of Gisha, an Israeli human rights groups, said.

“These voluntary emigration schemes or other plans to deport people don’t have anything to do with the safety or humanitarian needs of Palestinians,” she added.

Former Vice President and failed presidential candidate Mike Pence on Sunday went on the attack against his former boss, accusing President Trump of being too soft on Russia in the ongoing conflict with Ukraine and calling on him to bring the “hammer” down.

“I know his style in dealing with these dictators. It’s the velvet glove,” Pence said in a rebuke of the President’s cool and collected dealmaking style. “I think the hammer needs to come, and it needs to come immediately.”

Pence made the comments on CNN’s State of the Union with Jake Tapper.

This comes the day before President Trump plans to host a summit at the White House with European leaders, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, to potentially broker an end to the war in Ukraine. Previously, on Friday, Trump met with Russian President Vladimir Putin, where the two came to an agreement to secure peace, pending Ukraine and NATO cooperation.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump announced early on Saturday that he spoke with Zelensky, European leaders, and the NATO Secretary General. The President said on Saturday that he will host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House on Monday.

Zelensky will be joined at the White House by several European leaders, including NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, French President Emmanuel Macron, and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

President Trump is also teasing the possibility of a trilateral meeting with himself, Zelensky, and Putin as soon as Friday.

Pence told Jake Tapper that the President "ought to pick up the phone and ask Majority Leader John Thune to to immediately pass the secondary sanctions bill" while he meets with the leaders on Monday. "Putin only understands strength. So, while the President and his diplomatic team engage in this re-approach with Putin, and there seems to be interest, in my judgment, Putin's not going to stop until he stopped," Pence said.

However, Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Sunday morning outlined the Trump Administration's stance that secondary sanctions could serve as a signal from the United States of "walking away from any prospect of a negotiated settlement here."

WATCH:

Pence: You know, I served alongside the president for four years. I know his style in dealing with these dictators. It’s the velvet glove, but I think the hammer needs to come, and it needs to come immediately. I think the President, as he welcomes President Zelensky to the Oval Office tomorrow and a whole cast of our allies in Europe that are going to be joining him, I think at the same time, he ought to pick up the phone and ask Majority Leader John Thune to to immediately pass the secondary sanctions bill that is supported by virtually everyone in the United States Senate.

I think, the combination of engagement, but also making it clear to Putin that we are prepared to take actions that would literally break his economy, even while we redouble our commitment to the security of Ukraine and to working closely with our European allies is important. Look, I said it before. I'll say it again: In the long history of the last 25 years, Putin has made it clear, he launched an attack into Georgia when President Bush was in office. He attacked Crimea in Ukraine when Obama was in office.

After that disastrous withdrawal in Afghanistan, he crossed the border and started this war three years ago. Putin has made it no secret of the fact that he wants to reassert the old Soviet sphere of influence, what we used to call the evil empire in Eastern Europe, and I think Putin only understands strength. So, while the President and his diplomatic team engage in this re-approach with Putin, and there seems to be interest, in my judgment, Putin's not going to stop until he stopped.

Newsom address to California amid LA riots

California Governor Gavin Newsom’s office attempted to deflect blame from the Democrats in light of one of their illegal constituents killing three innocent Americans and accidentally admitted that the sanctuary state of California is wholly responsible for the tragedy.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, an illegal alien, who obtained his truck driving license (CDL) in the Democrat-run sanctuary state of California, killed three Americans after he made an illegal U-turn on a Florida highway this week.

The driver, identified as Harjinder Singh, was arrested and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide after he made an insane U-turn directly in front of a car to his left on Florida’s Turnpike.

The animal showed zero emotion after he exited the 18-wheeler and examined what was left of the vehicle – a pile of mangled metal and three dead bodies.

The White House press office responded to the incident on X, "This individual is an illegal immigrant who was granted a commercial driver’s license by the State of California — and now, three innocent people are dead," prompting a brief back and forth between Newsom's office and the White House.

Newsom's press office, which is likely filled with DEI hires, tried to respond with a graphic, stating that the driver entered the U.S. under the Trump Administration and showing California's law prohibiting illegal aliens from obtaining driver's licenses.

The graphic also states, "Research consistently shows that issuing driver's licenses for undocumented people improves public safety," and it's complete with comic book pop art that reads "Yikes."

"Who was the President in 2018?" the post reads.

But the Trump White House press team responded, with appreciation for Newsom's team, "admitting California ignored their own law when they gave this criminal illegal immigrant scumbag a [Commercial Driver's License] CDL."

It should also be noted that Newsom also served as Lieutenant Governor when he ran for Governor in 2018, and when the illegal alien entered the United States. It is possible that Newsom was also the Governor at the time he obtained a CDL.

Newsom's people did not respond...
