Lisa Cook filed a lawsuit after President Trump fired her as Federal Reserve Governor – and the lawsuit was assigned to a Biden-appointed judge.

Cook is suing President Trump, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, and Fed Chairman Jerome Powell.

Abbe Lowell (Hunter Biden’s lawyer), and Deep State hack Norm Eisen are representing Lisa Cook.

President Trump on Monday evening fired Biden-appointed Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook amid mortgage fraud allegations.

“Pursuant to my authority under Article II of the Constitution of the United States and the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, as amended, you are hereby removed from your position on the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, effective immediately,” President Trump wrote in a letter to Lisa Cook.

“I have determined that there is sufficient cause to remove you from your position,” Trump added as he cited housing regulator Bill Pulte’s criminal referral on Lisa Cook for mortgage fraud – specifically occupancy fraud.

According to housing regulator Bill Pulte’s criminal referral, Lisa Cook committed mortgage fraud by lying on her mortgage application and falsifying bank statements when she designated her out-of-state Atlanta condo as her “primary residence”—just two weeks after taking a loan on her Michigan home, which she also claimed as her “primary residence.”

By claiming “primary residence” on her out-of-state condo, Lisa Cook received more favorable loan terms and a lower interest rate.

“We have obtained a document Lisa Cook submitted to the U.S. Government while serving as Federal Reserve Governor. In it, on February 28, 2023, she represents to the U.S. Government that the Atlanta Property is her PERSONAL RESIDENCE,” Pulte said.

“However, Lisa Cook, as a then-sitting Fed Governor and six months earlier, on September 1, 2022, appears to have listed that same property for RENT,” Pulte added.

Lisa Cook did not appear to refute the allegations of mortgage fraud, but she did argue that she is the first black woman to sit on the federal reserve’s board in its history.

“Governor Cook is the first Black woman to sit on the Federal Reserve’s Board in its 111-year history,” the lawyers wrote.

“This case challenges President Trump’s unprecedented and illegal attempt to remove Governor Cook from her position which, if allowed to occur, would the first of its kind in the Board’s history. It would subvert the Federal Reserve Act (“FRA”), which explicitly requires a showing of “cause” for a Governor’s removal, which an unsubstantiated allegation about private mortgage applications submitted by Governor Cook prior to her Senate confirmation is not,” Cook’s attorneys wrote in the complaint reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

Lisa Cook’s attorneys argued that President Trump violated Cook’s Fifth Amendment due process rights.

They also cited Humphrey’s Executor and said the Supreme Court “unanimously upheld the constitutionality of such statutory protections for government officials serving on multi-member agencies.”

“In Humphrey’s Executor, the Court found that Congress has the authority to restrict presidential removals “depend[ing] upon the character of the office,”” they wrote.

Justice Clarence Thomas previously blasted the 1935 decision known as Humphrey’s Executor.

“Humphrey’s Executor poses a direct threat to our constitutional structure and, as a result, the liberty of the American people . . . Our tolerance of independent agencies in Humphrey’s Executor is an unfortunate example of the Court’s failure to apply the Constitution as written. That decision has paved the way for an ever-expanding encroachment on the power of the Executive, contrary to our constitutional design,” Justice Thomas wrote.

Virginia’s family says a vital piece of her story is missing from new book.

We have been reporting here at The Gateway Pundit about the potentially explosive posthumous memoir from late Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre, called ‘Nobody’s Girl’, set to be published in October.

But the eagerly awaited book is now under fire from an unexpected source: her family.

They allege that the work ‘should be edited’, because it does not accurately reflect ‘the extent of the alleged domestic abuse from her husband’.

The Telegraph reported:

“In the weeks before her suicide, Giuffre reportedly told members of her family that she wanted to revise the book’s portrayal of her husband, who is framed as being the person who rescued her from Epstein’s abuse.

’She did not want the book published in its current state’, Sky Roberts, her brother, told the New York Times. ‘It’s not that we’re not in support of the book, we’re not in support of certain parts of the book. The full story needs to be told’.”

The memoir, ‘Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice’, is set to be published in the US on Oct 21.

According to Giuffre’s family, parts of the book contradict the facts of her marriage, which she claimed was one of domestic abuse.

“In a statement to People magazine earlier this year, she said she was ‘unable to escape the domestic violence in my marriage until recently’. She added: ‘After my husband’s latest physical assault, I can no longer stay silent’.”

Back in March, she was hospitalized after a car crash, and shared a picture of herself from a hospital bed that showed her body covered in bruises.

Giuffre’s family want her memoir to reach readers – but not lacking the violent facts about her marriage.

“’As a family, we want the sensitive contents of that book, which is in her words, to fly’, Danny Wilson, her brother, said. ‘We’re not trying to curb-stomp this book’, he added. ‘I want to make sure that we do her a little bit of justice’.”

A Scottish girl who was arrested by police in Dundee after an altercation with a migrant has become a local hero and sparked a movement in the U.K.

The young girl, dubbed the ‘Young Queen of Scots’, was charged after brandishing a weapon during an altercation with at least one adult, a migrant man.

The viral video of the incident shows a man with a foreign accent filming young girls. He repeatedly yells at one of the girls, reportedly only 12 years old, shouting at her to “show the knife.”

Although the girl, accompanied by another young girl, continues to back away, it is the man who continues to approach the girls, taunting the children. The terrified girl then brandishes a hatchet and a knife.

One girl tells the man filming her not to get close, shouting, “Don’t touch my sister, she’s f***ing twelve.”

It is the child, however, who was charged in the incident.

Per The Blaze:

“A 12-year-old girl has been charged with being in possession of offensive weapons. She will be referred to the relevant authorities, and our enquiries are ongoing,” the statement continued. “We would like to thank the local community for their help with our investigation and would urge the public not to share misinformation about this incident or speculate on the circumstances.”

Police Scotland had previously told Blaze News through Spokeswoman Lisa Smith that “no adults” were “arrested or charged” in relation to the same incident.

Unsurprisingly, the British press has framed the migrant as the “victim” of the child.

British activist Tommy Robinson noted, “Weak politicians, ‘authorities’ and a full two tier system rigged against them.”

The incident has shown the failure of police and the government to protect their citizens, and also inspired local men to take to the streets to protect their communities.

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Wednesday, a transgender gunman opened fire, shooting through the windows of the church at Annunciation Catholic Grade School in Minneapolis as students attended mass during their first week of the school year. The gunman, a trans who was later identified as Robert Westman, left a manifesto on YouTube before the shooting, and it was revealed that he wrote “kill Donald Trump” on one of his guns.

Westman shot and killed two children and wounded over a dozen others as Catholic mass was starting. He later shot himself.

Now there is information that two years before the shooting, leaders of independent and Catholic schools in Minnesota begged Governor Tim Walz with help to secure their schools from such attacks.

Mary Margaret Olohan reported on this at The Daily Wire.

According to Olohan - In a letter dated April 14, 2023 that specifically addressed “school safety in nonpublic schools,” Tim Benz, the president of MINNDEPENDENT and Jason Adkins, the executive director of the Minnesota Catholic Conference, stressed an “urgent and critical need in Minnesota to make sure our schools are secure and safe” in light of “recent, and continuing attacks, on our schools in this country and in our state.”

The author of the letter, Jason Adkins, told Daily Wire that no additional security was ever funded.

It obviously was not a priority for the far-left governor.

Walz did not fund security for the Catholic grade schools but he did make Minnesota a "trans sanctuary state."
