MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia may be deported to the East African country of Uganda after he was released from a Tennessee jail.

As reported earlier, Kilmar Abrego Garcia was released from a Tennessee prison on Friday and headed back to Maryland to be with his family, according to his attorney.

“Today, Kilmar Abrego Garcia is free. He is presently en route to his family in Maryland, after being unlawfully arrested and deported, and then imprisoned, all because of the government’s vindictive attack on a man who had the courage to fight back against the Administration’s continuing assault on the rule of law. He is grateful that his access to American courts has provided meaningful due process.” -Abrego Garcia’s lawyer Sean Hecker said in a statement to Fox 17.

Last month, a Tennessee-based federal judge previously ordered the release of MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia – and a Maryland judge, appointed by Barack Obama, immediately blocked ICE from detaining Abrego Garcia.

According to Fox News’ Bill Melugin, the DHS notified Kilmar Abrego Garcia that ICE may deport him to Uganda “no earlier than 72 hours from now.”

Kilmar Abrego Garcia was an illegal alien residing in Maryland when he was deported to his home country of El Salvador earlier this year and placed in the notorious CECOT prison, however, radical left-wing judges ordered him to be returned to the US.

Abrego Garcia was previously ordered deported by an immigration judge but he was not to be sent to his home country of El Salvador so now the Trump Administration is likely going to send him to Africa.

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin: “Per DHS & ICE sources, this afternoon, DHS notified Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s counsel via email that ICE may deport Abrego Garcia to Uganda “no earlier than 72 hours from now”, & ICE is also ordering him to report to ICE’s Baltimore office on Monday.”

A federal grand jury in Tennessee recently indicted Kilmar Abrego Garcia for “transporting undocumented migrants within the United States.”

He was charged with one count of conspiracy to transport aliens and one count of unlawful transportation of undocumented aliens.

The DOJ previously told the Court that Abrego Garcia will be deported to a ‘third country’ that is not El Salvador after he is released from a Tennessee jail.

It looks like Kilmar Abrego Garcia will be on his way to East Africa soon!

Censorship-mad UK is going after US Tech companies.

There’s an ongoing struggle in the Donald J. Trump administration to keep UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s censorship push from encroaching in US citizens’ liberties.

The latest chapter in the Labour party shenanigans with their draconian ‘Online Safety Act’ has been launched against online platform 4chan.

Today, a lawyer representing the message board said 4chan will NOT pay proposed fines by the UK’s media regulator.

BBC reported:

“According to Preston Byrne, managing partner of law firm Byrne & Storm, Ofcom has provisionally decided to impose a £20,000 fine ‘with daily penalties thereafter’ for as long as the site fails to comply with its request.

‘Ofcom’s notices create no legal obligations in the United States’, he told the BBC, adding he believed the regulator’s investigation was part of an ‘illegal campaign of harassment’ against US tech firms.”

“’4chan has broken no laws in the United States – my client will not pay any penalty’, Mr. Byrne said.”

After investigating 4chan under the UK’s ‘Online Safety Act’, Ofcom issued a ‘a provisional notice of contravention’ for lack of compliance with two requests for information.

Law firms Byrne & Storm and Coleman Law took to X to respond, saying that 4chan is a US company incorporated in the US, protected against the UK law.

A tour bus carrying 50 people crashed in Upstate New York, leaving four dead, including a child, and multiple injured.

The tour bus was traveling back from a stop at Niagara Falls when it overturned on Interstate 90 in Pembroke and crashed into a ditch.

It is unclear why the bus driver lost control and crashed.

Sixteen people were transported to Erie County Medical Center, ABC News reported.

ABC News reported:

A tour bus traveling back from a trip to Niagara Falls overturned in Upstate New York on Friday, killing multiple people and injuring dozens of others, some of whom became trapped or ejected, police said.

At least four people were killed in the crash, law enforcement sources told ABC News, amid the ongoing rescue response.

The “serious crash” occurred on Interstate 90 in Pembroke, near Buffalo, according to New York State Police. Images from the scene showed the bus on its side in a ditch and a large emergency response, including multiple medical helicopters.

“The bus was traveling eastbound, right before the Pembroke exit, and for unknown reasons, the vehicle lost control, went into the median, over-corrected, and ended up in the ditch,” New York State Police Trooper James O’Callaghan said during a press briefing on Friday.

It is amazing how many of the COVID “conspiracy theories” turn out to be 100% true. In newly released transcripts from Ghislaine Maxwell’s interview with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, Ghislaine Maxwell was revealed to not believe the narrative that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide.

Still, she stated that she doesn’t believe somebody “murdered to keep him quiet or because he had information on rich and powerful people.”

“I also think it’s ludicrous, because… they would’ve had of opportunity when he wasn’t in jail,” She said. “And if they were worried about blackmail or anything from him, he would’ve been a very easy target.”

However, when asked, “if you don’t believe that there’s any truth to the allegations of blackmail or that he had kind of a list, or that he had reasons to have people hate him, why would somebody kill him in prison?” Maxwell initially avoided the question. “In prison, where I am, they will kill you or they will pay — somebody can pay a prisoner to kill you for $25 worth of commissary. That’s about the going rate for a hit with a lock today,” she said.

She later stated, “of course it’s possible” that somebody outside of the prison ordered his murder, “but I don’t know of any reason why.”

The official government line is that Epstein killed himself in a facility known for its stringent security measures, while the guards failed to do mandatory checks on Epstein. The guards were also asleep, falsified records to cover their negligence, and the cameras were reportedly not working.

The New York City medical examiner concluded that Epstein died by suicide via hanging. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, however, Dr. Michael Baden, a renowned forensic pathologist hired by Epstein’s family, observed the autopsy and noted injuries more consistent with homicidal strangulation, including fractures of the hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage. Patel also dismissed this evidence, saying he’d never seen it!

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that the Department of Justice delivered thousands of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein to the House Oversight Committee, committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) announced on Friday.

According to the deposition transcript on July 24, Maxwell told Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, "I do not believe he [Jeffrey Epstein] died by suicide."

However, she said she did not have an idea of who may have killed him, claiming it was likely an "internal situation" and that she doesn't believe Epstein blackmailed anybody.
