Journalist Andy Ngo is widely recognized as an expert on the radical left. He has spent much of his career reporting exclusively on Antifa and has the scars to prove it.

During an appearance on Watters’ World this week, Ngo said that he hopes the events of the last week have been educational for the public, and that people see that the radical left has become a death cult with a real bloodlust.

Ngo further points out that this is rapidly becoming mainstream on the left, and that it’s a real danger to the country.

ANDY NGO, “POST MILLENNIAL” REPORTER: What needs to be done is their propaganda and lies has to be exposed. I think, I hope that it’s been eye opening for the public to see the bloodlust that exists, not just on the fringe left, obviously, but also on the mainstream left in the aftermath of this assassination.

It is a cancer that exists on the left, and it’s mainstream, and there’s some data to back that up. Just overnight, a mural for Charlie Kirk in Pensacola, Florida was vandalized with Antifa propaganda on it, and some of the messages that left on it were the exact messages from what was engraved on the rifle cartridges that were used in the attack.

So this is the mindset we’re dealing with. It is — I will call it a death cult. They worship death. They want their targets killed, and they’ve been supported by a huge apparatus. I’m not just talking about the Black bloc militants who are on the streets as acting as thugs, carrying out arson attacks and assaulting people. I’m talking about politicians who spread their propaganda and lies, NGOs, nonprofit groups, elected officials and many in the Democratic Party and, of course, many journalists.

We’ve seen many, many disgusting lies spread in the last few days in liberal media suggesting somehow that this accused gunman was a far right Christian nationalist inspired by MAGA.

The last week has been eye-opening even for people who follow politics and media. For average Americans, it must have been downright shocking.

A finance and investing expert named Robert M. Sterling has written a lengthy post on Twitter/X that is going viral. At the time of this writing, his post has been viewed more than 24 million times.

In the post, Sterling offers some seemingly tough love for the left, explaining to them that average Americans see them celebrating Kirk’s murder and that they are furious. Furthermore, Sterling tells the left that these same average Americans blame them for Kirk’s murder.

There is a reason so many people have read this tweet. Here are some excerpts:

My liberal friends are completely oblivious about how radicalizing the last week has been for tens of millions of normal Americans. Zero clue.

I’m not talking about people who are “online”; I mean regular, everyday Americans. “Normies.” People who scroll through Facebook posts and Instagram reels from the Dutch Bros drive thru line. Political moderates who have water cooler chats about Mahomes touchdowns and Bon Jovi concerts, not Twitter threads or Rachel Maddow monologues.

Millions of them. Tens of millions. They’re logging on, they’re engaging, and they’re furious.

And I’ll be candid: They blame you guys. They blame the left.

Regardless of whether you believe it to be justified, they think you’re the bad guys here. And they are reacting accordingly.

I can already hear some of you racing toward the comments to start screeching in moral indignation, so I’m going to be blunt: Shut up and listen to what I’m telling you. Your movement will lose any semblance of relevance if you don’t develop some small measure of self-awareness, and—absent someone force-feeding you bitter medicine—you guys collectively lack the humility to do this on your own.

Sterling then lays out in plain language how this is all being perceived:

Here are the facts:

Fact 1. Tens of millions of Americans started the week seeing a 23-year-old blonde woman—a young woman in whom virtually every parent watching pictured their own daughter—stabbed in the neck by a career criminal. These people then found out the murderer had been released from jail 14 times over.

Fact 2. Two days later, tens of millions of Americans watched a video of Charlie Kirk get murdered speaking to college students. Millions of these people knew who Charlie was; millions of them didn’t. Upon seeing the video, however, these normal Americans from across the land and across the political spectrum agreed that he was the victim of a terrible, fundamentally unjustifiable crime, and their hearts broke in sympathy for his family. Good people who had never even heard the name Charlie Kirk before wept.

Fact 3. Immediately after seeing the footage of a peaceful young man get shot in the neck, these same people logged onto Facebook and Instagram (remember, we are talking about regular Americans, not perpetually online Twitter or Bluesky users) and saw some of their local nurses, school teachers, college administrators, and retail workers celebrating this horrific crime. Not just defending it, but cheering it.

Finally, here is what Sterling says is going to happen as a result:

These normal, middle-of-the-road, non-political citizens just become politically active. They realized that politics cares about them, even if they don’t particularly care about politics. After watching Iryna Zarutska and Charlie Kirk both bleed out from the neck, they think their lives and the physical safety of their families—the bedrock of human society, the foundation of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs—depend on political activation, whether they desire it or not.

These people are now sprinting—not jogging, not walking, but racing—to the right. Because they blame you guys for everything that just happened.

FBI Director Kash Patel shut down Democratic Sen. Mazie Hirono of Hawaii when she questioned the fairness of requiring women to do “harsh pull-ups” to become FBI field agents.

“One question I had is that you are now requiring applicants to be able to do a certain kind of pull-ups, which a lot of women cannot because of physiological differences. Are you requiring these kinds of pull-ups?” Hirono asked Patel during a hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday.

“We are requiring a physical program at BFTC [Basic Field Training Course] at Quantico because FBI agents carrying guns in the field have to chase down bad guys and do really hard work,” the director answered.

The BFTC lasts 18 weeks and involves training in firearms, defensive tactics, interview and interrogation, and human intelligence, among other topics.

“So are you requiring these kinds of pull-ups?” Hirono followed up with Patel.

“We are requiring everyone to pass the 1811 standards of BFTC,” he answered.

Patel was referring to the Office of Personnel Management’s Criminal Investigation Series 1811 standards, which lay out the physical fitness requirements for those seeking law enforcement positions in the federal government that may involve field work. Not all jobs at the FBI have those physical requirements.

“If you want to chase down a bad guy and put him in handcuffs, you better be able to do a pull-up,” Patel argued.

Hirono reiterated, “There are concerns about whether or not being able to do these kinds of harsh pull-ups is really required of FBI agents.”

“Doing one pull-up is not harsh,” Patel countered. “There are always medical exemptions to that.”

On its website, the FBI lays out its physical requirements, based on age and gender, to pass the FBI’s Physical Fitness Test for special agents.

Applicants must score a minimum of 12 points combined across five events: sit-ups, 300-meter sprint, push-ups, 1.5-mile run, and pull-ups.

Further, candidates must also score at least one point in each of the five events. For women, that means one pull-up, and for men, two of them.

During Tuesday’s hearing, Democrat Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey criticized Patel’s overall leadership of the bureau, calling him a “failure.”

“I believe you’re failing as a leader, and that your failure does have serious implications for the safety and security of Americans and our families. We’re more vulnerable to domestic and foreign attacks because of your failures of leadership. I don’t think you’re fit to lead the bureau,” the lawmaker argued.

Patel responded by listing numerous statistics to counter Booker’s allegation that the agency is failing under his watch.

The director pointed to 23,000 violent felons being arrested this year alone, which he called a double increase from this time last year. He further noted that 6,000 weapons have been seized, 1,500 child predators arrested, 300 human traffickers jailed, 4,700 missing children found, and 1,600 kilograms of fentanyl seized, a 25 percent increase from last year.

Corey Booker accused FBI Director Kash Patel of being a failed leader: “This might be the last time I have a hearing with you, cause I don’t think you’re long for your job.”

Patel was having NONE OF IT.

Good for Patel that he stood strong against both Hirono and Booker.

It’s clear that he’s ending the FBI’s era of wokeism and getting the FBI back toward its primary mission of fighting crime instead of rounding up the Democrats’ political opposition — including President Donald Trump himself.

The agency appears to be becoming healthy again in more ways than one.

Democrat Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania just called out his party for the second time in just two days. Previously, he urged members of his party to stop calling Republicans fascists.

Now he he is demanding that people stop calling anyone Hitler, and he did so during an appearance on FOX News with Pennsylvania’s Republican Senator Dave McCormick.

During the segment, Fetterman also spoke kind words for Charlie Kirk and his family. You have to give this man credit for trying.

BRET BAIER: Well tonight, in our Common Ground segment, a conversation on bringing the nation together, or trying to, to restore civility in politics. Joining me, Pennsylvania Senators Dave McCormick and John Fetterman. Pennsylvania, by the way, is one of only three states with a Democrat and Republican split in the U.S. Senate. Senators, thanks for being here. You all called me. Usually we reach out. You wanted to do this together. Why?

SEN. JOHN FETTERMAN (D-PA): Well, I mean, we thought it was just a great idea. I think it’s an important idea right now. I mean, the trauma after the Charlie Kirk assassination, and now, as things continue now, it’s like, I feel like it’s important that people can witness, you know, a Democrat and a Republican having a conversation after this. It’s absolutely horrific, and it’s entirely necessary to allow people to grieve for that. I mean, everyone’s seen the video.

SEN. DAVE MCCORMICK (R-PA): Yeah, it’s just the, the heartbreak, you feel for Charlie Kirk’s family, Eric and their children, and all the students across the country, the people across the country that were huge followers. And I think the Senator and I agreed that, and we, we do agree that there, there’s just no place in this country, for political violence. It, it’s absolutely something, it runs counter to the very idea of free, free speech and freedom, and that when you see, dangerous rhetoric, like fascist and Nazism and authoritarianism, that’s a, and, and the end of democracy, that’s a, that’s a permission. That takes us down a path where the inevitable next step is, is violence, and, and that’s what we see.

BRET BAIER: And Senator Fetterman, you’ve talked about that recently, calling somebody Hitler, calling somebody Nazis.

SEN. JOHN FETTERMAN (D-PA): Exactly, this idea, it’s like, do not ever, ever, ever compare anyone to Hitler. If not, go online and you can read up on exactly what he’s responsible for, you know, 75 to 80 million lives lost in World War II, and you don’t compare him to anyone. And if you do, then you will incite somebody to say, well, now I feel like I have to stop, to stop that and take them out.

Rolling Stone Magazine is apparently experiencing layoffs and that’s not a bad thing.

What happened to Rolling Stone is exactly what happened to late night shows and other once celebrated American institutions. The magazine was taken over by people who embraced a radical, far left ideology. They used the institution to push their ideology and in the process, they ran it into the ground.

Who can forget when they put the Boston Marathon bomber on the cover as if he was some sort of pop culture icon? And what about the story about a gang rape at the University of Virginia that turned out to be a complete fabrication?

Rolling Stone used to be a magazine devoted to music and although it was liberal, people were sometimes willing to overlook the politics. It’s impossible to do that anymore.

This story claims that the magazine has also posted new job listings but doesn’t say what they are, which is telling.

Rolling Stone Hit With Layoffs Amid Ongoing Staff Reductions at Penske

An unknown number of Rolling Stone staff, including some of the storied publication’s most prominent voices, were laid off on Monday, Oliver Darcy reported.

The cuts come as parent company Penske Media Corp. is actively looking for ways to shrink headcount across its many properties. However, they may also be the sign of a change in direction under new CEO Julian Holguin, rather than a staff reduction, as Rolling Stone has also posted multiple new job listings.

According to Darcy, among the affected Rolling Stone staffers are executive digital director Lisa Tozzi, chief television critic Alan Sepinwall and copy chief Steven Pearl. As of this writing, none of them have commented publicly. Representatives for PMC did not immediately respond to a request for comment from TheWrap.
