The suspected shooter’s name is Cole Thomas Allen, 31, of Torrance, California. And before he allegedly charged a Secret Service checkpoint armed with a shotgun, handgun, and multiple knives, the Torrence, CA, “Teacher of the Month” was a golden boy of the academic world.
The suspected shooter is arrested on the scene of the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Cole Allen was recently named “Teacher of the Month” in Terrance, CA.
In a resurfaced 2017 ABC7 Los Angeles interview, a young Cole Allen appears as a brilliant mechanical engineering student at Caltech. He’s showcasing his invention: a prototype emergency brake for wheelchairs designed to help the disabled and elderly. He speaks like the classic overachiever — tutor, inventor, NASA-affiliated talent, and someone who seemed dedicated to using his gifts for good.

But social media sleuths are suggesting there is something off about his speech or the cadence of his delivery in the uncovered video.
Pay attention to his speech patterns, movements, and demeanor. Many observers are noting what looks like clear signs he is on the autism spectrum — highly intelligent but socially awkward. A common remark after watching the video is a reminder of how easily vulnerable individuals can become easy targets for manipulation by outsiders.

This wasn’t some hardened radical jihadist or Antifa street fighter. He wasn’t someone who the Southern Poverty Law Center was paying to sow discord at a high-profile rally or protest. This was a peaceful, high-IQ engineering mind who graduated from Caltech, one of the most prestigious technical institutions in the world, and later earned a Master’s in Computer Science. He was a tutor — a game developer — and a man who once built things to help people. What went wrong? Was he so consumed by hate for President Trump after watching Democrat leaders like Senator Chuck Schumer, Rep. Ilhan Omar, or Hakeem Jeffries, CNN, or MSNBC on a loop that he snapped? Or is someone or some group behind this attempted assassination, taking advantage of him?

The man suspected of attempting to assassinate President Trump and potentially other members of his adminstration has an interesting background.
During Saturday night’s White House Correspondents Dinner (WHCA), 31-year-old Cole Allen attempted to storm the event while armed with a shotgun, handgun and knives.
Allen has since been identified as a Californial teacher who recently won a “Teacher of the Month” award.

Allen was registered as having no party preference, according to voting records. He donated $25 to ActBlue in 2024 with the memo “Earmarked for Harris for President,” according to Federal Election Commission filings.
Allen worked as a teacher at C2 Education, a private tutoring and test-prep company, where he was named teacher of the month in December of 2024, according to a LinkedIn post by the company that included the hashtag #InspiringEducators.
He also pursued a master’s degree in computer science from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He posted a photo of himself in cap and gown last year on LinkedIn, writing “*Pretty* sure my Master’s in CS is done!” He graduated in 2025, according to the commencement program.
Allen lives in Torrance, about 15 miles from downtown Los Angeles, in a middle-class neighborhood primarily composed of single-level ranch-style homes. A blue scooter was parked on the lawn, and a neighbor said he’d seen Allen riding it around the neighborhood.
Allen is due in court Monday and faces two charges: using a firearm during a crime of violence and assaulting federal officers with a dangerous weapon.
However, further charges may be brought in due course.
He was undergoing evaluation at a hospital Saturday night.
Trump, meanwhile, has said he is “honored” that people keep trying to take him out.
“The ones that do the most, they go after. They go after impactful people,” Trump said during a press briefing on Sunday evening.
“I hate to say I’m honored by that.”

Shortly after a gunman stormed the Washington Hilton Hotel, where the 2026 White House Correspondents’ Dinner was hosted, Fox News reporter Aishah Hasnie conducted a phone interview with Fox News detailing her account of events that occurred moments before the intruder attempted to enter the event.
In the interview, Hasnie stated, “I just want to quickly tell you I was sitting next to Karoline Leavitt’s husband, he was one of our guests, he was sitting right next to me, and right as the dinner was starting, the National Anthem happened, and then he kind of leaned over and said “I watch you on T.V. you do a great job, and you need to be very safe.””
Hasnie added, “And he was very serious when he said that to me. And he kind of looked around the room and said, “You know, there are some…”” but then her phone suddenly cut off.
The Fox News reporter then responded to the call being dropped by stating, “Sounds like we lost Aisha’s phone there. This happens, by the way, when you have so many people attempting to utilize the same cell service at the same time.”

Vance, and key members of his Cabinet were rushed to safety during a shocking shooting scare at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner last night, one Democrat Wisconsin brewery owner couldn’t hide his disappointment.
Minocqua Brewing Company – a far-left operation in Minocqua, Wisconsin – allegedly took to Facebook (his Facebook post has now been deleted) to share his outrage that the latest attempt on President Trump’s life didn’t succeed. They even dusted off their disgusting “free beer all day the day he dies” promotion, with posts reportedly lamenting “we almost got #freebeerdays” and mocking the “marksmanship” of whoever tried to take out the President of the United States.

This isn’t some random troll account. The brewery is owned by Kirk Bangstad, a hardcore Democrat activist who ran for the Wisconsin State Assembly, founded the Minocqua Brewing Company Super PAC, and has poured millions into electing Democratic politicians, judges, and liberal causes across the state.
Bangstad didn’t stop there. He personally sued to keep Donald Trump off the Wisconsin ballot in 2023 and 2024, filing complaints with the Wisconsin Elections Commission and dragging the case into court in a desperate attempt to disenfranchise millions of Wisconsin voters.
And now this same man, who uses 5% of his brewery’s profits to fund a Democrat dark money machine, is openly upset that President Trump survived yet another violent attack.
Let that sink in.
This isn’t the first time one of the brewery owner’s sickening posts has been revealed by the media.
In January 2022, this post by the Minocqua Brewing Company advertising “free beer all day long, the day he dies,” went viral and was reported on by Fox News and other outlets.
The brewery owner also has an Instagram account where he admits to meeting with a dying cancer patient to give her the opportunity to stab a Trump doll multiple times to ease her pain.
The owner of this account wrote:
“I had a very pleasant lady in the ER (I work there). On palliative care for abdominal cancer. Hated Trump. Gladly told me. I leaned down and asked if she’d like to meet my doll. So I lent her my Trump Voodoo doll and a pin to stab him. You could hear the laughter coming from the room as my patient stabbed the doll and her daughter took a video of the fun. I eventually went back for the doll, and my patient looked up at me and said she finished up by leaving the pin in the Trump doll’s heart. She whispered conspiratorially, “I stabbed him several times in his penis.”
So there you have it, folks, our voodoo dolls are being used extremely effectively for palliative care. If you want to do your part for the healthcare community, buy one for yourself or a loved one today.
Only two days ago, the Wisconsin brewery account posted that they “wish it were free beer day,” suggesting they wish President Trump were dead. Is it possible that Minocqua Brewing Company Kirk Bangstad had inside knowledge of the assassination attempt? Perhaps it’s worth an investigation by the FBI or Secret Service, since he seemed to be obsessed with President Trump’s murder.
A woman whose name on X is Juanita M Anderson shared an image from the brewery’s Instagram account showing a doll in the likeness of an ICE agent with a folded American flag behind him, indicating he was killed. On her X post, she shared the image with a message noting how she has repeatedly reported the account and Instagram refuses to take down his calls for violence against President Trump and ICE: I am a follower of Minoqua Brewing Company on Instagram and have repeatedly reported their page due to the nature of Kirk Bangstad’s rhetoric. Each instance has resulted in a response from Instagram indicating no violation of their community guidelines.

It appears the Minocqua Brewing Company owner offers his restaurant to far-left, Trump-hating protesters who are waiting for “free beer day,” or code for the day President Trump is dead.
This is the same toxic rhetoric we’ve heard for years. From Hollywood elites and left-wing media figures openly fantasizing about Trump’s death, to “comedians” holding up bloody Trump heads or “artists” depicting his assassination, the radical left has spent the better part of a decade normalizing violence against President Trump and anyone who supports him.

July 13, 2024 – Butler, Pennsylvania: Trump was grazed in the ear by a bullet from Thomas Matthew Crooks while speaking at a rally. One innocent American, Corey Comperatore, was murdered, and two others were critically wounded.
September 15, 2024 – Trump International Golf Club in Florida: Ryan Wesley Routh was arrested with a rifle after allegedly staking out the course where Trump was golfing.
February 2026 – Mar-a-Lago: An armed intruder was shot and killed by the Secret Service after breaching the grounds.
April 25, 2026 – Last night at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner: Shots were fired, chaos erupted, and Trump, Melania, Vance, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and others were evacuated as a man with multiple weapons charged a security checkpoint.
This is at least the third confirmed attempt since 2024 – and the radical left’s reaction? A Wisconsin brewery owner crying into his beer that it failed.
The Gateway Pundit has been warning for years that the unhinged, violent rhetoric coming from Democrats, their media allies, and their deep-pocketed donors was going to get someone killed. Last night proved once again how close we came.
Kirk Bangstad and Minocqua Brewing Company aren’t just exercising “free speech.” They are profiting off the very real attempts to murder the sitting President of the United States while actively working to destroy him politically. Their Super PAC has raised millions to elect the very judges and politicians who protect this kind of toxic hate.
Enough is enough.
President Trump and his family – along with the brave men and women who serve in his administration – deserve better than this. America deserves better.
The left doesn’t want to beat Trump at the ballot box. They want him gone – permanently. And every time they fail, they get bolder and more unhinged.
Boycott Minocqua Brewing Company. Call them out. And demand that law enforcement look into whether this kind of public incitement crosses the line, and he should be charged for encouraging the cold-blooded murder of President Trump.
Because if the roles were reversed, the same media that attended the Correspondent’s Dinner would already be screaming for heads to roll.
This isn’t the Democrat brewery owner’s first brush with the law. In 2025, Kirk Bangstad (owner of Minocqua Brewing Company) and several customers were arrested outside the brewery. He was charged with harassment, bail jumping, and disorderly conduct. The incident stemmed from a long-running feud with Gregg Walker, publisher of the Lakeland Times (whose office is across the street). Bangstad claimed he was giving a “political speech” during a beer tasting when Walker walked out, and the crowd booed/yelled profanities at him.
Western Leaders Downplay Islamic Terrorism, Pin Threat on White Supremacists

President Donald Trump is actively working to protect Christians in Nigeria who are being killed and abducted by radical Islamists, while Democrats in Congress are not only denying the religious nature of the violence but framing counterterrorism resources directed at Islamic extremism as Islamophobia. This pattern dates at least to the Biden administration and continues to the present, where political correctness is overriding national security.
When Ilhan Omar was asked directly about jihadist terrorism on Al Jazeera, she stated that Americans “should be more fearful of white men across our country” and called for profiling and monitoring white men, explicitly redirecting a question about Islamic terrorism. In March 2026, following ISIS-inspired attacks inside the United States, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries declared that “Islamophobia is a cancer that must be eradicated from both Congress and the country” in response to Republicans who were calling out Islamic extremism.
Regarding the ongoing attacks on Christians in Nigeria, ranking House Foreign Affairs Committee member Gregory Meeks and Africa Subcommittee ranking member Sara Jacobs issued a joint statement declaring that “clashes between farmers, many but not all of whom are Christian, and herders are driven by resource scarcity and land competition, not religion alone,” attributing a campaign of violence carried out by groups that explicitly state religious motivations to climate and economics.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken went further, testifying under oath before the House Appropriations Committee on May 22, 2024, that the killings of Christian farmers in Nigeria “have nothing to do with religion,” a statement Congress itself recorded in resolution text as inconsistent with available evidence.
The same pattern runs across multiple Western democracies simultaneously. In the United States, Biden repeatedly declared white supremacy the greatest terrorist threat to the homeland, explicitly naming it above ISIS and al-Qaeda. In Australia, after the ISIS-inspired massacre of Jewish civilians at Bondi Beach, the government said it was going to crack down on both right-wing extremism and Islamist terrorism.
In the United Kingdom, Prevent, the government’s counterterrorism program, systematically redirected resources away from Islamist cases toward right-wing extremism, despite the fact that documentation shows that Islamist terrorism accounts for 67 to 80 percent of all terrorism investigations, arrests, and foiled plots. The program directed referrals and resources toward right-wing cases at rates that bore no relationship to that reality. Officials also suppressed information about grooming gangs, largely Pakistani, for fear of being labeled Islamophobic.
In the United States, the leading sources of information on terrorism are START at the University of Maryland, a Department of Homeland Security Emeritus Center of Excellence; the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point; and the U.S. Intelligence Community’s own Annual Threat Assessment. These sources conduct research and publish reports that inform the U.S. government’s response to terrorism.
All three have ranked Islamic extremist terrorism as one of the top national-security threats for at least a decade. White supremacy is mentioned only once in all four threat assessments compiled under Biden, as an example of homegrown terrorism.
And yet Biden stated publicly, multiple times, that white extremism was the biggest threat, despite the fact that his own intelligence community and terrorism experts were telling him that Islamic extremism was the main threat. Under the Trump administration, the term “white supremacy” does not exist, whereas the 2025 threat assessment contains a section on Islamic terrorism, and the 2026 assessment mentions the term “Islamic terrorism” on the first page.
According to the Global Terrorism Index (GTI) 2026 report, the deadliest groups by deaths in 2025 were Islamic State (IS) and its affiliates, responsible for 17 percent of all attacks globally and active in 15 countries; JNIM, which carried out the single deadliest attack of 2025, killing 120 people in one strike; and Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), responsible for 637 deaths and the only group among the top four to increase.
Also included were Al-Shabaab, which declined for the third consecutive year but launched the Shabelle Offensive; the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), ranked fifth in the GTI 2026; ISWAP, responsible for 92 attacks and 384 deaths in Nigeria, a 360 percent increase; and Boko Haram (JAS faction), responsible for 43 attacks and 213 deaths in Nigeria.
The list also includes the Allied Democratic Forces, also known as ISIS-Central Africa, which drove a 28 percent increase in deaths in the Democratic Republic of the Congo; and FARC dissidents and the ELN, which contributed to a 70 percent increase in deaths in Colombia and carried out 77 drone attacks.
All of these groups are Islamist except for the FARC dissidents and the ELN, which are Marxist-Leninist narco-insurgencies. While Colombian groups pose no direct terrorist threat to the U.S. homeland, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) 2026 Annual Threat Assessment identifies them as the dominant producers and traffickers of cocaine entering the United States, making them a significant threat through narcotics rather than political violence.
Beyond the GTI 2026’s death-ranked groups, the NCTC and the ODNI 2026 Annual Threat Assessment designate additional organizations as active threats to U.S. interests and global security. These include al-Qaeda and its Arabian Peninsula affiliate, AQAP; Hamas; Hizballah; the Houthis; ISIS-Khorasan; and the Haqqani Network. These groups do not appear in the GTI’s top-ranked tier by 2025 confirmed death toll for methodological reasons. ISIS-K’s deaths are counted within the broader Islamic State total.
The Haqqani Network’s violence is included in the Afghanistan-Pakistan theater dominated by TTP. Hamas’s 2025 activity occurred within the Gaza war, which the GTI categorizes separately from terrorism. Hizballah and the Houthis operated largely through proxy and state-directed violence in the context of the Iran conflict. They remain, however, formally designated foreign terrorist organizations actively tracked by U.S. intelligence as persistent threats to American citizens and allies abroad.
The intelligence community and terrorism experts agree that Islamic extremism is the dominant threat. The Biden-era claim, and similar claims made today, that white supremacy represents a greater danger to the U.S. or the world, derives from a set of methodological distortions that collapse under scrutiny.
The ODNI 2026 Annual Threat Assessment records that in 2025, there were at least three Islamist terrorist attacks inside the United States and that law enforcement disrupted at least 15 U.S.-based Islamist terrorist plotters. Zero white supremacist organizations directed, claimed, or framed a domestic attack in the same period.
The most rigorous domestic comparison comes from a U.S. Government Accountability Office report using the Extremist Crime Database maintained by START at the University of Maryland. From September 12, 2001, through December 31, 2016, Islamist attacks killed 119 people in 23 incidents, while right-wing attacks killed 106 people in 62 incidents, meaning Islamist attacks were significantly more lethal per incident. The GAO report explicitly states that 9/11 caused the largest number of violent extremism deaths in U.S. history, then begins its dataset the day after, deliberately excluding it.
If 9/11, which resulted in 2,996 dead and was carried out by al-Qaeda, is included, then Islamic extremist terrorism has killed roughly 20 times more people in the United States than right-wing terrorism by any measure.
The datasets that show right-wing terrorism leading suffer from several compounding distortions: they count incident frequency rather than casualties; they apply expanded definitions that include acts never charged as terrorism; and they attribute lone-actor, ideologically motivated murders to white supremacy as a movement despite no organizational direction, claim of responsibility, or stated political demand from any named group. Without correcting for these distortions, Islamic terrorism is the greatest threat outside of the United States. However, after these distortions have been eliminated, Islamic terrorism also becomes the primary threat on the U.S. homeland.
