In the latest insanity in academia, according to a Campus Reform report, universities “are hosting separate graduation ceremonies for illegal alien students, often referred to as “UndocuGraduation.”

These so-called graduations are being held privately, with locations being “withheld from the public”.

Among the schools engaging in this lawlessness is California State University, Stanislaus (Stanislaus State).

“The university lists the location as ‘private’ and states that the ceremony honors’ undocumented students, students from mixed-status families and their UndocuAlly supporters.”

This, in essence, rewards defiance of federal law.

Eighty graduates have registered to attend this unlawful ceremony.

In addition, the University of Washington is also engaging in this rewarding of illegal behavior.

They are calling it an “Undocu Graduation Celebration.”

“According to the university’s website, the event is supported by the Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity and organized by Leadership Without Borders, the university’s resource center for illegal alien students.”

There is also extensive DEI at the University of Washington. In other words, the school has no respect for federal law,

Another California school is the third school Campus Reform confirmed is engaging in rewarding illegal aliens.

This school California State University, Long Beach (Cal State Long Beach) hosted a “Beyond Borders Celebration” somehow I doubt Mexican universities celebrate open borders for Mexico.

“Beyond Borders Graduation empowers students in higher education who are impacted by immigration policy,” a university webpage says. “The last few years have brought uncertainty from the political landscape, yet this community of scholars has accomplished so much and will continue persevering.”

Open Borders universities are not confined to California; the fourth university found to engage in this is none other than Rutgers in New Jersey.

They are hosting a “Undocumented and DACAmented Graduates” graduation.

Rutgers is also hosting a Rainbow graduation, so in other words, the only people not honored with a special graduation at Rutgers are straight White Men.

Finally, the fifth school promoting open borders, illegal alien graduations is California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly). 

This California school, Cal Poly, is hosting a Monarch reception, which “is a time to celebrate the accomplishments and success of Cal Poly undocumented students. It is a celebration for graduating students and their supporters,” a university webpage states.

Clearly, these universities are sending a lawless, defiant message to their student body. While not exclusively in California, they seem to be trailblazing, defying federal law and immigration law, especially.

The disrespect for this country and its laws is a lesson in itself on the dangers of open borders ideology and how Globalism is a completely irrational ideology.

A report has arisen today saying that the heir to the British throne will sell off ‘a fifth of the Duchy of Cornwall’ in the next ten years.

William reportedly plans to invest £500 million ‘in tackling the housing and nature crises.’

“Will Bax, chief executive of the duchy, said the next decade would be an era of change after William decided the duchy ‘shouldn’t just exist to own land. It should first and foremost exist to have a positive impact on the world’.

“[Bax] said William planned to invest £500 million, made up from land sales, development income, partnerships and borrowing, into his priorities over the next decade. This includes pumping about £160 million into housing solutions, such as building much-needed affordable homes in the Isles of Scilly, Cornwall and Kennington.

Through a portfolio of land owned on “urban fringe locations” the duchy also hopes to ‘unlock about 10,000 to 12,000 homes between now and 2040’, Bax said.”

Senator John Fetterman was on “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo this weekend to discuss his support for President Trump’s policy on Iran.

Senator Fetterman was very clear on the importance of making sure that Iran does not obtain a nuclear weapon.

Despite the Democrats opposing President Trump, he has been the only one to have an independent voice on the matter.

“How tough is it for you to go against your colleagues and vote with your principles?” Bartiromo asked.

“I wouldn’t say that it’s hard, but I mean, I think in a sense that it’s freeing,” Fetterman said.

“When I’m confronted by things that I happen to agree with, I’m going to vote for that, or I am going to support those kinds of things,” Fetterman continued.

“I’m very much aware how damaging it is as a Democrat to vote with the President,” Fetterman said.

“The seventh time that I have done that because I fundamentally believe that Iran should never acquire a nuclear bomb,” Fetterman said.

“This isn’t a crazy idea. This used to be a thing that we all used to agree on,” Fetterman continued.

Bartiromo explained that past Presidents and other government officials have said that Iran cannot acquire a nuclear weapon.

“You had several Presidents even before President Trump and several Secretaries of State, I mean, like 10 officials, saying that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. Do your colleagues, are they not aware of that?” Bartiromo asked.

“I mean, I hope, but right now it’s become people, like it’s, you know. America is the good guy. You know, Iran is the bad guy. I mean, of course, nobody likes to see gas at these prices right now,” Fetterman said.

“I’m wondering if the overall theme within the Democrats is just hate on Trump. I mean, some of the things that they are bringing up. I mean, they are talking about what? They are talking about the pool at the White House. They are talking about the ballroom. I mean, we are in the middle of a war here. We’ve got serious issues,” Bartiromo said.

“The reflecting pool and the ballroom. You know, I don’t care about those things. I think it’s entirely appropriate,” Fetterman said.

The daughters of a 69-year-old U.S. Air Force veteran have filed a federal lawsuit against an Iowa hospital, claiming staff improperly harvested their father’s organs, skin, eyes, and tissue without his prior consent or any authorization from his next of kin.

The lawsuit claims the harvesting was done without even attempting to contact his children.

Martin Gillespie, a proud Air Force veteran described by family as a loving father of three and grandfather of eight, was pronounced dead on April 1 at Alegent Health Community Memorial Hospital in Missouri Valley.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by Law & Crime, Gillespie never authorized any anatomical gifts or organ donation during his lifetime.

The complaint alleges that hospital staff made “no attempt to contact” Gillespie’s next of kin, his daughters, Christina Gubbels and Daun Stoddard, before referring his body to the Iowa Donor Network.

Hours later, on the same day, the Iowa Donor Network harvested his organs, skin tissue, and eyes.

Gillespie’s body was then transported to Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley for cremation.

Court filings state that the hospital “possessed information” that Gillespie had biological children but incorrectly identified an aunt as the next of kin with authority to make anatomical gift decisions.

The lawsuit explicitly notes, “[The aunt] was not the decedent’s next of kin nor was she ever appointed to make legal or healthcare decisions on decedent’s behalf under a durable power of attorney or similar instrument. Decedent also did not authorize [the aunt] to make anatomical gifts on decedent’s behalf.”

The daughters claim they were “reasonably available to make decisions” and that the hospital failed to follow proper protocols for determining and contacting the legal next of kin. They allege the unauthorized harvesting caused severe emotional distress, and they are seeking more than $75,000 in damages for malpractice, fraud, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit emphasizes, “On April 1, 2026, decedent arrived via Missouri Valley Fire and Rescue to defendant’s hospital and was pronounced deceased. During his lifetime, decedent did not authorize anatomical gifts of his body in any manner.”
