Protesters are ransacking Communist Party offices, blackouts stretch for days, and the island’s economy has hit rock bottom. This isn’t just another “Special Period” crisis — it’s the end of an era. And as the dust settles, patriots and truth-seekers must ask the uncomfortable question the globalist left has spent generations dodging: Why hasn’t there been a Nuremberg Trial for Communism?

One Hundred Million Victims — Sacrificed on the Altar of “Equality”

According to The Black Book of Communism, the butcher’s bill for this blood-soaked ideology stands at over 100 million dead. That’s 65 million in China under Mao, 20 million in the Soviet Union, millions more in Cambodia’s Killing Fields, North Korea, Ethiopia, Vietnam, and yes — thousands upon thousands in Cuba under Fidel and Raúl Castro.

These weren’t abstract statistics. They were fathers, mothers, children, dissidents, Christians, farmers, and anyone who dared resist the utopian fever dream of “real equality.” Equality, as it turns out, was never the goal. It was the mask for raw envy, power lust, and the destruction of the human spirit. Communism doesn’t lift people up — it drags everyone down to the lowest common denominator while a tiny elite of party bosses live like kings.

In Cuba, the “workers’ paradise” delivered poverty, ration cards, secret police, firing squads, and political prisons. Families torn apart. Dissidents tortured and disappeared. Yet Hollywood celebrities, Ivy League professors, and European socialists jetted in for photo-ops with the bearded tyrant while the gulags filled up. They cheered the revolution even as rape, murder, and abduction of opponents were standard operating procedure.

The same goes for the broader communist horror show. The Soviet famines. The Great Leap Forward that starved tens of millions. The Cultural Revolution’s madness. Pol Pot’s Year Zero genocide. All sold to gullible Westerners as noble experiments by fellow travelers in the media, academia, and politics who never had to live under the boot.

Accomplices Must Be Held Accountable Too

A true reckoning cannot stop at the direct perpetrators — the Castros, the Maos, the Lenins, and their modern heirs in Beijing and Pyongyang. It must expose and judge their accomplices: the Western elites who whitewashed these crimes, funneled money and legitimacy to the regimes, and smeared anti-communist heroes like Ronald Reagan as warmongers.

How many European intellectuals spent the Cold War defending Castro while his goons executed opponents? How many American Democrats and Hollywood leftists vacationed in Havana, ignoring the desperate rafters fleeing to Florida on inner tubes? These people weren’t naive — many were active enablers of evil. Their “solidarity” came with body counts.

We owe it to the victims — the 100 million souls extinguished in the name of a lie that has never worked, cannot work, and will never work because it defies human nature, economics, and basic reality. Real equality before the law? Absolutely. Forced equality of outcome? A demonic fantasy that always ends in tyranny and mass graves.

The Time for Justice Is Now

With Cuba collapsing under the weight of its own failures — and under pressure from a resurgent America First agenda — the moment has arrived. A Nuremberg-style tribunal for communism would catalog the crimes, name the guilty (living and dead), and deliver a verdict that echoes through history: Communism is a crime against humanity.

No more excuses: “it wasn’t real communism.” No more letting leftist professors indoctrinate another generation with this poison. The fall of the Castro regime should be the final nail in the coffin — and the starting gun for a global day of reckoning.

The memory of the dead demands it. The freedom of the living depends on it. America must lead the way. Never forget. Never allow this evil to rise again.

Ukraine launched one of its largest drone attacks on Russian territory since the war began, striking targets near Moscow and forcing Russian authorities to scramble air defenses overnight.

Russian officials said at least four people were killed in the attacks, including three in the Moscow region, as hundreds of drones targeted Russian territory in a major escalation of Kyiv’s long-range campaign against the country that invaded it in 2022.

Moscow region Governor Andrei Vorobyev said a woman was killed after a drone struck her home in Khimki, northwest of the Russian capital.

Two other men were reported killed in Pogorelki, a village roughly six miles north of Moscow.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said at least 12 people were injured, many near the city’s oil refinery.

Russian state media, citing officials, reported that 81 drones heading toward Moscow were intercepted overnight.

Russia’s defense ministry later claimed 556 drones had been destroyed across the country, before saying the total number shot down or electronically jammed over a 24-hour period had exceeded 1,000.

Debris was also reported at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport, though authorities said no damage was caused.

The scale of the attack marked another sign that Ukraine is increasingly willing and able to take the war onto Russian soil after enduring years of missile strikes, drone bombardments, and infrastructure attacks from Moscow.

Ukraine also came under heavy attack, with Russia launching 287 drones overnight. Of those, 279 were reportedly intercepted or neutralized.

Ukrainian emergency officials said eight people were injured in the central Dnipropetrovsk region, including three in Dnipro, four in Kryvyi Rih, and one in the Synelnykove district.

Residential buildings were damaged in all three locations.

Both sides have dramatically expanded drone warfare as the conflict grinds on, with increasingly sophisticated strikes reaching far behind front lines.

Ukraine has framed its deep strikes inside Russia as legitimate retaliation against the state responsible for launching the full-scale invasion, while Moscow continues to portray such attacks as terrorism.

California Republicans are showing a sharp increase in early primary turnout ahead of the state’s upcoming gubernatorial primary, according to newly released ballot return data.

Figures from research firm Political Data Inc. show that 905,889 ballots had already been returned as of Saturday. Republicans accounted for 37 percent of those ballots.

This marks an 11-point increase compared with the same stage of the 2022 midterm cycle.

Democrats accounted for 41 percent of returned ballots, down 13 points from the equivalent point four years ago. Independent and other voters made up 22 percent, up slightly.

The numbers suggest a significantly more energized Republican electorate in a state long dominated by Democrats.

Political Data vice president Paul Mitchell told The New York Post that Republican voters may be returning to traditional early voting habits after years in which President Trump and some other Republican figures raised concerns about mail voting.

“Republicans are potentially returning their ballots at a pre-2020 rate, before Trump and other leaders discouraged it,” Mitchell told the New York Post.

He also suggested some Democrats may be delaying their vote for tactical reasons.

“Some Democrats are holding on to their ballot to make sure their vote isn’t wasted, so that they get to vote for someone that makes it to the top two,” he said.

County-level breakdowns circulated on social media appeared to show Republicans outperforming their registration share across much of the state.

The strongest turnout so far has come from older voters. Californians aged 65 and over account for 54 percent of ballots returned, while voters aged 18 to 34 account for just 10 percent

Mitchell said the demographic pattern is typical of lower-turnout elections, where habitual voters dominate early returns.

California’s Democratic gubernatorial field includes former Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, former Congresswoman Katie Porter, billionaire financier Tom Steyer, San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan, and former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa.

On the Republican side, former Fox News host Steve Hilton is viewed as the frontrunner, with Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco also in the race.

On the night of May 15–16, U.S. and Nigerian forces carried out a joint operation that killed a senior Islamic State commander in Nigeria, in what both governments called a strategic blow to the militant group. Trump announced the operation in a late-night Truth Social post, writing: “Tonight, at my direction, brave American forces and the Armed Forces of Nigeria flawlessly executed a meticulously planned and very complex mission to eliminate the most active terrorist in the world from the battlefield.”

Trump identified the target as Abu-Bilal al-Minuki, whom he described as “second in command of ISIS globally.” According to U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control documents, al-Minuki was born in 1982 in the northeastern Nigerian state of Borno, which borders Cameroon, Chad, and Niger. Before pledging allegiance to ISIS in 2015, he was a prominent Boko Haram leader and was linked to the 2018 kidnapping of more than 100 schoolgirls in Dapchi, Yobe State. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth identified him as the senior ISIS General Directorate of Provinces Emir, “responsible for overseeing the planning of attacks, directing the hostage-taking and managing financial operations.”

Analysts, however, dispute the “number two globally” characterization, saying al-Minuki was the deputy to Abu Musab al-Barnawi, the leader of the Islamic State West African Province, who was reported to have died in 2021. Either way, it is true that President Trump has killed a top ISWAP leader and Biden didn’t.

Nigerian President Tinubu’s office confirmed that al-Minuki was killed along with “several of his lieutenants, during a strike on his compound in the Lake Chad Basin. A spokesperson for Tinubu said al-Minuki “had been under surveillance for some time,” and that “when he was identified and located around Lake Chad, both the US and Nigerian government felt it was the right time to strike.”

One complication: in 2024, al-Minuki was listed among suspected ISWAP/Boko Haram commanders killed in Kaduna State. The spokesperson acknowledged the earlier claim but explained it was “a case of mistaken identity or misattribution.”

This was not the first U.S. strike in Nigeria under Trump. In what Trump called a “Christmas present” last December, the U.S. military launched strikes on ISIS in northwest Nigeria, killing multiple members according to AFRICOM.

In February, the U.S. sent troops to Nigeria to advise its military, and in March, expanded the partnership further. Hegseth stated: “Back in November 2025, President Trump declared to the world that we will help protect Christians in Nigeria and instructed the Department of War to prepare for action. So, for months, we hunted this top ISIS leader in Nigeria who was killing Christians, and we killed him, and his entire posse.”

Malik Samuel, a senior researcher at Good Governance Africa specializing in Nigerian insurgent groups, called the strike significant: “If confirmed, the killing of Al-Mainuki is huge because this is the first time a security agency has killed someone this high in the ranking of ISWAP.” Dennis Amachree, former director of Nigeria’s Department of State Services, told Al Jazeera the killing “is going to create a huge vacuum in the leadership and financing of ISWAP,” adding that “the group’s ability to move funds across borders, acquire high-end drone technology, and coordinate with administrative cells outside West Africa will face immediate friction.”

A Nigerian army statement described al-Minuki as a “key” operational and strategic figure whose “death removes a critical node through which ISIS coordinated and directed operations across different regions of the world.”

Analysts caution against overstating the blow, however. One called the killing “a tactical win” for the Tinubu administration but said ISWAP remains “a serious security concern.” In 2025, Boko Haram and ISWAP escalated their campaigns, launching daily attacks on civilians and security forces in their strongholds of Yobe and Borno states, and in March 2025, ISWAP began a renewed offensive in Borno, carrying out sophisticated assaults on military installations and seizing control of strategic sites.

For Christians in the part of Nigeria where I have been reporting, the Middle Belt region, the strikes were seen as a welcome sign that someone cares and is trying to help. However, they are unlikely to have a significant impact on the problems these communities are facing.

In Middle Belt areas such as Plateau State and Kaduna State, the primary perpetrators are Fulani extremists, not ISWAP. While the Nigerian government is incentivized to support strikes against ISWAP because the group destabilizes the region and attacks everyone, including other Muslims, the government appears far less motivated to confront, or even clearly identify, the Fulani extremist problem.

The U.S. strike targets ISWAP, which is primarily active in the far northeast, Borno and Yobe, not the Middle Belt states of Plateau, Benue, Kaduna, and Taraba, where the majority of Christian deaths occur at the hands of Fulani militias. According to Open Doors, Fulani militants are responsible for 55% of recorded Christian deaths between 2019 and 2023, with their violence concentrated in the predominantly Christian farming communities of the Middle Belt. Since Palm Sunday 2026, International Christian Concern recorded more than 200 Nigerians killed by Fulani militias,157 of them Christians, in attacks across Plateau, Benue, Kaduna, and Taraba states, with gunmen arriving at night, opening fire on villages, and retreating before security forces arrived.

The Nigerian government has arrested and prosecuted members of Boko Haram and ISWAP, but Open Doors notes the same level of prosecution is largely absent with Fulani militants, with hundreds of suspects arrested over the years and then released without charge or trial. Bishop Wilfred Chikpa Anagbe of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Makurdi described the situation in a speech to the European Parliament as “nothing short of a Jihad clothed in many names: terrorism, kidnappings, killer herdsmen, banditry, other militia groups,” calling on the international community to abandon what he termed a “conspiracy of silence.”

Among Nigeria’s Christians, the U.S. strikes against ISIS have been widely welcomed. Pam Davo, a Christian farmer from Nigeria’s Middle Belt, told The Gateway Pundit that local Christians were praying for U.S. intervention. He said he was “very happy” when he heard the news of the strike, explaining that eliminating senior leaders weakens the chain of command responsible for planning attacks and directing operations against civilians.

According to Davo, many Christians in Plateau State believe dismantling the leadership structure of ISIS-linked groups could help reduce violence in the region. Speaking about his faith, Davo said he remained committed to Christianity despite the violence facing his community. “I believe so much in Jesus Christ,” he said, adding that Christ “is the only way, the truth, and the light.”

British patriot leader Tommy Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, had been touring the United States for the last two months, meeting with members of Congress and the State Department and giving interviews to the likes of Jack Posobiec, Gen. Mike Flynn, Glenn Beck, Raheem Kassam, and Lara Logan.

Early May, he returned to the UK to organize the sixth “Unite the Kingdom” rally, which began with a mere 5000 attendees on June 1, 2024, and culminated in a massive, million-man march on September 13, 2025, three days after the murder of Charlie Kirk by a far-left antifa trans furry activist in Utah.

The recent march comes on the heels of a crushing election defeat of PM Keir Starmer’s Labor Party in local elections on May 7, the resignation of Starmer’s top adviser, Morgan McSweeney, on Feb. 8 in the Peter Mandelson-Jeffrey Epstein scandal, and increased pressure for Starmer to step down from his own party.

Robinson showed the crowd images of world leaders and asked for a response. While they crowd booed the EU’s Ursula von Der Leyen, France’s Emmanuel Macron, Germany’s Friedrich Merz, Canada’s Mark Carney, Australia’s Anthony Albanese, and the UK’s Keir Starmer, they resoundingly cheered US President Donald J. Trump.

How many people were there?

At the rally, hundreds of thousands of British and international patriots assembled at King’s Cross Station (of Harry Potter fame) and marched peacefully and patriotically to Trafalgar Square and the Houses of Parliament, where the rally took place at the feet of historic Westminster Abbey. While the crowd stretched a half-mile from Parliament Square to Trafalgar Square, the Metropolitan Police claimed there were only 60,000 people in attendance. This reporter also attended the Iranian Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi’s rally in Munich, Germany, which police pegged at 250,000 attendees, and can confirm the “Unite the Kingdom” crowd was bigger – certainly hundreds of thousands.

While Tommy Robinson spoke of “millions” of patriots in attendance, the crowd was almost certainly smaller than the Sept. 13, 2025, march, which was estimated at a million attendees, fueled by the Charlie Kirk assassination and Tommy Robinson’s unjust solitary prison confinement for journalism, Oct. 2024-May 2025.

In his opening speech, Tommy Robinson urged the crowd to become politically active – “no matter which party you support: Reform, Restor, Advance UK or the Conservatives”. The British right, long dominated by the Conservative Party, is currently fractured into several parties, with Nigel Farage’s Reform Party leading nationally. Farage rejects Tommy Robinson’s grassroots movement, however, which is generally viewed in class-conscious Britain as “thugs” and “hooligans”.

The only professional politician in attendance was Advance UK’s Ben Habib, who noted that the other party leaders had been invited but declined to attend.
