(VIDEO) Trump Responds to Biden’s Lawsuit to Block Ghostwriter Audio Tapes – Urges Acting AG Blanche to Fight for Release
May 27, 2026
President Trump holds a cabinet meeting at the White House – May 27, 2026
President Trump on Wednesday responded to Joe Biden’s attempt to hide his ghostwriter interviews from the public during his cabinet meeting on Wednesday, slamming the Democrats for nearly destroying the country.
“I would like to see what he has to say because we can never allow what happened to this country to happen,” Trump said when asked about the tapes by LindellTV’s Cara Castronuova. “The man was grossly incompetent, and the Democrats – I call them the Dumocrats because the policy is so bad – but they came very close to destroying our country.”
Trump further signaled to acting Attorney General Todd Blanche that he wants Biden’s lawsuit seeking to block the release of the tapes dismissed.
“I hope that you’re able to produce that. I think it would be very interesting reading for people,” he told Blanche.
WATCH:
Castronuova: Why do you think that Joe Biden is trying to sue the Department of Justice, former President Joe Biden, to have his tapes that he did interviews on blocked from the American people hearing them? Do you think that he’s trying to hide something? And maybe Acting Attorney General Todd Blanch could comment on if they will countersue and release those tapes to the American public
Trump: With respect to his book? I don’t know, maybe there’s some constitutional reason. I don’t know. I’d like to, I would like to see what he has to say because we can never allow what happened to this country to happen. The man was grossly incompetent, and the Democrats – I call them the Dumocrats because the policy is so bad – but they came very close to destroying our country. We can never let it happen again. And I hope that you’re able to produce that. I think it would be very interesting reading for people.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Biden sued the Justice Department over the release of recordings and transcripts from his memoir interviews, which were used in then-Special Counsel Robert Hur’s 2023 classified documents investigation.
Hur found that Joe Biden “willfully retained” classified information but decided not to charge him because he was determined to be a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” The brutal tapes from Hur’s interview with Biden were evidence that the former President was mentally incapacitated and could not carry out his duties as Commander-in-Chief.
The Heritage Foundation previously requested the ghostwriter tapes under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) after Hur’s report became public, but the Biden DOJ fought the request.
After taking office, the Trump DOJ has notified Biden’s team that it would comply with the request and release the tapes on June 15.
Trump responded to Biden’s lawsuit, blasting him as a “crooked politician” on Tuesday.

#BREAKINGNEWS: Matthew Perry’s live-in personal assistant, who had a central role in the “Friends” star’s descent into ketamine addiction and injected him with the fatal dose of the drug, was sentenced Wednesday to three years and five months in prison. https://t.co/xJktd6m4VOpic.twitter.com/my2NolkmC0
Iwamasa admitted to purchasing the drugs and injecting Perry with ketamine, including the three fatal shots that led to his death in October 2023.
“Perry, best known for his portrayal of Chandler Bing on ‘Friends’ from 1994 to 2004, was found dead by Iwamasa in the backyard hot tub of his Pacific Palisades home. The autopsy report revealed he died from ‘acute effects of ketamine’, with contributing factors of ‘drowning, coronary artery disease and buprenorphine effects’. His death was ruled accidental.
One of the two doctors who pleaded guilty to distributing the ketamine to Perry, Salvador Plasencia, was sentenced to 30 months in prison. The other, Mark Chavez, was sentenced to three years of supervised release with special conditions of eight months of home confinement and ordered to perform 300 hours of community service.”
NEW: Matthew Perry’s live-in assistant was sentenced on Wednesday to nearly 3 1/2 years in prison for administering the dose of ketamine that killed the “Friends” actor in 2023.
Washington Nationals Director of Community Relations Placed on Leave After Admitting on Hidden Camera to Discriminating Against Christian Pitcher
May 27, 2026
The O’Keefe Media Group on Tuesday released an undercover video of Washington Nationals Director of Community Relations, Sean Hudson, admitting to religious discrimination against Christian pitcher Trevor Williams.
Hudson told the OMG undercover journalist that he also surveilled the Nationals’ fans’ Google history.
“One of our pitchers, Trevor Williams. He’s super Christian-Catholic, all these tattoos that mean a lot,” Hudson told the undercover reporter.
“The Dodgers had a group… who were drag queens who sometimes dressed up as nuns. [Trevor Williams] went on social media like… ‘This is my religion. You all are mocking it,’” he said.
“Because of that, we don’t use [Trevor Williams] on social [media],” Hudson added.
“Like, when they’re like, is a hot dog a sandwich? And like, the players come up, you know what I mean? Like, we don’t ask [Trevor Williams],” Hudson admitted.
Hudson then told the undercover reporter that the Nationals assign fans to different groups based on their Google history.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul Gets ROASTED After Making This Gaffe While Challenging President Trump’s Knicks Fandom (VIDEO)

Far-left New York Governor Kathy Hochul’s attempt to call President Trump’s New York Knicks fandom into question blew up in her face after she made an embarrassing error regarding the team’s history.
As TGP readers may know, the Knicks reached the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999 after sweeping the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals on Monday. Following the sweep, the New York Times reported that Trump, a lifelong Knicks fan, was planning on attending an NBA Finals game at the historic Madison Square Garden.
Trump confirmed these intentions on Wednesday during a cabinet meeting at the White House.
“I was invited to. I was going to go on Wednesday (which was supposed to be Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals), but they closed it out very quickly,” Trump told The New York Post. “They’re great, and Jim Dolan’s a great guy; he’s, as you know, owns and is in charge of Madison Square Garden. He’s having a good year.”
A reporter later asked Hochul about Trump’s claim of being a lifelong fan of the Knicks during a press conference. Here was her response:
“I’d ask him to name the starting lineup of the 1993 Championship team and see how he does,” Hochul retorted.
WATCH:
Reporter: “What do you say to President Trump saying he’s a lifelong Knicks fan?”
Hochul: “I’d ask him to name the starting lineup of the 1993 Championship team and see how he does.”
There’s just one problem with Hochul’s statement: the Knicks’ last NBA championship was in 1973, not 1993.
In fact, the 1993 team is notorious for blowing a 2-0 lead against Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls in the Eastern Conference Finals.
One can bet Trump would not have made this mistake.
Social media users responded by brutally roasting Hochul for her failed dunk on the president.
What a fuckin idiot! Knicks didn’t win any championships in 1993. Trump actually went to Knick Games in the 90s. When the last time “Kathy Hochul” saw a game of any kind in NY. How about never….
LMAO! New York Governor Kathy Hochul is going VIRAL after challenging President Trump to name the 1993 championship starting lineup for the NBA’s Knicks.
The problem? The 1993 NBA champions were Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls — not the Knicks.
