New Jersey’s far-left Governor Mikie Sherrill dropped a late-night statement Thursday, publicly demanding the resignation of her handpicked running mate and Lieutenant Governor, Dr. Dale Caldwell.

The sudden ultimatum comes right on the heels of a damning independent ethics investigation that uncovered a pattern of vulgar sexual harassment, crude advances toward women, and blatant abuse of office.

Sherrill gave Caldwell, who also serves as Secretary of State, until today, Friday, to pack his bags and hit the road.

According to a report published by The Guardian, an investigation conducted by former New Jersey Attorney General Christopher Porrino revealed revolting behavior inside Caldwell’s office.

The report details:

• Creepy Sexual Harassment: Caldwell allegedly made unwelcome romantic advances toward a female staffer’s friend. When she rejected him, Caldwell snapped at a young female staffer, telling her: “You young women are looking for young sperm”. Investigators found his defense completely uncredible and ruled that his conduct was derogatory, demeaning, and constituted sexual harassment.

• Cronyism & Favorites: Caldwell admitted to investigators that he repeatedly attempted to secure job promotions for a state employee with whom he was secretly having a romantic relationship without disclosing the conflict of interest.

• Free Passes & Freebies: He routinely brought unauthorized personal dates and guests to ticketed events on the taxpayer or sponsor’s dime.

Sherill wrote on X:

“Today, I’m announcing the conclusion and findings of an independent investigation into allegations regarding Lieutenant Governor Dale Caldwell. The investigation found that the Lieutenant Governor engaged in serious, repeated violations of state policy and failed to uphold the responsibilities of his office. I’m calling for his resignation and giving him until tomorrow to do so.

I hold everyone in my Administration to the highest ethical standard. We all have a duty to follow our state ethics and harassment policy and our Code of Conduct. Anyone who violates these will be held accountable.

These violations substantiated in the investigation reflect a pattern of behavior that does not meet the standards of this Administration. The ethical lapses persisted despite multiple warnings and trainings. The substantiated finding of sexual harassment is extremely troubling. I’ve seen firsthand how a hostile culture can undermine everyone’s ability to succeed. It’s insidious and ruptures the trust within an organization.

Leaders have an obligation to make sure everyone in an organization is bought into the mission and able to succeed. I take that responsibility incredibly seriously. My goal as Governor is to empower our hardworking public servants, so they can remain focused on serving our state.

As a former federal prosecutor, I’m committed to ensuring everyone is treated fairly. This investigation was thorough and impartial. It was initiated by the Chief Ethics Officer and conducted by a respected former state Attorney General.

The investigation fully examined the evidence, followed the facts, and protected everyone’s privacy. In my Administration, we are committed to doing what is right, not what is politically expedient.

The Lieutenant Governor’s resignation is necessary and in the best interest of New Jersey residents.

The President continues to undermine confidence in public service at the federal level. In New Jersey, I will not accept a culture that sweeps misconduct under the rug. We have to be better than that — people expect and deserve better.

I have dedicated my life to service. I know that jobs of public trust impact the lives of everyday people, and I deeply respect the oaths and responsibilities of these positions.

I will always put the interests of the people of New Jersey first.”

In her statement, Governor Sherrill claimed that “ethical lapses persisted despite multiple warnings and trainings,” raising massive red flags about what the governor knew and when she knew it!

If Caldwell was receiving “multiple warnings,” why did Sherrill allow him to remain in power for months while managing state business?

Why did it take an anonymous tip and a high-priced legal investigation for Sherrill to act on behavior that was clearly an open secret in her administration?

The New Jersey Globe, which first reported the existence of the investigation on September 4, laid out the timeline from the report itself:

• March 25: Caldwell was already being warned about a “concerning pattern” in his approaches to women.
• April: The alleged “young sperm” comment.
• May 1: More ethics training, then another private warning from senior officials that “people are watching everything that he does.”
• May 6 / May 14: An anonymous letter lands with the chief ethics officer.
• May 22: Caldwell is formally notified he is under investigation.
• May 23: Investigators say he brought another unauthorized guest to an event, one day after being notified.
• May 26: Four days after being told he was under investigation, he used his state email to push his girlfriend for a promotion, calling her “my friend.”

Sherrill and Caldwell were sworn in January 20. The inquiry began just four months later. For weeks after the Globe broke the story, the governor’s office would not even confirm an investigation existed.

When she finally spoke in early September, she talked in generalities and did not name him. Meanwhile Caldwell kept serving as secretary of state, New Jersey’s chief elections officer, and as acting governor whenever Sherrill left the state.

Assembly Republican Leader John DiMaio said she owed the public answers in real time: what she knew about the warnings, when she knew it, and why Caldwell stayed in office while the probe dragged on.

New Jersey Assemblywoman Dawn Fantasia also tore into Sherrill over her handling of the scandal, writing:

Gov. Sherrill can dream about the White House on her own time. But traipsing around the country campaigning for Democrats while Dale Caldwell repeatedly took charge of NJ?

Caldwell’s staff was trying to manage his conduct toward women while Sherrill was “on tour”. Ex: At an official event, he asked whether a staffer’s younger friend was single & sought her phone number. After being told she wasn’t interested, he told the staffer that successful young women were looking for “young sperm.” Investigators substantiated sexual harassment. They also found that he brought personal guests to ticketed events without paying and pushed for a promotion for a woman he was dating, without disclosing their relationship. He sent that promotion email four days after being notified he was under investigation.

Senior officials raised concerns about his conduct toward women in March (he was warned directly on March 25). Taxpayers were then billed nearly $50K through June 25 for an investigation charging $450 an hour for attorney time. While it was underway, Caldwell served as acting governor EIGHTEEN TIMES.

These are substantiated workplace and ethics violations, not criminal convictions. Sherrill can’t fire an elected lieutenant governor, but she can demand his resignation. If he refuses, the Assembly can pursue impeachment and the Senate can vote on removal.

The legal bill was dumped on us, but the responsibility for leaving him in charge belongs with Madam Governor. She goes from radio silence and “what investigation?” re: a taxpayer-funded investigation that started in the spring, to now giving him less than 24 hours to resign.

Crooked Hillary Clinton could not resist taking a shot at President Trump regarding his efforts to hold the fake news accountable, and it predictably backfired on her.

The Gateway Pundit reported last Friday that Trump announced on Truth Social that he had banned CNN, MSNOW, and Politico from the White House for constantly reporting “FAKE NEWS.”

Trump later followed through on his promise. Reporters at the three outlets were left stunned when they attempted to enter the White House grounds, only to find that their press passes did not work (the passes were also confiscated).

The outlets later sued to regain their access, and eventually succeeded.

After observing this all for the past week, Crooked Hillary emerged on X on Thursday to scold Trump’s treatment of the media.

She compared him to authoritarians, including those running Russia and China.

While Hillary Clinton still has her comments turned off to keep X users from responding, that did not stop X from hitting her with a devastating reminder of who she really thinks of the free media.

X’s Community Notes noted that Hillary Clinton once called for killing independent journalist Julian Assange in a drone strike.

She literally called for a journalist to be murdered!

A pet shelter in New York claims to care about the welfare of needy kittens, but they care about politics more than little lives.

Itty Bitty City Kitties, a non-profit kitten-specific animal rescue, welfare, and adoption organization based in Rockaway Beach, New York City, wants to make it clear that even if an animal needs a loving home, if you are ‘MAGA,’ you need not apply.

In a post on Facebook, the organization shared an image of a kitten that said, “Important! Adoption policy update. No.Fu**ing. MAGA.”

They then shared, “That’s it. That’s the policy.”

“MAGA? Nope.”

“Conservative? Nope.”

“’I’m not political?’Nice loophole. Still nope.”

The group, which has nonprofit status, then went on an expected unhinged rant, “These kittens are looking for homes with a tote bag collection, oat milk, an aggressively progressive group chat, a compost bin, NPR playing somewhere in the background, and someone who has rage-donated to mutual aid at least once.”

“If your politics involve racism, bigotry, dehumanizing immigrants, or cheering on cruelty toward vulnerable people, please kindly fu** right off.”

“For those spouting about cats ‘not knowing about politics… I actually asked the kittens if they’d be open to homes with Cult Members and the overwhelming response was, ‘absolutely the fu** not.’”

“Applications are open for people whose values align with ours, and yes, references will be checked to make sure you’re not a racist piece of sh**.”

“Hiss Hiss. Smooches.”

The policy is so egregious that even the far-left animal rights group PETA spoke out against the politically motivated policy.

PETA founder Ingrid Newkirk told Fox News Digital, “Homeless animals don’t care which side of abortion you are on or whether you believe in global warming or support Palestine or Israel or if you don’t vote at all, ever. They care if you love them and will give them a good home.”

“We hope this policy, which is humancentric, is reconsidered and abolished.”

Samantha Knox, who has publicly identified herself as the director of Itty Bitty City Kitties, told Fox that “active support for or alignment with social movements” the rescue believes normalizes or promotes cruelty can be treated as “actionable conduct” and said adoption decisions are made “holistically under these welfare and safety standards.”

Yet the organization appears to have celebrated the politically motivated murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

On the first anniversary of his death, the organization posted “Just a little kitten making sure we all know where we stand.”

Forget “Remember the Titans.” I want you to remember Lee Atwater.

Lee Atwater ran winning presidential campaigns for both President Reagan and President George H.W. Bush.

Atwater played for keeps. He was a tough guy. He understood politics is war. He understood the future of America and our children’s futures depended on winning these races.

Atwater understood what motivates people to vote- FEAR.

Republican George H.W. Bush was behind in his 1988 presidential race by 18 points in late summer to Massachusetts Governor Michael Dukakis.

Because of the brilliant TV ads of Lee Atwater, Bush came from 18 points behind to win in an 8-point, 40-state landslide. That’s a 26-point Republican turnaround in only two months.

Bush won 426 electoral votes to Dukakis 112.

How did Atwater turn an ugly Republican landslide defeat into a Republican landslide victory? He ran TV ads about Willie Horton- a murderer serving life in prison, let out of Massachusetts prison on weekend furlough, who escaped and committed assault, kidnapping and rape.

Willie Horton happened to be black, so of course Democrats charged “racism” for running the TV ads. Who cares? It was the truth, it was a fact, and it worked. We won in a landslide by making the whole election about Willie Horton.

Lee Atwater was a genius.

Democrats can scream “racism” all they want. If the TV ads are true, and they correctly identify Americans’ worst fears, Americans will respond and vote Republican.

I am “The idea guy of the GOP.” My ideas have proven valuable to the GOP for years now…

*25 years ago, I invented the idea of shipping illegal aliens from red states to Democrat towns to embarrass Democrats and show what hypocrites they are.

*In 2019 I invented the idea for President Trump to declare a National Security Emergency for the Border and go over Congress’s head and fund the wall with funds from the Pentagon budget.

Democrats are hysterical because they know if they can’t cheat, they can’t win.

Now let me channel Lee Atwater. How would Lee Atwater turn around this election? What would be his message to the voters?

I am a S.O.B.- son of a butcher. I think like my blue-collar butcher father 24/7. I am always on the side of the average middle-class American.

The GOP midterm messaging is terrible. I can’t even watch our TV ads. They say nothing. They are a muddled mess. As usual, GOP campaign consultants are cowards afraid to say what needs to be said. Afraid of their own shadow. Afraid of what the media will say. Afraid of being called “racist” for telling the truth.

I read thousands of emails from my fans. Literally, THOUSANDS. And everyone says the same thing…

Americans are scared to death of radical Islam.

They believe Islam is taking over America. They believe Muslims are here to conquer America. They believe Muslims cannot and will not assimilate or adapt to America’s values and way of life. They believe Islam is not compatible with America.

They believe Muslims want Sharia Law and hate America, hate capitalism, hate Jews, hate Christians, and want to destroy our way of life. They see the proof every day in Europe.

They see the EU being destroyed. There were five million Muslims in the EU in the year 2000. Today, there are 50 million. That spells death for Europe.

They see the neighborhoods turned into third-world slums and “no-go zones.” They see the massive crime wave- especially mass rape. They see the ugliness of women wearing face coverings. They see EU countries going bankrupt to pay for the welfare and free healthcare for Muslim migrants. They see the vile, vicious Jew hatred. They see the nonstop threat of terrorist attacks.

Saying this out loud isn’t “racism.” It’s raw truth.

The EU is finished. Their future is gone. America is next. We are in grave danger. Our children will live in a foreign third-world craphole run by communists and radical Islam.

Our daughters will be wearing face coverings.

That’s the threat everyone is talking about.

America is scared to death of radical Islam. Yet the timid, cowardly, feckless GOP says nothing about it. This is how to turn around the midterms for the GOP. Simply tell the truth. Expose this ugly threat.

This is the Willie Horton TV ad campaign- updated for 2026.

It’s time to tell the truth. Frame the election around Hasan Piker- the communist radical Muslim who wants to take over the Democrat Party…who wants to mass murder Americans. Who loves Sharia Law. Who wants to put us all in concentration camps. Who wants to seize all your businesses and assets. Who hates America, Americans, white people, Jews, and Christians. Make this election a referendum on Hasan Piker.

Make Hassan Piker into the new Willie Horton.

Make this election a referendum on voting for America and American values versus Sharia Law, Muslim face coverings in public, the Muslim Brotherhood, and Muslim foot washing stations in public buildings.

Make this election about the radical Islamification of America.

The mosques around every corner, the Muslim cities they want to build in Texas- where they want to install Sharia Law.

In the EU, nation after nation has decided to ban face coverings in public. The GOP should stand for banning face coverings in public, and banning Sharia Law, and banning the Muslim Brotherhood.

We need TV ads showing the disgusting, anti-American mass Muslim rallies in Dearborn, Michigan and Zohran Mamdani’s New York City.

Show scenes at Muslim protests where signs read “Death to America” and “Death to Jews.” Is this what we want for America?

Show scenes of thousands of Muslims blocking roads and taking over streets in Manhattan to pray in public.

Show the Muslim “call to prayer” on public streets in Minneapolis. Is this disgusting noise pollution what Americans want to hear 24/7 in your town?

Play videos of what Muslim speaker after speaker says at their dangerous rallies- the threats to America, the vows to conquer America, the vows to destroy America with Sharia Law.

This is the issue to win the midterms.

This is the way to turn around any Democrat lead. This is the way to win over middle-class Americans. This is the way to make a majority of Americans forget gas and grocery prices.

Gas and grocery prices are temporary. Biden and Democrat policies caused them. As soon as the Iran war is over, they will drop like a rock.

But Sharia Law and Muslim face coverings on women in public is the death of America- and it’s permanent. Forever. Mass rape, and mass murder, and terrorism is our future if we don’t act now.

The GOP must be the party of America, and American values, and Judeo-Christian values. And we must paint Democrats as the party of radical communists, and radical Islam, and Sharia Law, and your daughters forced to wear face coverings in public…

and the party of Hasan Piker.

Make Hasan Piker the new Willie Horton. Make Democrats into the party of Sharia Law. Trust me, no one will vote for that.

In a strange segment on CNN, Georgetown constitutional law professor Michele Goodwin claimed it is “not a stretch” to compare President Donald Trump’s ban of CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House to the January 6 protest that the media has spent years whining about.

Goodwin joined the network shortly after a federal judge ordered the White House to restore access for the liberal outlets.

Despite the order, the White House did not rush to let them back in.

“This may indeed make its way up to the United States Supreme Court. This is a losing issue for this administration, but as Brian said, this is something that is deeply alarming and quite egregious,” Goodwin said. “It is not a stretch to think about this in conversation with January 6 in terms of thinking about how egregious it is.”

Goodwin continued, “Let’s put this in context. The First Amendment of the United States Constitution was proposed in 1789. That’s 237 years ago. Two hundred and thirty-seven years of understanding freedom of the press, freedom of speech, freedom to petition your government.”

“Let’s also understand that it is almost a century of Supreme Court precedent that has further underscored freedom of the press,” she said.

“Explicit cases that have said that, whether it’s state legislatures, whether it’s the federal government, can’t impose what’s called prior restraints, which means you can’t think that the news media may say something that’s unfavorable to a president, to a governor, to a mayor and say, well, you just can’t cover. That is very clear, almost a century of precedent before the United States Supreme Court. So this is an administration that knew the law was not on its side.”

Trump announced the ban on Truth Social last week, calling the outlets fake news and saying they “shouldn’t be able to constantly write or report FICTION and LIES.”

Reporters were turned away the following day.

The outlets sued, arguing viewpoint discrimination.

U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly, a Trump first-term appointee, issued a temporary restraining order around 1 a.m. Thursday.

Judge Kelly said the ban likely violated due process and that the White House’s “truthfulness” standard was too vague.

The judge ultimately ordered the passes returned for 14 days.

Reporters were still blocked for hours after the ruling, but access was restored later in the day.
