President Trump on Sunday posted a series of statements on Truth Social about the ongoing negotiations in the Russia-Ukraine war this morning, signaling “big progress” in his efforts to end the war.

This comes after Trump’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, where the two came to an agreement to secure peace, pending Ukraine and NATO cooperation. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump announced early on Saturday that he spoke with Zelensky, European leaders, and the NATO Secretary General.

The President said on Saturday that he will host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House on Monday.

James Clapper’s deputy who pressured the ICA whistleblower to support the phony Trump-Russia report has been identified as a McCain campaign worker who incorporated Crowdstrike’s bogus report on Russian DNC hacking into the ICA.

Last month it was reported that one of James Clapper’s cronies threatened to withhold a promotion of a senior intelligence analyst who refused to sign off on the fake ICA report related to the Russia collusion hoax.

According to notes obtained by The Federalist, a top intel analyst said one of Clapper’s henchmen told him to approve the fake ICA report because “There is reporting you are not allowed to see,” adding that “if you saw it, you would agree.”

“You need to TRUST ME on this,” Clapper’s unidentified supervisor would say to the intel analyst.

The intel analyst refused to sign off on the fake report even though he was being threatened.

According to a person familiar with the notes, the analyst documented his recollection of the conversation on March 31, 2023 — more than six years after the conversation occurred. The delay, The Federalist’s source explained, occurred because the analyst’s efforts to share his concerns, first with the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (IC), and then later with Special Counsel John Durham and Virginia Sen. Mark Warner, proved unsuccessful. Only later did the analyst receive an inquiry for more information about his claims, leading to the drafting of the summary of his recollections.

Those notes capture the analyst claiming in early January that his supervisor told him, “There is reporting you are not allowed to see,” adding that “if you saw it, you would agree” with the ICA. After noting he concurred “with varying confidence with most of the 2017 ICA’s Key Judgements,” the analyst explained that he “would need to review any reporting myself in order to consider it.”

“You need to TRUST ME on this,” Clapper’s crony countered, stating to the analyst he “would need to demonstrate [his] ability to ‘outgrow’” his refusal to sign off on assessments he did not share, in order to be recommended for a promotion. The analyst remained firm, according to the notes, which led his exasperated superior to reply, “I need you to say you agree with these judgements, so that DIA will go along with them!”

The notes obtained by The Federalist come after ODNI Tulsi Gabbard declassified a presidential briefing from December 2016 revealing Barack Obama knew the Trump-Russia collusion narrative was a hoax.

The usual suspects also met in a secret meeting in the Oval Office shortly before Trump’s 2017 inauguration.

Teen-age pilot Ethan Guo can finally go home — except that he can’t get there.

Guo landed in Antarctica in June without official permission, leading him to be detained by Chilean officials, according to the Associated Press.

Guo said he was on a fund-raising mission at the time, but officials were not impressed, and he was detained at a military base on King George Island, a part of Antarctica that Chile controls, CBS reported.

Although Guo’s lawyers and Chilean officials cut a deal Monday that ended Guo’s official detention, he’s still stuck because the Cessna plane he used to fly on his mission is no longer in working condition.

As noted by CBS, Guo began a trip to be the youngest person to fly to all seven continents. He also said the trip was a fundraiser for cancer research for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Guo and his Cessna 182Q had already hit North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe.

For his trip to Antarctica, officials said his flight plan went only as far as Punta Arenas in Chile. However, Guo flew to King George Island, 75 miles off the Antarctic continent’s coast.

Although he fulfilled his goal, he was detained on charges of violating the Chilean Aeronautical Code, which levies a fine or jail sentence for violators.

Chilean prosecutor Cristián Cristoso also said that Guo violated “multiple national and international” rules and that the trip was a risk to others.

Guo has remained on the island, imprisoned not by officials but by the weather, because it is winter in that part of the globe.

Cristoso said Monday that Guo’s plane “does not have the capabilities to make a flight.”

The deal cut Monday drops the charges, as long as Guo pays $30,000 to a children’s cancer foundation within 30 days. He is also required to leave Chile and not return for three years.

Guo also needs to pay for his “aircraft security and personal maintenance” while on the base and the costs of his departure, whenever that might be.

Guo said, he was “relieved by the outcome,” according to AP.

A report in USA Today said it was unclear when Guo will be able to leave the island to return to mainland Chile as a first step to going home.

On a fund-raising page, Guo said, he was “a 19-year-old Asian American pilot. I want to become the first person in history to fly solo to all seven continents in a small aircraft and raise $1 million for cancer research.”

“In 2021 my cousin was diagnosed with cancer. I admire him. He inspired me to take life more seriously and join the fight against cancer. I want to use every opportunity to raise awareness of childhood cancer and the necessity to increase research efforts to find prevention and treatment methods.”

A Georgia daycare worker was arrested and charged on Monday for severely beating a one-year-old boy at Little Blessings Child Care in Bainbridge.

Heartbreaking and shocking photos posted to social media show the precious baby boy suffered a black eye and lacerations to his face.

54-year-old Yvette Thurston was arrested and charged with first-degree aggravated battery and three counts of felony child abuse.

According to reports little baby Clay Weeks was beaten on his first day at the daycare. He was immediately taken to a local hospital for evaluation.

Authorities have reviewed surveillance video of the beating; however, the footage has not been released to the public. No other details of the horrific beating have been released.

Thurston’s bond was set for a measly $44,000, and she already bonded out of Decatur County Jail.

A daycare worker was arrested earlier this week following a report of alleged child abuse at Little Blessings Child Care in Bainbridge, according to the City of Bainbridge Public Safety.

Yvette Thurston, 54, was taken into custody Monday and faces charges of first-degree aggravated battery and three counts of first-degree child abuse, police said Friday afternoon.

A bond was set for $44,000 for all four charges, according to Chief Magistrate Ann Marie Emmons.

Since then, jail records show that Thurston has bonded out of the Decatur County Jail.

The Democrat Party has long marketed itself as the defender of democracy and integrity. Yet, in Missouri’s largest county, the party’s highest-ranking official now faces serious criminal charges for abusing the public trust. 

On Wednesday, St. Louis County Executive Sam Page was indicted on four counts for allegedly misusing taxpayer dollars to sway voters against an April ballot measure designed to check his power. 

The case, brought forward by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey’s office, is a concerning reminder of how entrenched corruption has become in Democrat-controlled local governments.

According to the indictment, Page, who has been in office since 2019, directed $35,000 in county funds to produce and distribute more than 50,000 flyers and mailers opposing Proposition B. 

The ballot initiative would have given the St. Louis County Council more oversight authority, including the ability to remove department heads appointed by the executive. 

Page’s office used taxpayer dollars to distribute a mailer warning that the proposal could result in department heads being “fired during emergencies like snowstorms” or dismissed for “political reasons.”

In other words, public money was spent not to inform voters neutrally, but to protect Page’s political power.

The charges include two felony counts of stealing more than $750 and two misdemeanor election offenses. Combined, they carry penalties of up to 13 years in prison and fines as high as $24,000. 

Bailey, a Republican, was clear in his statement: “Public officials must follow the law, and my office will work to ensure that they always do.” 

He added that any intentional misuse of taxpayer funds to influence an election amounts to “rigging the outcome.”

Missouri law could not be clearer. Since 1988, political subdivisions have been barred from using taxpayer money to advocate for or against ballot measures. 

Local governments are permitted to provide factual information about proposals, a common practice when school boards pursue bond issues or local governments seek tax changes. 

But they cannot campaign. Page’s decision to cross that line—and then claim that his materials were “neutral”—is a textbook example of corruption hidden under the disguise of governance.

The indictment lands in a county already scarred by scandal. Page’s predecessor, Democrat Steve Stenger, resigned in 2019 after pleading guilty to bribery, mail fraud, and theft of honest services. 

Stenger was sentenced to four years in prison. Page was supposed to represent a clean break from that culture of corruption, but instead, he may face the same fate. 

The fact that two consecutive county executives are now indicted underscores how deeply corruption runs through the Democrat machine in St. Louis County.

Proposition B itself was the product of growing tension between Page and the county council. Six of the seven council members opposed Page, and the measure would have stripped his unilateral control over department leadership. 

Despite the misuse of taxpayer dollars, voters still rejected the measure by more than 60 percent. 

Ironically, Page’s illegal use of public funds may not even have been necessary, but that makes the offense no less serious. If anything, it demonstrates how far some Democrats will go to protect their own authority—even when the outcome is already leaning in their favor.

Democrats frequently accuse Republicans of “attacking democracy” whenever election laws are tightened or ballot security measures are enforced. 

Yet in Missouri, it is a Democrat who stands accused of breaking election law for personal gain. The indictment of Sam Page is not just a local scandal—it is a warning. When public officials believe they can misuse taxpayer funds to manipulate elections, democracy itself is undermined. 

Missouri voters deserve accountability, and if Page is convicted, his downfall will mark another chapter in the Democrat Party’s long history of corruption in St. Louis County.
